I’m a shopper so the location was great. Service was excellent and facilities were well kept. I would not recommend this location for anyone with mobility issues. They don’t have bars to hold onto in the bathroom or even furniture that can provide something to hold onto should you fall.

El valet parking pésimo servicio, acelero como si fuera su coche, el señor muy malhumorado y lo trataron muy mal. (Sin embargo, el recepcionista buen servicio). La habitación “con vista al patio”, en realidad es vista al desayunador, se escucha todo desde las 6:00 AM (Licuadoras, proveedores, servicios, etc) y cero privacidad, no lo recomiendo para nada.

El valet parking pésimo servicio, acelero como si fuera su coche, el señor muy malhumorado y lo trataron muy mal. (Sin embargo, el recepcionista buen servicio). La habitación “con vista al patio”, en realidad es vista al desayunador, se escucha todo desde las 6:00 AM (Licuadoras, proveedores, servicios, etc) y cero privacidad, no lo recomiendo para nada.

El hotel es muy bonito. Todo su staff es muy amable y la ubicación es inmejorable. Nos contactaron antes de llegar para no tener que preocuparnos por el auto y el estacionamiento, ya nos estaban esperando para recibirlo. La señora que nos atendió en el desayuno nos lo hizo al gusto y fue muy cordial.

El hotel es muy bonito. Todo su staff es muy amable y la ubicación es inmejorable. Nos contactaron antes de llegar para no tener que preocuparnos por el auto y el estacionamiento, ya nos estaban esperando para recibirlo. This is a rather new property built in a historic section of El Centro. Unlike other properties coming into the market, Five Queens Hotel is not intended for the ultra-luxury client but offers modern conveniences and a fantastic vibe throughout. Be prepared for stairs here - there is no elevator but assistance with suitcases is freely provided. I would have liked to rate an overall 4.5 here because there is room for improvement. There is a wait time for hot water on some days (just let it run) and the internet can be slow in the rooms themselves. The hotel does include daily breakfast prepared from scratch by the lovely staff, although you may find yourself going out for some mornings to experience some of the excellent breakfast spots close by. The outstanding staff truly made my stay at this hotel special! They felt like family after 5 days and their response time through WhatsApp was incredible. (Yes, get the app for all things SMA) The location is close to everything, I walked everywhere without issue. The typical noises of the town are muted a bit with Calle Loreto being a one-way street that is not traveled as much during the nighttime hours. Finally the hotel roof terrace offers outstanding views of sunsets and the monuments from two levels. Take a bottle of wine up the stairs and you’ll experience these serene experiences without the crowds (and prices) of the “famous” sunset views touted by many nearby restaurants!

Todos fueran muy amables y muy serviciales. El desayuno es excelente y hay muchas opciones. Todo salió bien con mi coche. No tuve que esperar mucho tiempo. Fue un verdadero placer quedarme en el hotel.

The only suggestion I have is to tell the guest what a beautiful terrace you have on the roof. We didn’t learn about it till the last day it makes this wonderful experience even better that should be shared immediately when the guest arrived

Una verdadera delicia hospedarme en Five Queen. El único detalle es que estáben un callejón estrecho y la logística cob el estacionamiento es algo complicada. Pero la ubicación excelente, el desayuno que ofrecen muy casero y delicioso! Si regreso!

Mi estancia de 2 noches, estuvo excelente. El hotel está nuevo y la habitación en la que me quedé de muy buen tamaño y muy limpia. La atención del personal extraordinaria, nos dieron una gran atención en todo momento. La verdad que las fotos NO le hacen justicia a la decoración y detalles que tiene el hotel, ya que está muy lindo. Lo que Si recomiendo, es reforzar las ventanas del balcón o poner sobre ventanal para aislar los ruidos externos, se escuchan las motos y los autos. Por supuesto que regresaré. Gracias

Tuve una estancia agradable en este hotel. El lugar es impecable, ya que está prácticamente nuevo, lo que lo hace aún más acogedor. El personal fue increíblemente atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Sin duda, volvería a hospedarme aquí y lo recomendaría a cualquiera que busque comodidad y excelente servicio.

We really enjoyed the style of the property. I loved that it was so new and clean. The staff were all very nice, friendly and helpful. Housekeeping team do an outstanding job keeping everything perfect. The only let down for us was the breakfast, it was fresh but was very basic and not my expectation of an ‘English breakfast’.

The room was cleaned well while we were there. The coffeemaker water reservoir was refilled daily and more coffee pods were left to ensure I could have an early cup of coffee before leaving for the day. Great service. The staff was very friendly and professional throughout our stay. A minor complaint from me would be the complimentary breakfast provided chilaquiles as one choice and I received regular tortillas chips and salsa in lieu of chilaquiles. That was a side dish to go with an order of scrambled eggs. It was kind of funny but unexpected in Mexico. We were there right before Dia De Los Muertos and the hotel was beautifully decorated. This hotel is located about a ten minute walk from the main plaza and the Parroquia de San Miguel. It was our first time to this beautiful colonial city and we had a wonderful experience.

Wonderful Boutique Hotel within reasonable walking distance of the main square. The staff is very helpful. We recommend upper floor rooms, the ground floor rooms at simply too loud at times.

