Good location just outside the city gates . Hotel was extremely busy with bus tours . Difficult to get any help answering questions about hotel facilities,restaurants recommendations and local points of interest . Lobby and elevators was always full of tour groups . Disappointing Treadmills did not work . Hot tub was a great addition .

Very comfortable & generously sized rooms that had space for a rollaway bed. Parking was secure, underground, heated and accessed via elevator. Spacious lobby with comfy couches, a wine dispenser and a coffee machine.

This is a great location for experiencing Quebec City. It’s a short walk to old town, right next to the citadel and there are lots of quality restaurants near by. The staff were great. I really liked the large sauna.

It's an excellent property, ideally situated near vibrant restaurants, bars and old Quebec City. The only thing that I would point out if people are driving large SUVs is the underground parking is extremely tight. I snagged a wonderful parking spot only because a man in a large Infiniti SUV scratched the side of his beautiful vehicle and left abruptly....very cramped conditions. There are scuff marks all over the walls and ramps so if you have a larger vehicle they do offer a valet service which might be worth it for those who are a bit nervous about that kind of thing.

Very clean hotel and rooms. Staff are responsive and friendly. Would have rated this 5 star across the board except for a couple of things: on one housekeeping service, they failed to replenish toilet paper so I had to intercept a housekeeper in the hallway; second thing is that some of the rooms need touching up on things like peeling wallpaper.

After being upgraded from section D to section B due to complaining of stuffy room a smelling pillows, we had a pleasant experience, the room was great with a beautiful view and spotless clean, but there were a few drawbacks worth mentioning. The housekeeping left a lot to be desired. The floors and shower area weren't cleaned thoroughly during a 4 night’s stay and a few basic items weren’t restocked (TP, shower gel). A sign to clean the room was left before 10 AM, however, after we came back to an uncleaned room and complaining about it, it was half way cleaned by 3:30 PM, surprisingly the front desk seemed unbothered. It wasn’t enough to ruin the trip, but it did take away from what could have been an excellent experience.

This property was excellent regarding proximity to all points of interest. Hotel restaurant had a limited menu and food was over cooked. Pool was dirty and towels were thrown around with no available fresh ones. Hot tubs required you to walk to another part of the pool area outside. It was raining the night we went. There appeared to be no supervision for children. Television required you to stream your own apps. The room had bed frames that lend themselves to bruised shins.

During check in the front desk staff was short & curt! Didn’t feel welcomed. Only one person doing check in, other person on the phone for long period. Unable to control room temperature, very cold initially & then to warm when heat turned on. I don’t think my room Was ever vacuumed during my stay (5 days).

朝食レストランはホテル内にありましたが、ホテルと提携しているものでした。３泊のうち、朝食は１回利用しました。種類は多くはありませんでしたが、必要なものは揃っていて良質でした。朝食レストランからの眺めは良くありませんでした。客室は清潔で居心地良く、いつまでも滞在したいと思うほどでした。窓からの眺めも最高でした。残念な点は、ベッドサイドの小さなライトが3個とも故障していた点です。また、コーヒーメーカーが自宅で使用している物と少し違っていて、戸惑いました。簡単な説明書があるとありがたいです。シャワーの温度は充分でした。受付のスタッフはフレンドリーで、好感が持てました。ケベックの中心部（シャトーフロンテナックや観光案内所）まで歩いて15分ほどで、観光にとても便利な場所でした。周囲にレストランが多く、海産物を提供するレストランもありました。

The hotel was well located and clean however the beds were of very poor quality, extremely hard, very uncomfortable. The duvet was lumpy because the stuffing was balled up in various areas. When I inquired about the beds and the discomfort I was dismissed saying “all beds are the same. While the rest of the stay was good, location was good we will not stay there again because the beds were so uncomfortable. We have stayed at many hotels, boutique and chain and have never experienced beds this uncomfortable. Will stay elsewhere next time to avoid the back and body aches.

Perfect location. The corner room was nice with 2 big windows. Very quiet for sleep. Very generous amount of towels, hot water, products etc. Staff were the best. Missed not having a microwave. So close to many wonderful restaurants.

Aside from running into the bed frame in the dark, the room was excellent. Lots of space, reasonable TV stations in both English and French. Shower water pressure was excellent, we liked the soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensers and the 3 lighting options in the bathroom. Wi-Fi was good. Only thing was getting used to the layout of the hotel, from the lobby to the room and parking garage; signage is discreet and above one's head.

La chambre était trop petite. On entre avec nos bottes et on salit le plancher. Pas de table de chevet d’un côté du lit pas de lumière pour lire dans notre lit. La salle de bain est belle aussi le coin frigo et café.

