Beautiful hotel in a great location near to train station. Studio was great,spacious, well equipped, lovely comfy bed and pillows. Clean and tidy. Staff very friendly. Had a drink in the 12th floor bar, beautifully furnished and well worth a visit. Highly recommended.

Absolutely wonderful relaxing stay, the rooms were beautifully appointed and loved the concept, breakfast in the morning was superb, sadly we didn’t get to go to the rooftop bar but we took a peak and it was fabulous…great location round the corner from the train station, and parking facilities round the corner! We will be back

The whole experience was superb from start to finish. Staff so professional and chatty made you feel so welcome. Our room was on the 11 floor good views. Room was very smart and has more than needed, so clean and well equipped, great nights sleep. The roof top bar was brilliant good views staff brilliant, good atmosphere. Our booking included breakfast, good choose and good service from staff. Can leave luggage so could enjoy the following day in Leeds. My only criticism was the 10:00am check out on a weekend, so we checked out and then had breakfast, this will not stop us booking to stay again or recommend, looks like we have a new best place to stay in Leeds.

We were really impressed by Hyatt House Leeds and will definitely look to stay again on our next visit to the city. The room we had was spacious and comfortable. We slept really well. We were pleased to be given a room at the end of the corridor. The kitchen was well appointed. The bathroom has space to put your things out, and there was a shelf inside the shower which is so often missing in hotels. We had a decent sized couch facing a large tv. We didn’t make use of it but I thought it was cool the tv could be turned around to face either the couch or the bed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, we both had a fantastic sleep. Breakfast offered a decent range. Bacon, eggs, sausages, black pudding, hash browns. Cereals, toast, yoghurts and surprisingly good mini pain au chocolat. The breakfast room was huge and we were able to have a quiet breakfast without anyone really around us. I also used the gym and thought it was good by hotel standards. There was a decent range of equipment that all seemed pretty new. I’m not sure when the hotel opened but everything seemed quite new. The guy who checked us in mumbled a lot and wasn’t particularly friendly.

Excellent check in by a very helpful young lady. Explained everything in a clear concise and relaxed way. Showed us to the lifts, explained how the key card worked, a nice touch but we already knew how they worked. She told us about local eateries and wrote them down for us as well as saying how long to walk to them. We ate at a couple and yes well recommended. The room was very clean and well equipped, rooms and hotel very quiet. A microwave, tea, coffee and small fridge all in the room. A large sofa, table and triple wardrobe in a very large basic room. Great experience at breakfast, plenty of choice for meat eaters and those of us who do not eat meat. Good quality produce, well cooked, excellent selection of cereals, yoghurt and fresh fruit as well as pastries. Location in town is superb, and close to local cheap parking for a long weekend. Absolutely fauless, and perfection. This is the way forward for hotels.

What a fantastic hotel with even more fantastic staff who made our stay so memorable! Great location with train station right next to it and many buses. The room is full of modern, intelligent space solutions and great quality with finish. The kitchen was fully equipped including coffee pods. That TV goes 360 degrees between living room n bedroom. Bed, bath and views were so lush. Breakfast staff were great, very attentive in the busiest of times. There was a good variety, however the quality of it could be better. There is a pay n display car park under the railway arches just behind the hotel that is much more reasonable than the Q park. Highly recommended and we will definitely come back.

Great location in the middle of Leeds, close to the station so came by train to avoid the hassle and expense of parking. Room was spacious, everything is new and and good quality stuff. Only stayed one night but will be going back. Good breakfast too.

Great hotel in a great location with added extra of a small kitchenette so you can prepare your own food and drinks (Hyatt House). Room wasn’t ready even though I checked in after 3pm and had to wait nearly half an hour which wasn’t great. Did offer me a complimentary drink to make up for it.

The breakfast room was huge and we were able to have a quiet breakfast without anyone really around us. I also used the gym and thought it was good by hotel standards. There was a decent range of equipment that all seemed pretty new. I’m not sure when the hotel opened but everything seemed quite new. The guy who checked us in mumbled a lot and wasn’t particularly friendly.

We were really impressed by Hyatt House Leeds and will definitely look to stay again on our next visit to the city. The room we had was spacious and comfortable. We slept really well. We were pleased to be given a room at the end of the corridor. The kitchen was well appointed. The bathroom has space to put your things out, and there was a shelf inside the shower which is so often missing in hotels. We had a decent sized couch facing a large tv. We didn’t make use of it but I thought it was cool the tv could be turned around to face either the couch or the bed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, we both had a fantastic sleep. Breakfast offered a decent range. Bacon, eggs, sausages, black pudding, hash browns. Cereals, toast, yoghurts and surprisingly good mini pain au chocolat. Excellent check in by a very helpful young lady. Explained everything in a clear concise and relaxed way. Showed us to the lifts, explained how the key card worked, a nice touch but we already knew how they worked. She told us about local eateries and wrote them down for us as well as saying how long to walk to them. We ate at a couple and yes well recommended. The room was very clean and well equipped, rooms and hotel very quiet. A microwave, tea, coffee and small fridge all in the room. A large sofa, table and triple wardrobe in a very large basic room. Great experience at breakfast, plenty of choice for meat eaters and those of us who do not eat meat. Good quality produce, well cooked, excellent selection of cereals, yoghurt and fresh fruit as well as pastries. Location in town is superb, and close to local cheap parking for a long weekend. Absolutely fauless, and perfection. This is the way forward for hotels.

The staff were all extremely polite and helpful. The room was clean and tidy with more room than we expected to relax. Our stay was quiet and the bed was comfortable. Our breakfast was very tasty with enough choice to ensure that we left full. We would definitely stay again.

Great location in the middle of Leeds, close to the station so came by train to avoid the hassle and expense of parking. Room was spacious, everything is new and and good quality stuff. Only stayed one night but will be going back. Good breakfast too.

Breakfast was amazing. Loads of variety and continuously replinishing the hot food. Couldn't fault it. The rooms were stunning. Fridge, wine glasses, toaster and microwave all included. Bed was huge and extremely comfortable. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Would 100% stay here again.

This is a newly opened hotel, but you can tell it still needs a few things to improve. There were no garbage cans in the room, no remote control for the TV, the fridge was not working, etc. I'm not sure why they include cooking utensils in a room with just a microwave and fridge, no sink, no stove. The staff was great, but the breakfast was average and needed variety. Maybe some cold cuts and more fruits. The hotel is in a great location, within 5 minutes' walking distance to the old town, train, and many restaurants and shops.

The selection of cereals at breakfast was limited, was ok for kids. Coffee machine in the room with only one pod, additional requested but never arrived - either provide them or do not have the machines in the room. Appreciated the facility of the fridge, sofa and fitted wardrobe, but the light from the microwave clock was very bright (had to search for the switch to turn off at night!)

Great check in , fantastic room, comfortable bed. Bathroom small and terrible cheap toilet roll. Never got breakfast, arrived 930, still hadn't got a table at 10 when service stopped .

Breakfast was a shambles, understaffed, no clean bowls, dirty tables, food running low (was 7:30am, allegedly not even a 'busy' time). Staff very friendly and helpful nevertheless (clearly doing their best!). Parking at Q-Park next door convenient and less eye-watering with the Hyatt discount code.

Really nice apartments. Would definitely recommend and stay again. The only thing I would say is that I would expect to have Netflix and YouTube as apps on the TV considering it’s only been open since 2025 and the breakfast was ok, but would benefit from being hotter or having a microwave. Staff were very hospitable and the ambience of the hotel is lovely. Great location also.
