Fantastisk god frukost med stor variation allt från traditionell frukost till stort utbud av hälsosamma produkter. Byggnaden andas trä, natur och avkoppling. Skön säng och då hotellet ligger längs kajen finns rum med havsutsikt. Takterassen ett stort plus som även har en blomstrande yta där humlor kan finna näring. Gym och bastu finns men även rum för avkoppling och yoga. Närheten till centrum med sjöbodarna och båtturer några hundra meter bort är också ett stort plus. Tar cirka en kvart att gå till tågstationen.

The hotel was absolutely stunning, and very relaxing. Great location for exploring Helsinki with most tourist hotspots in walkable distance and great views of the harbour. Rooms are comfortable and the staff were very helpful! Great buffet breakfast options and the sauna and rooftop bar were great!

A vista para o Porto, os barcos manobrando pertinho de ti, silêncio absoluto, claridade do quarto e ensolarado. Café da manhã excelente com staff muito atenciosos, tanto na recepção quanto no café da manhã. Ponto negativo a sauna. Não há relógio, termômetro e muito menos uma cadeira para relaxar após a sauna. Enfim, outro estilo de uso para a sauna.

New hotel in a great location. Room service would do "superficial" cleaning (tidying the bed, replacing towels, replenshing coffee) and that's it. I stayed for a week and they never bothered to vaccum the floor, wipe the desk, clean the sink, or change bed sheets. Breakfast was ok but it's basic and needs more variety.

Excellent new property, very clean and modern. Very comfortable bed, although the bedding was a little too much if you like to sleep cool. Breakfast was good, a better fruit selection would be welcomed. Super close to a tram stop and very walkable area.

I paid extra for a superior room (Solo Up), but it very noisy. I complained and the receptionist could not understand why it should be noisy. I then found it out myself as the garage obviously was just below my room. Not what I expected when paying more for the room. The hotel ought to pay full compensation plus compensation for a destroyed night.

We couldn't travel on the dates we had booked for, had to move the reservation to two nights later in the same week. GUESS WHAT? NO REFUND OR TRANSFER OF THE RESERVATION. WE LOST A LOT OF MONEY. Pleaded with the hotel and hotels.com that they were special circumstances but they just kept passing the buck between them, blaming each other for being unable to issue a refund. I am dismayed and fed up with the whole experience, especially the buck passing. I will try to never stay in a Sokos hotel again.

I loved staying at Pier 4. It was just a few minutes walk from the harbor front where you could get ferries and also boat tours. Lovely roof top gardens and bar. If I visit Helsinki again I wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else!

We had a great stay! The rooms were really cozy , clean and with a cool vibe. Staff in the reception was very welcoming and nice. The rooftop had a great view of Helsinki! The only negative was that the breakfast did not open until 07:30 – we had to rush through breakfast before our flight. But the buffet was really nice 😊