My stay started poorly with the desk clerk ignoring me standing next in line—which caused me to have a backache and then refusing to listen to me regarding my consecutive reservations-causing me to incorrectly get locked out of my room the next day. The rest of the staff I encountered—particularly at the concierge desk—were wonderful—extremely helpful.

Hotel Review: Our room was comfortable, had everything we needed and lots of amenities. We also loved the location! It’s walking distance from so many sites in and around Québec City. The staff was incredible, but a special shout out goes to Flora! She not only checked us in, she helped us with our luggage upon arrival, made sure we knew our way around the hotel and greeted us with such a cheerful and warm reception each and every day!! She made us very special! The only suggestion we would have is to supply the guests with an information booklet with details about the amenities and how best to get around. We found ourselves having to ask a lot of questions.

When we check in, the staff gave us the wrong room key card, caused a small problem, but changed to the right room keycard right after. This problem should be able avoid in the first place, this was our first time dealing with this issue. Not very happy!

Can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. The hotel staff was welcoming and checked us in early!! The facilities are beautiful, clean and well kept. We were within waking distance to everything! We will definitely return!

Good location with access to Old Quebec. The hotel itself is updated in public areas and you can pay more to get an updated room. The staffing levels seem low at the front desk and valet area. Long waits to talk to someone in that space when you need assistance.

Excellent hotel if one doesn't get the rough bully guy at the night reception who barked at us in the lobby we had to experience at Christmas. This trip in the summer was better and everyone was very nice. Great hotel now that renovations are mostly finished.

Excellent hotel if one doesn't get the rough bully guy at the night reception who barked at us in the lobby we had to experience at Christmas. This trip in the summer was better and everyone was very nice. Great hotel now that renovations are mostly finished.

During check in the front desk staff was short & curt! Didn’t feel welcomed. Only one person doing check in, other person on the phone for long period. Unable to control room temperature, very cold initially & then to warm when heat turned on. I don’t think my room Was ever vacuumed during my stay (5 days).

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful. It’s located close to old town, a short walk to the Chateau Frontenac. The surrounding of the hotel is very nice with many dining options. We visited during the music festival season so it was a bit busy and noisy at night, but I expected it would be quieter at other times of year.

Chateau Laurier is situated in a convenient location with secure underground parking. There are lots of restaurants nearby including the one at the hotel. The Parliament building is close by as well as the Plains of Abraham. It’s a nice 20 minute walk to the Old Town. The room was large and clean and quiet. Highly recommend!

Great location. Walkable to the Old City. Fun restaurants and bars down the block. Hotel restaurant was very busy and staff had trouble keeping up. Sunday of Labor Day weekend should be treated like a weekend.

We stayed in room 324, an upgraded king room. It has French doors with full glass between the bedroom and bathroom. I don't know who thinks this is a good idea, but I don't. Also, the lighting in both the room and the bathroom was the worst I've seen in maybe forever. Great shower, comfortable bed, beautiful views out the windows. Front desk and valet were both great. Breakfast food was awful. Dinner service was awful. The block that the hotel is on is loaded with restaurants and the old city is just 2 blocks away.

This is a nice hotel in an excellent location. Our room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The soaker tub was wonderful. However, the closet was tiny and our room was often not cleaned until 4 pm or later. Unfortunately, the restaurant and lounge attached to the hotel is operated by a large chain of rotisserie chicken restaurants; close to fast food. It was disappointing that the restaurant and bar did not reflect the calibre of the hotel.

Our room was clean and spacious, The location was convenient and felt safe and walkable.Did not provide makeup remover as an amenity as many hotels now do.Breakfast is available for a fee and was very crowded with a long wait time for seating. Better to have breakfast elsewhere.

The parking is below the hotel, which is convenient but if you’re driving a full sized truck or larger, you will need to valet park it. The restaurant was mediocre—not bad but simply mediocre. However, I would stay there again due to price, cleanliness and location.

The location was great! We didn’t rent a car and found everything very walkable. Be sure to wear proper walking shoes when you venture out. The hotel was fabulous, staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very spacious.

The Hotel Chateau Laurier Quebec was a dream come true! A superb hotel in a perfect location, just steps outside the wall around the Old City! The room was spacious and spotless, with lots of storage space for our belongings. The front desk staff was very helpful and everyone was friendly and welcoming. The only difficulty we had was that the valet parking staff was unable to charge our EV due to an incompatible charging station. (We have a Hyundai Ioniq 5). We had one adapter, but it was not a kind that would fit the hotel's brand of charger. I hope it is helpful to suggest that he hotel might want to consider having a few adapters so that guests with EVs can use their charging stations. Our stay was wonderful and this is my only suggestion of any type for the wonderful Chateau Laurier staff! Merci!
