Ein wirklich wahnsinnig gutes Team, man merkt wieviel Spaß sie bei der Arbeit haben. Das Frühstück ist echt klasse mit einer super Auswahl und die Cocktails an der Bar sind extrem lecker! Nochmal vielen vielen Dank für den tollen Service und die tollen Gespräche!

Das Hotel gefällt mir gut, Top location und super preis/leistungsverhältnis, leider ist seit etwa 2 Monaten die Sauna kaputt und wird nicht repariert, finde ich sehr Schade!

Die Unterkunft war sehr alt und das hat man ihr auch angesehen. Das Zimmer war sehr verwinkelt und man hatte das gefühl man ist sehr eingeengt beim Schlafplatz. Sauna außer Betrieb. Fitnessbereich sehr schmutzig und die Geräte sind sehr heruntergekommen.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit sehr guten Service und gutem Preis-Leistung-verhältnis.Parkplatz im angrenzenden Parkhaus ist vorhanden , aber mit 10€ pro angefangenen Tag(Datum ist entscheidend) auch nicht gerade günstig.

Zimmer 427 war Wunderbar, alles Sauber und gepflegt, nichts defekt oder gebastelt. Man kann von diesem Zimmer zwar beide Lifte hören was etwas Nerven kann. Check-in, Frühstück und ebenfalls Cocktails Abends an der Bar waren super!

Sehr zuvorkommender Service an der Bar, beim Frühstück und der Rezeption. Personal ist ständig verfügbar, freundlich und ist sehr zuvorkommend. Ebenfalls wird viel Wert auf Sauberkeit gelegt. Die cocktails werden schnell zubereitet und auch das Abendessen ist sehr lecker. Barkeeper Ercan bereitet auch außergewöhnliche Cocktaisl zu und ist ein toller Mitarbeiter☺️👍

While this is a beautiful hotel and a great location in the city, our experience was terrible. The staff was rude checking in. We did not understand the parking, and the woman was irritated when she explained a second time. They stored our suitcases because we arrived a few mintues early, but they were not happy about it. Even though we had the temperature set at the lowest setting with the fan on high, our room was actually hot. The hallway temperature was significantly cooler than our room, and we had also left the window ajar to bring in some of the cool evening air. When we were charged overcharged for parking (over double what we had been told when checking in), the front desk clerk abrasively told us that we just have to pay whatever the machine tells us because it is not a part of the hotel. We parked our car at 16:00 and drove away at 8:30 the following morning. We were charged 28 euros. It was outrageous. I would definitley NOT recommend this hotel.

Wir haben das Hotel für eine Nacht am Guitar Summit Wochenende gebucht. Der Eingangsbereich ist wirklich sehr schön und das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war sauber, das Badezimmer war nicht ganz so sauber, die Dusche hatte große Kalkflecken und auch die Toilette hatte einen gelben Urinstein Streifen. Ansonsten war der Rest vom Zimmer in Ordnung und für eine Nacht wirklich gut. Auch die Lage ist super man ist schnell in der Fußgängerzone, zum Guitar Summit hatten wir es auch nicht weit und der Park mit dem Wasserturm ist auch gleich nebenan.

Zunächst haben wir leider ein nach altem Rauch riechendes Hotelzimmer bekommen. Zimmer getauscht. Zwar sehr geräumig, aber: Bett hatte nicht gesäuberte Händeabdrücke und Dreck an der sichtbaren Rückwand, das Kopfkissen Flecken von Wimperntusche, Nachttisch abgenutzt. Leider war auch die Steckdose, die einzige, im Bad defekt. Das Beste war das Frühstück. Reichliche Auswahl, sehr gut.

Ein sehr schönes und vor allem sauberes Zimmer bzw. auch Haus. Das Personal ist auch sehr nett. Wir hatten es im Nachhinein, keinsterweise bereut aus dem Hotel wo wir waren vorzeitig weg zugehen und in dieses Hotel zu gehen. In diesem Hotel Leonardo royal hat man sich Echt wohl gefühlt.

Ein sehr schönes und vor allem sauberes Zimmer bzw. auch Haus. Das Personal ist auch sehr nett. Wir hatten es im Nachhinein, keinsterweise bereut aus dem Hotel wo wir waren vorzeitig weg zugehen und in dieses Hotel zu gehen. In diesem Hotel Leonardo royal hat man sich Echt wohl gefühlt.

Das Zimmer hätte besser gereinigt sein können. Was sehr, sehr gut ist, das Frühstücksbuffet! Sehr zu empfehlen.

Leider muss ich sagen, dass die Sauberkeit extrem schlecht ist. Überall staubt es. Leider ist auch das Bett extrem ungemütlich, es rutsch ständig auseinander. Da sollte man davon ausgehen, dass darunter gesaugt wird.. leider nicht. Optisch sieht die Unterkunft echt toll aus, aber hinter der Fassade sieht es anders aus. Ich finde auch die Armaturen im Bad sind in die Jahre gekommen.. naja. Aber die Lage ist top. Das Personal sehr nett.