This was a very nice property in a great location. Just a couple minor things. The volume on the TV in our room wouldn’t go higher than a whisper and our friends room had no wifi or TV. We did tell the front desk. Not sure if they tried to fix it or not but it was the same through our stay.

El valet parking pésimo servicio, acelero como si fuera su coche, el señor muy malhumorado y lo trataron muy mal. (Sin embargo, el recepcionista buen servicio). La habitación “con vista al patio”, en realidad es vista al desayunador, se escucha todo desde las 6:00 AM (Licuadoras, proveedores, servicios, etc) y cero privacidad, no lo recomiendo para nada.

La atención del personal de recepción fue excelente, muy amables y serviciales. La habitación estuvo limpia, cómoda y muy agradable. Los servicios en excelente funcionamiento. El hotel en general muy limpio y el diseño del hotel muy colonial y en buen estado. Lo recomiendo ampliamente y regresaría nuevamente a este hotel sin dudarlo.

Todos fueran muy amables y muy serviciales. El desayuno es excelente y hay muchas opciones. Todo salió bien con mi coche. No tuve que esperar mucho tiempo. Fue un verdadero placer quedarme en el hotel.

Tuve una estancia agradable en este hotel. El lugar es impecable, ya que está prácticamente nuevo, lo que lo hace aún más acogedor. El personal fue increíblemente atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Sin duda, volvería a hospedarme aquí y lo recomendaría a cualquiera que busque comodidad y excelente servicio.

The room was cleaned well while we were there. The coffeemaker water reservoir was refilled daily and more coffee pods were left to ensure I could have an early cup of coffee before leaving for the day. Great service. The staff was very friendly and professional throughout our stay. A minor complaint from me would be the complimentary breakfast provided chilaquiles as one choice and I received regular tortillas chips and salsa in lieu of chilaquiles. That was a side dish to go with an order of scrambled eggs. It was kind of funny but unexpected in Mexico. We were there right before Dia De Los Muertos and the hotel was beautifully decorated. This hotel is located about a ten minute walk from the main plaza and the Parroquia de San Miguel. It was our first time to this beautiful colonial city and we had a wonderful experience.

Wonderful Boutique Hotel within reasonable walking distance of the main square. The staff is very helpful. We recommend upper floor rooms, the ground floor rooms at simply too loud at times.

La habitación tiene lo mínimo indispensable para descansar adecuadamente y no esperes grandes espacios ni lujos; decoración de buen gusto. La construcción es muy bonita; el personal muy amable. El desayuno es sabroso. La ubicación es excelente! El estacionamiento, como en todo SMA, es una complejidad. Subir tres pisos por escaleras no es muy agradable. En la siguiente ocasión pediré habitación en PB o 1er Piso. Almohadas de distintas densidades y alturas se disfrutarían (más suaves).

La habitación tiene lo mínimo indispensable para descansar adecuadamente y no esperes grandes espacios ni lujos; decoración de buen gusto. La construcción es muy bonita; el personal muy amable. El desayuno es sabroso. La ubicación es excelente! El estacionamiento, como en todo SMA, es una complejidad. Subir tres pisos por escaleras no es muy agradable. Una verdadera delicia hospedarme en Five Queen. El único detalle es que estáben un callejón estrecho y la logística cob el estacionamiento es algo complicada. Pero la ubicación excelente, el desayuno que ofrecen muy casero y delicioso! Si regreso!

We really enjoyed the style of the property. I loved that it was so new and clean. The staff were all very nice, friendly and helpful. Housekeeping team do an outstanding job keeping everything perfect. The only let down for us was the breakfast, it was fresh but was very basic and not my expectation of an ‘English breakfast’.

La ubicación es buena. Muy cerca del centro. Te puedes ir caminando. Son embargo, creo que el precio es alto para lo que ofrecen. La habitación era pequeña, no tenía jabón para lavar las manos. No tienen valet parking en el lugar, lo llaman y tarda aproximadamente 15 minutos en llegar, preferimos usar otro estacionamiento. Creo que por el.precio podríamos haber encontrado algo mucho mejor

Es buena ubicación; es un hotel boutique en su totalidad ya que no tienen cocina como para comida o room service. Los cuartos están lindos y acogedores. Buena opción para un fin de semana corto

I’d like to give my super honest review of the property to advise other patrons to be smart when traveling. The hotel was great I’m not going to lie and say it wasn’t clean and in an amazing location. What disappointed me was the way they tried to rip us off when we asked for us to be transported to a town an hour away. She quoted me $2300 pesos. Luckily I know better and I ended up meeting a taxi driver that quoted me $1000 pesos for the same exact ride (clean car & super professional). I wouldn’t trust this hotel to give you honest pricing. We also went on a city tour they offered and although it was responsibly priced I wouldn’t suggest it. The guy was kind but really took you to a couple places and then asked us if we wanted to continue the tour for extra $ and we agreed. I told him what I wanted to do but he took the extra $ and didn’t actually continue the tour and dropped us off at our destination 30 mins later. Would I stay here again? Maybe…but I would never trust them giving you a fair price.
