Not having a parking lot that’s safe (15 break-ins at nearby lot for a hockey tournament) isn’t ideal. $39/night for the only safe option is highway robbery. Having stayed 3 nights, $120 on valet parking made the stay not perfect.

This location does not have parking other than valet parking for $40 a day. There is a lot next to them that $17 per use. And street parking that you can only pay for 2 hours at a time

Our whole purpose for staying was a family day getaway to an hotel with a nice indoor pool. Pool area was gross. Built up grime in the front corner by the hot tub and some possible leak led to a really dirty wet area the kids weren’t allowed to go through. Hot tub was non existent, pool was freezing. Lounge area needed a deep clean. Overall no value for money, would have preferred the lamplighter.

Very clean beautiful place but wasn't exactly an enjoyable stay. I had to pay for parking every night, the restaurant wasn't that great, staff was really slow with service. There was no hot tub or sauna. The pool was very cold not many people wanted to go in. There was so many kids running around for some hockey tournament that it was really hard to enjoy ourselves. Kids playing hockey in the hallways, crowding the doors. I can't say I plan on ever returning.

Staff was friendly and helpful, location excellent. Disappointed in the rooms, for a relatively new hotel the property is run down and shabby. Loose plumbing fixtures, burnt out lights, dirty carpets. Surprisingly for a twenty story building, only two guest elevators, one of which has been out of service on my last two visits (although the service elevator is available for guests use and well signed.) Will return for convenience, but can’t rave about the property

Great staff. Loved that part of the armourys history and charm have been maintained. Very clean. Nice to have complimentary tea and coffee and water with citrus. Rooms are comfortable. Only negative was parking. Quite expensive to be valet parked (around $40) per night. Used parking lot next door and that was $27 a night. Pool and gym were great.

One of the 2 elevators was out of service for 'modernizing,' something the hotel notified us about in advance. The service elevator was made available for guests but it was kind of awkward to access from the lobby floor, and we felt kind of bad for the staff trying to do their jobs. Lots of junior hockey groups meant lots of elevator use and delay. Breakfast buffet was excellent and good value, staff very willing to sub in turkey sausage for the pork that was there, or poached eggs for scrambled. Room clean and nice, beds comfortable. No hotel parking but surface lot on the next block a good deal at $11 flat rate overnight and til 6 pm the next day with in/out privileges

We enjoyed our long weekend stay. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Beds are comfortable. Lounge at the top floor is nice and offers nice food and drinks. We stayed there a few years ago, but noticed the hot tub is now gone.

Clean, tasteful, nicely decorated modern rooms. Very Comfortable beds. Quiet. Good storage space. Modern clean bathroom. Very polite staff. Great housekeeping service. Upscale lobby. Hidden fees for parking. Asking $40/night for valet parking as the only option. We parked on the street for free at night and then paid meter parking after that-away most of the day anyway. Located downtown with interesting characters roaming about. Parking on the street may be a bit of a risk, but we managed. Reasonable price for a downtown hotel.

The room was absolutely beautiful, and was spotless. We loved our stay, and we’ll definitely be back. Even though there were tons of hockey kids there when we were staying, once we were in our room, it was silent. It felt very calm and we really had a great weekend. The chef is next level, we had eggs Benedict both mornings and the eggs were absolutely perfection! My husband is an ex-chef and was so pleasantly surprised with the breakfast.

Very disappointing. The room was extremely cold when we arrived. The bedding was pretty thin so we called down for an extra blanket. It was also thin and had holes in it. The caulking in the bathtub was black and peeling. There was no pamphlet in the room with the hotel amenities or services (restaurant menu, pool hours etc.) and nothing with the wifi password. Despite the hotel being mostly empty according to the concierge, the was no hot water in the morning for showers.

A very tired and run down room! The carpet had a large wrinkle (tripping hazard) the ceiling had a huge stain in the middle of it. The bathroom had very discoloured / mold in the bathroom. Furniture was chipped. No what you would expect from a delta property.

We had the room adjacent to the elevator. As soon as we got in the room, we could hear the high pitch sound and grinding from the elevator as it ascended and descended. We immediately called the front desk and asked for a room change. We were assured that the elevators would be shut off at 11pm and would not start up again until 8 the next morning. It was well past 11 and the elevators were still running. They didn’t stop until we complained. They started up the next morning at 6 am, a far cry from the 8 am promise. Very unfortunate, because, other than that issue, the place was fine.

