This is the best hotel I've stayed in when staying in Casper. The room was clean and perfect. The check in staff was friendly and helpful. The shower was ok as I had to wait a bit for hot water to flow and I was standing in a inch of water but still great for the price I paid to stay here. The breakfast was lackluster as they didn't have any hot items out at 7am but the juice was perfect. I will definitely be staying here whenever in town.

The rooms are nice. The area isn't great, but located very conveniently. The pool wasn't as well maintained as we expected and had some slime on then edges. Breakfast was good, aside from the fake eggs.

Nicole at the front desk was amazing. Very kind, patient, friendly and accommodating when I wanted a different room. She was very courteous and attentive. I would stay there again because of her excellent service.
