The Reem Hotel

L’hôtel nous a ravi. Quartier très agréable et sûr. Situé à proximité des transports publics, on y trouve petits magasins, pubs, restaurants. L’hôtel en lui même est remarquablement entretenu. Merci au personnel, serviable et discrêt à la fois. C’est certain, nous reviendrons.

Got to the room and the air con wasn’t working. The room was 28° and unbearably hot. Informed front desk - we were told there no other rooms they could move us to (even though booking sites showed availability). They could not even provide a fan and we were told to have the window open. The window open about 2 inches! Would not offer a resolution or compensation. Luckily hotels.com offered to move hotels after over an hour on the phone with them. Would avoid at all costs especially in the summer!

Not a bad size for the price in central London. Very clean and modern. Great shower pressure too and in-room amenities on point with good AC