Hotel was clean and a okay stay, however we arrived at 330pm (after check in time) and were told our room wasn’t ready? It took 10+ minutes to try and find another room. One elevator was down and we had to take the stairs or wait 10 minutes for one. The wifi didn't work nor did the device connection to the tv. All things you expect to be better when paying $500/night

Wow! Unimpressed with this hotel. I’m a Bonvoy member and exclusively stay at Marriott’s. I can say this is the worst experience I’ve ever had. Check-in was a nightmare. Over an hour to get room. No parking, forced to use valet with a charge of $50 . When checking out I went to valet to get car. Attendant said it was on its way. 30 min later I asked where is the car and he said they forgot to get it and we’re getting it now. Just a mess, stay away.

I normally do not leave reviews but the service at Delta London Armouries was exceptional! As soon as I arrived, staff was there to offer help unloading my luggages and there to answer questions. Check in was very easy, my room was clean, and everything was easy to navigate. Parking was close by and not too expensive! The next morning, my friend was not feeling well and the front desk offered us late checkout which was very much appreciated. The best hotel stay I have ever had and I will definitely be back to a Delta hotel!

Young lady at check in was kind, understanding and knowledgeable. Steve on night shift is the same. If you see him; say hello. Property is lovely and classy with ample room in the suites and a great 20th floor lounge for happy hour, delicious nibbles and breakfast if you have that option on your room.

Unique property right downtown. Plenty of parking options. Can't beat the location. Staff was above and beyond friendly and courteous from start to finish and that really made the stay stand out. I thought maybe it'd be noisy but it wasn't and I had a great sleep!

Unique property right downtown. Plenty of parking options. Can't beat the location. Staff was above and beyond friendly and courteous from start to finish and that really made the stay stand out. I thought maybe it'd be noisy but it wasn't and I had a great sleep!

We enjoyed the hotel, the location and the staff were great. The restaurant was wonderful! In fact, we ate there for every meal: I have celiac disease and they took very good care of my needs. Also, delicious choices and variety on the menu! The homeless situation outside was a bit troubling, but this location is downtown in a larger city, so it’s expected.

The room was absolutely beautiful, and was spotless. We loved our stay, and we’ll definitely be back. Even though there were tons of hockey kids there when we were staying, once we were in our room, it was silent. It felt very calm and we really had a great weekend. The chef is next level, we had eggs Benedict both mornings and the eggs were absolutely perfection! My husband is an ex-chef and was so pleasantly surprised with the breakfast.

Very cool design how they've modernized but also kept original structure of the original Armory. Our breakfast was delicious. Our room and beds were very clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly enough, but not overly knowledgeable about certain aspects of the hotel. The bar closed at 11, which we thought was early for a Saturday night. Checking was slow due to many people arriving for a wedding. The hotel would predicted this, so, I feel there should more people at the front desk checking people in. Valet parking only right now due to construction, which is an additional $35.

Convenient to Budweiser Arena. We had dinner at the bar upstairs and it was delicious! Followed by breakfast the next morning downstairs, also delicious! Staff was very, very helpful and friendly!

We stayed overnight on a Saturday night and was impressed with how quiet the stay was. In addition, the Sunday brunch was AMAZING complete with a very, VERY talented live violin player and a wide array of delicious and well presented food. The valet parking was the icing on the cake. Definitely recommend this hotel!

Nice hotel but terrible location. The surrounding area is sketchy at best. To ensure vehicle security, one should use the valet service. The staff are quite willing to please and always greet with a smile.

There was black mold growing inside the shower. It was just inside at the top where the door was. I went to open the door to the mini fridge behind a cabinet door and the bottom hinge was broken and door fell off.

Incredibly rude bar and housekeeping staff. We were rushed out of the bar at 11:05pm on a Saturday. We were told they were not serving anything (including water) as they had closed at 11pm, even though there were many people still drinking on the bar. We sat anyway at one of the table in the bar area because being a hotel lobby area you would think it would be open to hotel guests to use. Unfortunately, the bartender turned on all of the lights around us and stood staring at our tables with her hands crossed until we left. Housekeeping woke us up knocking on our door wanting to clean our room before it was even checkout time. We put the do not disturb on our door, but i guess it fell off. There should be no reason for housekeeping to be trying to clean a room before guests check out.
