Por buscar un punto negativo (hay que fijarse) el estado de alguna puerta y un leve mal olor en la zona del inodoro.

Un magnífico hotel. La recepción es espectacular, muy amplia (como ya no se ven en hoteles nuevos). El garaje muy cómodo de utilizar, plazas amplias y acceso fácil. La habitación grande, limpia y ventanas al exterior. Dispone de TV de 42", wifi, caja fuerte, aire acondicionado... El baño con bañera (personalmente no me gusta, lo veo incómodo y anticuado). El desayuno bastante bueno, no eche en falta nada.

Stayed for a business trip for 2 nights. Fresh clean rooms and a lovely atmosphere. Breakfast was excellent each morning. Small gym but had everything needed for a work out. I would definitely book again when i return for work again.

Beautiful spacious room with very comfortable bed and separate sitting room. The lobby is huge and the bar serves drinks and food options. Breakfast was good- enough choices to satisfy. Check in and check out we’re smooth- an excellent choice for Lugo.

Spacious and well equipped room. Convenient (unofficial) motorcycle parking right by entrance. Helpful and efficient reception staff. The only downside was the bar on Sunday evening, which served me two different and very bad red wines, very strange.

This hotel is fine, really, but a little bit run down already. This was my third stay here in the last two years so I've seen how it has gotten just a little bit worse each time. It is mostly clean, mostly comfortable, mostly acceptable. But, some of the staff is a little bit rude, just enough to get away with it. Worst of all is the excessive noise made by housekeeping, all day, every day. It's a hotel, let your guests rest for a change! That being said, if you happen to need lodging in Lugo, you'd be hard pressed to find better accomodations.

Wifi didn’t work in my room. I was told it was my fault/my devices. Not true. Someone else in the hotel admitted there were issues in part of my floor due to nearby antennas. They eventually offered a new room but not without a fight. Some reception staff (Leticia) were incredibly rude to us. The main hotel manager was polite and apologised. Other than that the hotel is centrally located, spacious and clean. Rooms are good value for money.

El hotel es fantástico y está bien ubicado pero tiene un problema general con malos olores en todas sus estancias, seguro que es algo de las bajantes o alcantarillas. La cama es incómoda y no dejas dormir al acompañante con cualquier movimiento, por ultimo deberían sustituir las bañeras por platos de ducha, además de incómodas son peligrosas ya que son resbaladizas

A las 9’15 entran en la habitación (supongo que el servicio de habitaciones) sin llamar a la puerta y sobre las 9’45 lo mismo, cosa que no entiendo porque la salida era para las 12’00 . Nunca me pasó esto en ningún hotel.

We stayed here to start our walk on the Camino Primitivo. The location is perfect, about 10 minutes from the Cathedral and city wall, which had several dining options and close to the trail. Great morning breakfast buffet options!

Très belle chambre, grande et confortable. De plus la localisation de l'hôtel est très près du centre ville. Très bon petit déjeuner. Mais le Gran Café n'est pas à la hauteur. Il vaut mieux manger ailleurs !

Un magnífico hotel. La recepción es espectacular, muy amplia (como ya no se ven en hoteles nuevos). El garaje muy cómodo de utilizar, plazas amplias y acceso fácil. La habitación grande, limpia y ventanas al exterior. Dispone de TV de 42", wifi, caja fuerte, aire acondicionado... El baño con bañera (personalmente no me gusta, lo veo incómodo y anticuado). El desayuno bastante bueno, no eche en falta nada.

Stayed for a business trip for 2 nights. Fresh clean rooms and a lovely atmosphere. Breakfast was excellent each morning. Small gym but had everything needed for a work out. I would definitely book again when i return for work again.

Spacious and well equipped room. Convenient (unofficial) motorcycle parking right by entrance. Helpful and efficient reception staff. The only downside was the bar on Sunday evening, which served me two different and very bad red wines, very strange.

El Tuvimos una estancia agradable. El hotel está bien ubicado si lo que quieres ver es el centro de Lugo, a 10 minutos caminando de la muralla y la catedral. La habitación muy cómoda y silenciosa. Las fotos se ven un poquito mejor de lo que en realidad es, pero en general es muy lindo todo. Una lástima que el desaryuno sea taaan costoso para una ciudad pequeña como Lugo, 24 euros por persona es demasiado. La cafetería también tiene precios súper elevados, así que mi recomendación es salir a comer o beber todo.

The room was a great size and clean, air con wasn’t working efficiently even after talking to receptionist about it. Staff in reception were helpful and friendly. Not happy staff at breakfast time. Staff in the Gran Cafe were friendly but very short staffed and were run off their feet. Parking was very good
