Fantastic little boutique hotel in Mayfair. Manetta’s bar was great! Walkable to lots of pubs, restaurants and shops. Staff very friendly and helpful - a real treat!

Fabulous! Allowed us to check in early and were more than accommodating after a long flight. This place is a gem, and extremely well located to everything while being tucked perfectly away! We will be back! Also beautiful bar downstairs. And the restaurant just won a Michelin star

I enjoyed my stay at Flemings very much- the hotel is beautiful and cosy, the staff are attentive, friendly, energetic, and helpful, the facilities are modern and well maintained, the bar is one of my favourites… I will certainly recommend it to my friends and families, and I will stay here again next time when I am in London.

lovely stay, the manager Alan and converge staff are amazing cannot do enough for you. Breakfast was of a very high standard and excellent service. But a few draw backs, no bar after 11pm, we came back after a concert in Hyde park and fancied a drink. Our room was on ground floor which was annoying as you can hear people walking past and talking and trains below. We asked to change but the large female receptionist said there was no more rooms. We booked our room 3 months ago. To be honest I found her rude and i accommodating.

The reception staff was amazing and friendly. Hotel was stylish and clean. The bar was nice and cosy. The room was on the small side and only with a double bed but perfectly adequate. The shower could have been better as you have to be quite short to fit under the shower. Also, plastic bottles of water in the room is not very eco friendly. Overall though, a very nice and enjoyable stay.

Such an amazing little hotel. Staff were attentive, polite and helpful. The bar serves the most incredible cocktails too if you fancy pushing the boat out. Those cocktails contributed to us checking out an hour late but the staff were great about it. Every single room we went into was immaculate (and smelt amazing too). Would highly recommend.

Fantastic location, beautiful art-deco hotel, very well maintained. Staff were very very nice & helpful. The only two little issues, to take it from a full score rating, are the hardness of the bed/mattress & small attention to detail on cleanliness (fluff-dirt bits hanging down from the aircon vents) but I would definitely go back

I stayed at the Flemings Mayfair from December 25 to December 28. I was visiting London for my birthday and I’m so happy that I picked this property for my stay. I was upgraded to a bigger room and my room looked just like the pictures online and on their website. The hotel was located by the restaurants I wanted to try (Isabel Mayfair and Novikov) and it’s a 15 minute walk away from Buckingham Palace and Harrods. It’s a 5-7 minute walk from Bond Street which has all of the luxury stores. The service I received was amazing from check-in to check out. I traveled alone and the front desk made sure I was good and they also assisted me with taking pictures. on my birthday, they left a bottle of champagne in my room, and when I checked in, they left me a gift for Christmas (a book and wine). my room was spotless and very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

I booked a 2 Room suite at almost 2000 pounds Per night and it is in that light I give this review. The Room did not have a Nice smell, the bedrooms and beds were very small. I also payed for breakfast but I was very suprised when half the meny cost extra

The staff are always and consistently brilliant at The Flemings and this visit was no different. From the front desk, concierge and the restaurant staff - just helpful & lovely. Rooms are glorious, clean and lovely & the location is so central it couldn’t be more convenient.

Stayed there because a friend Was staying there and I had an amazing surprise. This hotel has service that is consistently amazing. I have never been to a hotel or every department gave you five star service with a sincere smile.

Booked a junior suite with eligible for upgrade. The room was not as shown or as per my last stay at hotel but far smaller without walk inshower and no seating area. The hotel staff was aggressive and rude when I asked for a room or an upgrade since I’m eligible for one as a Platinum member. At which point they asked for more money as a surcharge. Instead they asked us to stay in room and move following day. Terrible service. Manager was not available to resolve the issue.

Fabulous stay for myself and my two daughters. Superb hotel and staff. Exquisite fine dining meal. Seven course taster menu paired with excellent wines cooked and served by attentive, friendly, knowledgeable people.Highly recommended and a big thank you to everyone at Flemings for making our stay so memorable.

This probably is the best option if you are looking for a cozy solution in the heart of Mayfair, a stone throw away from Piccadilly Circus, SoHo, Chinatown and Knightsbridge. Compared to other similar hotels, the only thing I did not like was that, if I wanted to have egg Benedict with my continental breakfast (instead of boiled eggs) I had to pay £16 extra. In this sense, the Mayfair Townhouse and the Franklin Hotel do not charge any extra.

I booked a 2 Room suite at almost 2000 pounds Per night and it is in that light I give this review. The Room did not have a Nice smell, the bedrooms and beds were very small. I also payed for breakfast but I was very suprised when half the meny cost extra

Fabulous! Allowed us to check in early and were more than accommodating after a long flight. This place is a gem, and extremely well located to everything while being tucked perfectly away! We will be back! Also beautiful bar downstairs. And the restaurant just won a Michelin star

Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold med service som var upåklagelig og dette er small luxury. Eneste trekket for oss var den overraskende regningen for frokost alle dagene, som var høyere enn ventet. Hadde lønnet seg stort å inkludere frokost i hotell bestillingen og en del kan vi skylde oss selv. Maten og serveringen var meget bra, men de tar betalt for absolutt alt og noe vi burde avklart tidlig. Men i alt i alt veldig fornøyd og lokasjon er perfekt.

Flemings was a very cozy stay and a very quiet location. I stayed in Twin and it was smaller than I pictured but still adequate. Service, finishes and amenities all 5 star. Only regret not upgrading room from Twin to Double so I could have not felt a touch cramped

The hotel was an absolute delight. The location is unbeatable, the property and decor are stunning, and the staff couldn’t possibly be more helpful and attentive. The cocktail bar is particularly terrific, with ton of creative, well-made and delicious drinks in the menu. I didn’t have dinner at the hotel’s restaurant, but breakfast was excellent. The rooms can be a little tight - that’s London - but who wants to be in them anyway? In any event, they are beautifully decorated, with spacious immaculate washrooms, and fantastic beds and linens. Highly recommended!
