The property is in great location close to shopping, the beach and restaurants. it is clean and staff are great. i just find it unreasonable that they do not allow friends/family members to go up to your room if they are not registered or you must pay extra. Breakfast options are awesome ( just don't pick the slice bread with ham & cheese ) Sauna, pool & gym are in great view which i like.

Great location in Copa. Rooftop has one of the best Caipirinah I had in Rio. The pool is only waist deep, but serves a purpose to cool off. The hotel is very strict with visitors, so my friends staying nearby were not allowed up without paying a fee. They are very strict with this, as it seems most hotels are in Brazil. Overall good spot and the staff is very friendly.

Location was really convenient . Supermarket and laundromat very close by which was handy as we stayed for 12 nights. Staff were friendly , polite and always helpful. Small pool upstairs but cozy quiet getaway with views . Gym -needs and update . Treadmills old and the elliptical wasn’t working.

It is stepping back about 40 years. The size of the room is about a balcony stateroom on a ship (we just came from a cruise and our stateroom was larger). It was OK because of good personnel, breakfast, and cleanliness. No complaints in these areas. The major negatives are condition of the furniture and utilities ( low toilet, old shower head), and bad TV quality - one channel in English, which quit working. The rooftop pool was small, but looked clean. The view was good, but to get there you need to take about 16 steps after elevator.

Fantastisk service på hotellet hyggelige og vennlige, god frokost men lite variasjon, bassenget er barnevennlig men lite, kun 3 solstoler på takterassen men border pg stoler utenom så vi fikk alltid en plass. Gratis badehåndklær og parasoll hver dag, nye håndklær og rengjøring av rommet hver dag, totalt sett et supert hotell i prisklassen sin

Internet went off more times than I can remember. One if two elevators was out 2 days and remaining one was slow. Staff was very good. Could hear neighbors thru the wall. Typical noisy trash collection but that's anywhere in Copacabana. Oddly they made me pay for 2 beers from mini frig when I replaced them with same brand only bigger cans apparently so they called me out and I had to pay. I understand a policy, but sometimes you need to think about is it worth it.

This hotel is at excellent location. 1 block (2 min walk) from the beach. There are plenty of grocery stores, restaurants, bakeries, and a laundromat within a block. Every staff we have interacted with were very friendly, especially doorman Jose and receptionist Uany who were very helpful. Hotel provides beach umbrella and beach towels, very convenient as we visited the beach often. Only downside is that the internet is slow in the evenings when everyone is online.

We stayed for a week at the hotel. The hotel staff is so courteous and helpful. The cleanliness and readiness everyday of the room was superb. Room service was excellent and the food was tasty and hot. When I visit again Rio I will definitely try to stay again at this property.

Very helpful and friendly staff throughout! Everything is spotlessly clean. The interior leaves you with a feeling of being a bit dated, although everything is maintained to a good working order. The street noises can be an annoying. Very good location.

I’ll start by saying the service was excellent from the front desk to the bellhop! Room was extremely clean. The hotel is older so had a little wear but not too big of a concern.

View on the beach from the highest floors. Not much sleep. Sound isolation between rooms good. All personnel (concierge, restaurant staff, chamber maids), very friendly and always helpful. Hotel is a solid 4-stars. Rooms (specially on the high floors) are spacious and it has all you need for a shirt stay. Staff is polite and professional - specially the doormen/bellstaff. Always greeting us and going above and beyond to help us. Breakfast is good. The only improvements would be the condition of the room maintenance and the TV. I got sick on one of the days and decided to stay in the room for the day. The picture of the TV is horrible. Some channels are unwatchable. Internet is not good either.

Great location. It felt secure, safe. If you are looking for a place to sleep with peace and quiet, forget it. It is super noisy. Very otdated old building. Small rooms, small hallways, you hear everything from every angle. The elevator ringing, banging everywhere, tourist luggage sounds at any hour. On the bright side everyone was very helpful in everyway. If you are going to carnival DON'T GET BOOKERS TRANSPORTATION they are a mess!!!!. The front desk offered a better option. Cheaper, super organized and reliable. Although it was noisy as hell and the cleaning wasn't that impressive, it was worth it for the price, the awesome service and the location made it worthwhile. I would return if I ever comeback to Rio.

