The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The rooms were kept clean. The hotel is in a great spot for walking the city. Parking is expensive, but it’s nice too have a warm and safe place for the car.

Professional and friendly staff. Room size is doable for a weekend, my friend and I were comfortable enough. They had a mini fridge and sample size shampoo n conditioner n body lotion n soap. We had the double room with 2 single beds and it was comfortable. AC in the room that you can turn on or off too. Continental breakfast w/ fruits, croissants, boiled eggs, yogurt, fruit cups, cereal, jam/pb on toast, tea, juice n milk. There is a small gym as well w/ a small rack of dumbbells n a few threadmills. Great experience and comfortable rooms

Property was ok, thick dust and cobwebs over the railings where you sit and eat breakfast. Breakfast itself was a disappintment - 4 days of juice boxes, yourgart, over boiled eggs, bread and croissant. Highlight was the fresh melon/pineapple. Staff are lovely and accommodating. Place was quiet. Room was clean but smaller than a colleage dorm room. I was prepared for small from the reviewes but still surprised at what small is there. My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. The photos online suggested a much better quality of the rooms and facilities than what we actually experienced. Cleanliness was poor—the sheets were stained, and there were hairs on the pillowcases, so we had to request a change. The next day, the bathroom was barely cleaned, and on one occasion the coffee supplies were not replenished. Overall, the hotel feels old, with very small rooms and bathrooms, and the standard of cleanliness was consistently low. I would not return, nor would I recommend this hotel.

Room did not look like pictures. Shower needs upgrades. I felt like I was in a cell or something. TV remote was hard to use, et même pas de RDS… breakfast was fruit, yogurt cereal and boiled eggs. And I don’t know if it’s people of cleaners, but outside noise felt the walls were made of paper. A very average experience.

The rooms are extremely tiny….dorm-room sized which was unexpected. The AC unit is very loud and you can’t turn it off or the room gets really hot. Sleeping was impossible! The hotel itself was quite nice and the placement was extremely convenient between the downtown core and the Old Port. Very walkable!

Free breakfast was great! Loved that every day we returned to our room - the bed was remade, towels refreshed, coffee, etc. It was the smallest hotel room I've ever stayed in but luckily we had lots of plans that we basically just slept and showered there anyways. The room we booked said Queen size bed but it definitely wasn't. Overall, the location was absolutely perfect for us which was the main thing and our favorite part was coming back to fresh-made bed every evening!

My rating is based on some of the attitudes of the staff. Don’t get me wrong there were some hidden staff gems that I had the pleasure of interacting with. Like the man that checked me in my first night. He was very kind and he helped me out when he didn’t have to. The cleaning lady for floor 3 was a delight and the man that worked on Friday afternoon/evening was very kind. However, there was a lady that worked at the front desk that had a horrible attitude, it was not welcoming and when I would call the front desk from my room, one of the ladies that picked up the phone was rude and short. Terrible customer service by that lot. If it wasn’t for the hidden gems, I would have given the place a 2 star rating.

Not a bad place to stay if you don't mind things not working properly. First room we checked into the shower wasn't working. Called the front desk and they sent someone up. Got a new room after waiting nearly 25 mins. Upon getting the new room I thought everything was functional. Only to find later on the fridge was broken and my food went bad. Also the air conditioner wasn't working properly either. By the time I returned to my room it was 3am and to late to call down to the front desk. After raising my concerns to the front desk they did nothing to rectify the situation and had horrible customer service.

Great location! Front desk staff very helpful. Breakfast had good selection when staff could keep up. Don't show up 10 minutes before breakfast service ends, though - they are already packing up and don't want you hanging around (and are quite rude about it). Breakfast was fine, few options but acceptable, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. It's definitely not a 5 star hotel, but the staff were very friendly and helpful, and for a budget stay this is a very good option which has everything you need in good quality. For the price compared to competitors, highly recommend this option.

The room worked for a spot to stop on our way to our next destination. It is a 5-10 minute walk to the downtown area which was beautiful. However, the area does not feel safe when walking, especially in the evening.

I give it 5 stars for cleanliness and location if you want to see Old Montreal. It is next to Chinatown so there’s tons of eatery around. Grocery store and shopping is a stone throw away, therefore it’s very convenient for everyday needs. I give it a 3 or even a low 2.5 for the room as our bed mattresses are lumpy and pillows were almost flat. This our second time to stay in this hotel in 3 years, and I thought I was appointed to a better room the last time, we’re here in 2022.

I give it 5 stars for cleanliness and location if you want to see Old Montreal. It is next to Chinatown so there’s tons of eatery around. Grocery store and shopping is a stone throw away, therefore it’s very convenient for everyday needs. We stayed overnight in Montreal. We had a get together downtown so this was a very good location for us. Rooms are a little small. Continental breakfast was ok. The hotel was full but it was very peaceful and quiet at night. We had a great night sleep. Check in was very simple and pleasant.

I enjoyed my stay. The hotel was walking distance to things. The staff that works there is very friendly. But I wasn't fond of the breakfast. It was the same thing every day. But the fresh fruit was good and the croissants were very yummy. I stayed on the 10th floor and the gentleman that was cleaning the room. Was very friendly and always in a good, happy mood.

Hotel was in a good location near Chinatown and close to shops. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was reasonably small however and the double bed was short for a 6ft person. Free breakfast was good but a little limited and no hot food. Overall, a good hotel.

The check in process was great. We had a great experience with the front desk staff, informing of us parking options, luggage storage and check in process. My issue was with the description of the actual room online, it was incredibly small! This room was not fit for two people to live comfortably inside. It was tight and no areas to place luggage. My second issue was the sound. It was beyond loud, during the night, yelling, slamming doors, people hitting doors, then in the morning the cleaning staff were just as bad, slamming doors, loud and so disruptive. I can honestly say that sleep was non existent. It was not pleasant whatsoever ever. I was very disappointed with my stay with regards to the actual room and floor.

Service was okay. Would have liked to know there was going to be a deposit when check-in and be a bit better with filling and follow up on the breakfast. That was really slow and not cool even when it was asked for fill up more. Breakfast is REALLY just survivable not a big variety. Very simple and survivable food. Wish there were a bit more and something healthier too. I don’t understand why they peel the eggs - they don’t taste good. Just leave them in water so the guest can peel it themselves. The used utility station need to organised a bit better
