Linton Lodge a BW Signature Collection Hotel

Location is great, very quiet and attractive neighbourhood about 30 minutes walk from the City through the Parks. Staff helpful, room clean if a little small and dated.

We went to Oxford for a weekend and stayed at Linton lodge. We were very happy with our stay and the breakfast was great. A lovely 15min walk into the city centre with beautiful scenery. The room was slightly dusty and in need of a bit of paint :)

Room was tired with peeling wall paint. But the staff were lovely, good breakfast and relaxed environment.

The property was clean but scruffy. A bit run down. The room was basic and comfortable. Bed comfortable. The bathroom was too small. My husband is 6ft 2. He struggled to sit on the toilet. Knees against the shower screen. The shower wasn't enclosed enough, the water leaked on the floor. The breakfast was good, basic cooked and continental. We weren't aware of the parking at the back of the property but we managed to squeeze into a parking space at the front. The property is 25/30 min walk to Oxford city centre. Which suited us.

A nicely sized room, with easy check-in. A really comfortable stay.