Central location, excellent condition. Large room. My only problem in room 240 was I like to sleep with the window open and both evenings in the early hours my room filled with the smell of tobacco smoke. There was also a bit of noise below. Not sure if staff were working and smoking outside, or whether it was coming from elsewhere, but the first night in particular it was overwhelming. I don't smoke.

From start to finish the stay was very enjoyable. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely, large room (330) with all mod cons. Great breakfast and dinner service. Fast Wi-Fi. Nice area. Comfortable bed. Very fair price. 2 tiny niggles, both reported to the staff - bathroom was poorly lit and the shower 'screen' was far too small to prevent water splashing everywhere.

Wir waren für zwei Übernachtungen in dem Hotel. Schwierige Parkplatzsituation. 1. Zimmer: Fenster defekt. War notdürftig mit Panzertape geflickt, weswegen der Verkehrslärm sehr laut war. Zimmer gewechselt. 2. Zimmer: War soweit in Ordnung, nur der Schminkspiegel hing nur noch an einer Schraube. Nach der ersten Nacht Ausfall der Klimaanlage, deswegen nächster Zimmerwechsel. 3. Zimmer: Abfluss beider Waschbecken floss nicht richtig ab. Zimmertresor war auf dem Kopf eingebaut, weswegen die Codeeingabe etwas erschwert wurde. Wie sich herausstellte funktionierte auch hier die Klimaanlage nicht, da von der Störung das ganze Hotel betroffen war.

The hotel is in a brilliant location. All the staff were very welcoming, friendly & helpful - front desk, cleaning staff & the waiters. We had a problem with the A/C in our room & needed to move rooms - this was all sorted very promptly. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. We had a lovely few days in Mannheim.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang! Sind schon öfters da gewesen, immer gerne wieder! Zimmer 537 ganz oben und nach hinten raus, TOP! Frühstücksbuffet alles was das Herz begehrt. Wochenende bis 11 Uhr, auch sehr schön man kann länger Schlafen. Frisch Renoviert, alles sehr nett gemacht. Preis-Leistung nicht zu toben. Komm gerne hier her.

While this is a beautiful hotel and a great location in the city, our experience was terrible. The staff was rude checking in. We did not understand the parking, and the woman was irritated when she explained a second time. They stored our suitcases because we arrived a few mintues early, but they were not happy about it. Even though we had the temperature set at the lowest setting with the fan on high, our room was actually hot. The hallway temperature was significantly cooler than our room, and we had also left the window ajar to bring in some of the cool evening air. When we were charged overcharged for parking (over double what we had been told when checking in), the front desk clerk abrasively told us that we just have to pay whatever the machine tells us because it is not a part of the hotel. We parked our car at 16:00 and drove away at 8:30 the following morning. We were charged 28 euros. It was outrageous. I would definitley NOT recommend this hotel.

Because of an mistake at Expedia in the description, we did not got the interior we booked. However, the very friendly personnel at the hotel arranged everything to solve the mistake and therefore we had a great stay. Recommendation!

The hotel was very convenient to the historic sites nearby as well as a short walk to the train station. The hotel is older and in need of some renovations which could make it grander. Also! Die Klimaanlage Zimmernummer 120 ist nicht zu gebrauchen. Es kommt keine kühle Luft heraus. Man kann sagen keine Funktion. Im Bad in der Badewanne läuft das Wasser sehr schlecht ab! So nun zum Frühstück: Es fehlt an Wurstwaren, es gibt nur Schinken. Also keine Aufschnitt Wurst. Auch könnte man ein Streichwurst anbieten. z.b. Leberwurst, Mettwurst!. Brötchen könnten knuspriger sein! Tip: Brötchen in der mitte aufschneiden und in den Toaster geben. Positiv: liegt sehr zentral in der Stadt. Sehr 👍 sehr freundliche und nette Mitarbeiter.

Zimmer 427 war Wunderbar, alles Sauber und gepflegt, nichts defekt oder gebastelt. Man kann von diesem Zimmer zwar beide Lifte hören was etwas Nerven kann. Check-in, Frühstück und ebenfalls Cocktails Abends an der Bar waren super!

Hotel super wie immer!!! Frühstück hat etwas nachgelassen, Brötchen heute nicht knusprig (wie Gummi). Spiegeleier nicht so schön gebraten und angerichtet wie sonnst! Speck war auch nicht gut gebraten, sehr hell und nicht knusprig! Am besten war heute der Marmorkuchen. Positiv: Das Zimmer bekommen, was angefragt war /top!

I really like the classic looks of this hotel and it's location but unfortunately its no longer as well managed as it used to be. Several technical maintenance issues and "non-caring" staf made my 5-days stay unpleasant. The relatively new beds were very soft and impossible to have a good night sleep ( even after removing the soft "memory foam" topper)
