Staff was super friendly and attentive. We flew in early and they allowed us to check in at 12pm. Walking distance to the beach which is a really nice spot. You do need a car to get to downtown but it’s worth it when you are in a quiet area. The gym has free weights, treadmill, and smith machine but very small so just go early. Overall we loved the stay.

The hotel accommodation was excellent, the staff were extremely welcoming, helpful and courteous. The breakfast was varied and of good quality. The location was ideal to visit Mykonos Town and beaches. The Spa treatments were excellent and value for money. I would recommend Anastasia the Spa therapist. I would stay at the Palladium again and recommend to others.

Lovely staff who really made our stay enjoyable and relaxing. Beautiful room which was very well cleaned and arranged with great detail. Breakfast was wonderful and staff were extremely attentive. All areas around the hotel were lovely and very clean, relaxing and comfortable. Only negative is a lack of a handrail down the main stairs. The nearby area was on a slope and had plenty of restaurants and shops for our needs. Transport into Mykonos town was easy from outside the hotel.

While I had a rough start to my stay (room wasn’t cleaned to my expectations, took a couple of hours to resolve), I enjoyed my time at the Palladium. The staff prides themselves on excellent service and any accolades they receive in that area are well-deserved. Everyone was courteous and so helpful, especially Dimitris, Sindri, Thanos, and Panos. The hotel is centrally located between two nice beaches. There are a few transport options to Mykonos Town. Breakfast was great. The pool is lovely. Lunch and dinner options on the property were enjoyable. Overall, a great stay.

I found The Palladium because it was one of the few full service hotels that had room for four people. The Room: Our room was spacious and comfortable with a lovely view of the pool. The Grounds: The hotel was super clean and safe. Location: Centrally located. Easy walk to local beach. Quick ride to local shopping and downtown. Service: The impeccable service started even before we arrived. We had an amazing driver (Panos) who picked us up from the ferry and from the moment we arrived on site I knew we would have an amazing stay. Everyone from the front desk, restaurant, pool and even the GM Thanos treated us so kindly and handled our every need. The staff was not only professional but just genuinely kind and truly made our stay special. Overall: This hotel is one of a kind. I did not want to leave. I highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to be close to the action but also in your own little slice of paradise. Do not hesitate just book it!

One of the best property we have stayed at. Overall vibe, look of the room, pool, lobby was perfect. Hotel management team knows the meaning of hospitality - Thanos, Georgia at the reception and their teams (sorry forgot their names but bell man, pick up and drop off driver and restaurent staff) were so welcoming and helpful and made us feel special. It is very close to the beach and Nammos village. Breakfast (we are vegeterians) had lots of options and set up was great. This was true 5 star experience!!!

Very nice small hotel with excellent service from the friendly staff. We had a two bedroom grand suite however it wasn’t really suited to a family of 4 with teenage children due to the lack of privacy within the room, not really two bedrooms! That aside, the rest of the property was excellent and we would definitely go back if we were to ever venture back to Mykonos which is unlikely!

The staff were the stars of the property, so friendly, helpful and happy all the time. Service was top notched from everyone all round and always with a smile. We had the signature room which was pleasant as it has a nice private pool and jacuzzi. Water was however a bit too cold (too early in the season) so we used the cabana and hammock mostly which was nice. The pool has a distant view of the sea towards the left which was also nice. Other than that, a few minor details though not a deal breaker could be improved. The overflow of the pool was splashing down onto what was just a plank of wood from what we can see and the pool also overlooked to the public pathway/road to the right. It was not aesthetically pleasing but didn't affect the quality of the facility. What was slightly annoying was the sound coming from the neighbouring rooms if they were occupied and also chatting. There is not much sound proof although a small wooden screen was put up to avoid the same issue as well as some privacy I guess. I think in the summer, this could be a potential issue if you want some privacy as the rooms are all built very close together. Neighbouring rooms can be overlooking into the private pool area. The room was nicely decorated with a very comfortable big bed and lovely pillows. The shower itself was fantastic with strong pressure and plenty of space. The only couple of small issues we had was the drainage pipe noises that pass through the ceiling of the room. You will hear w

Incredibly excellent service. Thanos, Marissa and all the staff were some of the most hospitable people we have ever met. They were so keen on making sure that every aspect of our stay was perfect—from hotel transfers to booking restaurant reservations to suggesting places of interest on a limited 2 day stay. We had an exceptional stay at Palladium in Mykonos! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our experience seamless and memorable. Thanos at the front desk was especially wonderful—his warm welcome truly set the tone for our stay. We were surprised with a complimentary room upgrade for one night, which was such a generous and thoughtful gesture. The team also helped us book fantastic dinner reservations, arranged a scooter rental so we could explore the island, and were always ready to assist with anything we needed. They provided complimentary airport and ferry pick-up/drop-off, and when we didn’t feel like taking the scooter, they kindly called transportation for us or offered complimentary drop-offs to the nearby beach area. Every staff member we met was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. Breakfast each morning was delicious and beautifully presented. Every aspect was exceptional. Staff was very welcoming upon arrival and available and helpful during our stay and departure. People went out of their way to make our stay feel pampered. Daily breakfast was one of the best we have experienced. Had one other lunch meal that was also very good. The Hotel location is convenient to the Platis Gialos beach and getting to Mykonos town was an easy 15 minute bus ride starting right in front of the hotel. Don't waste the money on a cab.

My husband and I spent 4 nights at the Palladium hotel. We found the service to be exceptional and the location to be perfect. It’s located a 7 minute drive from town. You can also walk to Platis Gialos beach. There is a bus stop right outside, but the hotel will also take you wherever you want to go on the island. We like to be close to the action but not in the thick of it and this hotel’s location provided exactly that.

Excellent dinning around the beach area but the walk to and from the beach was challenging due to traffic and very narrow (almost non-existent) walkways. The Palladium is a great choice when visiting Mykonos. From the free pickup at the airport to the delivery at the ferry station. We stayed at the Paladium for only one night! Everything about this hotel is just phenomenal - it's a beautiful property, with updated rooms and common areas! The staff is very friendly, attentive! Their breakfast, which was included in our room price was the best spread we had seen on our trip, and we stayed at a number of hotels during our trip! There was extensive variety and delicious with plenty of choices, inlcuding a cook to order station! Unfortunately we didnt get a chance to try out the bar or the restaurant as we wanted to try out the other restaurants in Mykonos. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay here if i came back in the future!
