The view from our room is all I will remember for years to come. We stayed in 3108 and it was the best sunrise every morning. The pools and all public areas were clean and well kept up. Everything we needed was close by and the beach was setup with chairs and towels for us also. It was amazing. We will be back for sure!!

overall it was OK, checking process was not great, at one point I had no hot water (didn't need to report it fixed itself), the hotel is very noisy, the room I was in is at the back of the elevators so can't sleep much and staff was friendly but not very helpful. personally I would avoid staying at Copacabana as I also stayed in Ipanema and it was better.

I was Cheated .. i paid for the Ocean view room , but was denied and made excuses .. and was asked to cancel my booking when I objected , the reception manager threatened me to call police if I objected more This is the Wost experience of my 20 years of travelling I need my money back or a compensation.. it’s very rude and disrespectful