最初外観は古いですが、部屋はすごく綺麗。ビーチも見えます。17階の部屋でした。屋上のプールも展望よし。Wi-Fiも早い。朝食は毎日同じですが、美味しいですね。3日間ぐらいならokでしょう。うちは7日間でしたので少し飽きました。

Hammer Lage !!! in 5 Minuten zu Fuß steht man im Sand der Copacabana ! Die Zimmer sind schön groß. wir hatten einen Balkon mit Blick auf die Copacabana. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, der Service auch. Es gibt diverse gute Restaurants in direkter Nähe

We need a late check out and they said they had no room to do so. Said the only room available was a business class made us to pay a lot just to stay couple hours more and after I paid they said I could stay in the same room. No offense but I thought they were thinking just about getting more and more money. Next time I will book an overnight even though I won stay because that ended up so expensive for us. Plus we won’t stay at that hotel next time.

My phone and primary credit cards were stolen in the crowds during the Lady Gaga concert. The hotel staff was very helpful and kind. Throughout the hotel all staff members (exception of housekeepers) spoke excellent English. We also found the location to be better than expected for all of our needs; convenience stores, money changer, pharmacies, restaurants and sidewalk cafes, and more.

O atendimento dos colaboradores do hotel é impecável. Digno de hotel 5 estrelas. Super solícitos, sorridentes. Solicitei uma troca de suíte por motivos pessoais e fui prontamente atendido. O café da manhã era super bem servido, com bastante variedade de coisas. Será sempre minha primeira opção no RJ.

My 6night stay was absolutely fantastic at Windsor Palace Copacabana. The staff were very helpful, courteous and attentive. Breakfast was included and the selection was excellent. There are so many restaurants within walking distance and I always felt safe during the day even though I was traveling alone. Copacabana Beach is one block away and it is magnificent! Just ask for a beach towel at the concierge. Highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again!

No geral o hotel é bom, mas teve um dia, seguda-feira, em que saí cedo do quarto e solicitei a limpeza do mesmo e quando voltei, 15 horas, ainda não havia sido feita. Às 15h29 a camareira chama para saber se eu iria querer ou não a limpeza, o que recusei, pois eu mesmo já havia dado uma limpeza. No último dia, uma quarta-feira, solicitei um late check out para às 14 horas o que me foi negado pelo recepcionista Wilson que argumentou que já havia nova reserva para meu quarto e ele não sabia se os novos hóspedes chegariam às 10h ou às 22h (sendo que a hora de check in è 15h). Mesmo argumentando que não havia sido feita a limpeza do quarto na segunda, ele não permitiu o check out. Faltou sensibilidade, preparo ou boa vontade, o que para mim derrubou a nota do hotel. Quem tiver uma volta marcada para o final do dia não deve fazer reserva neste hotel.

Nice area around the hotel. Only didn’t liked that I reserved for three people, the third person arrived the first night but left because personal reasons another friend arrived we told him that since we rented for three could stay but the hotel told us that couldn’t because already we were three, we explained that the other person left and will not comeback, despite that, they told me that I would have to rent another room for my other friend. At the end we would be three only like planned. Other than that everything fine, staff great.

Location was really convenient . Supermarket and laundromat very close by which was handy as we stayed for 12 nights. Staff were friendly , polite and always helpful. Small pool upstairs but cozy quiet getaway with views . Gym -needs and update . Treadmills old and the elliptical wasn’t working.

The property is in great location close to shopping, the beach and restaurants. it is clean and staff are great. i just find it unreasonable that they do not allow friends/family members to go up to your room if they are not registered or you must pay extra. Breakfast options are awesome ( just don't pick the slice bread with ham & cheese ) Sauna, pool & gym are in great view which i like.

Korten till rummet avmagnetiserade sig ofta, men löste man enkelt genom att lämna in kortet i receptionen när man gick ut. Frukost bra, trevlig personal som hela tiden hade koll om man behövde något. It is clean, the staff were lovely. But the sound proofing was non existent. First night there was a guest playing music super loudly at 00:30am and only got him to switch it off much later. The windows are not sound proof at all. I’ve stayed in noisy noisy places before and windows are aound proof taking into consideration the streets. Day 2 my next door neighbour on the phone, I could hear every word as if he were in the same room. It’s a 4 star hotel but does not provide complimentary water in the bedrooms. First time ever. Building just needs upgraded. Guests pay for a good night sleep but currently it’s dependent on whether the surroundings ( outside streets or other guests are quiet) And the water thing is abit weird to not provide considering it’s such a small cost for them.
