객실이 너무 깨끗하고 욕실이랑 화장실도 예쁘게 리모델링 되어있어요.위치는빌라 데스테에서 완전 가깝고 동네 산책하기 좋아요. 숙소 1층 식당에서 체크인 할 수 있는데 다들 친절하세요. 주차는 근처 공영주차장에 유로로 주차하시면 됩니다.
객실이 너무 깨끗하고 욕실이랑 화장실도 예쁘게 리모델링 되어있어요.위치는빌라 데스테에서 완전 가깝고 동네 산책하기 좋아요. 숙소 1층 식당에서 체크인 할 수 있는데 다들 친절하세요. 주차는 근처 공영주차장에 유로로 주차하시면 됩니다.

we based our stay from the five star reviews for this hotel. The location was fantastic with the on-site restaurant that was equally fantastic. The WhatsApp concierge was extremely responsive for all the questions we had. The location is about a five minute walk to Villa d'Este. Walkable area. Even with extreme temperatures in August, we felt comfortable going back to a cool room for an afternoon siesta and to sit out the hottest part of the day. The restaurant was very pleasant with an added 15% discount for our meals. I would not recommend the breakfast option as it is not onsite. The bar restaurant recommended had terrible service with even Italians wondering why there was 1 server for all the tables. Overall, we would stay there again if we returned to Tivoli.

Once we are checked into the apartment, everything was good. Clean and food was good. It took us a while to figure out how to check-in. People in the neighbor ended up helping out to reach out to the owner as there is no one in the building that can help us check-in when we arrived in the afternoon. I ended up setting up Whatsapp on my mobile phone to contact the owner. The neighbors are friendly and location is good.
