We got lucky and parked immediately outside the hotel. The bedroom was lovely, comfortable with great views over the church and the countryside beyond. The outdoor bar area in the garden was dirty with litter and discarded cigarettes lying in the grass. There were 3 staff none of whom cared enough to tidy this up. Unsurprisingly the bar had very few customers. The breakfast area is horrible. Feels like it’s been managed by an external company. Food average.

The staff was awesome. Alberto was real knowledgeable and attentive during our wine and oil tasting. The room view was amazing. The parking was perfect. There were a few challenges though. When we first checked in, the sign at the front desk stated wine and oil tasting for 15euro a piece. We asked about it, and the person at the desk said yes, wine and oil tasting for 15 euro a piece was available. We booked it, had a good time, and when we checked out, they charged us 10 euros more stating it was wine OR oil tasting for 15 euro a piece. But the oil tasting was one tasting of oil and one breadstick make with oil. I think they were wrong in doing this. The sign clearly stated AND, not OR. Another issue was the air conditioning could only be controlled by the front desk. During our three day stay I had to call down five times to have them keep the air on. It was very off putting. We lived in Italy for 3 years, and never ran across this. Lastly, the room had an electrical box on the walll direclty above our bed. At night, the green light indicating the electrical box was working was like a green flash light going across the room. there was no way to turn it off. very challenging to get to sleep with the light on.

Crucially, the hotel had 10 parking spots directly in front, which allows entrance into the ZTL (otherwise forbidden). Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Booked the "family room," which was huge and had a great view. Great value.

Nice hotel within walking distance from Assisi center. The room was cold and tried to put heating on did’t work, i went to reception and then they said they’ll turn on electric heater, but not much difference it did’t really warm much, was making fore AC. Room was nice and clean. Unfortunately, breakfast was disappointing too, not much variety and limited options, was expecting something better considering they have also a fine dining restaurant.

Ten eerste hadden we dit hotel geboekt voor het uitzicht en dat is in een woord fantastisch te noemen. De rest was echter teleurstellend te noemen. Het onvangst tijdens het inchecken was er geen van wat zijn we welkom, In de ochtend geen warm water (bezig met onderhoud), airco werkte niet en toch wel prettig als het 27,2 graden op de kamer is, schimmel in de jetstreams van het bad, overal hele kleine rode spinnetjes (niet erg op zich) die de kamer binnen kwamen omdat de ramen wegens de niet werkende airco open gezet moesten worden. Kamer op zich wel OK maar geen gevude minibar (alleen water), Het rooster van de badkamer vol met stof en sommige stopcontacten zaten los. Al met al een teleurstellende ervaring. Taxi chauffeur van het hotel vraagt belachelijke prijzen Euro 15 voor een rit van 3 minuten. Het mocht de pret echet niet drukken want Assisi is een geweldige ervaring.

Beautiful position, very comfortable bed and view from Junior Suite on top floor was breathtaking. Staff were a bit nonchalant although bartender was attentive. Breakfast needs to be improved. Croissants ran out, cutlery too and coffee/ tea machine never really worked smoothly.

Photos are much nicer than the actual rooms which are tiny… bathroom extremely tiny. The outdoor terrace was only accessible for restaurant so breakfast was indoor a room with absolutely no view! Our bedroom window gave on the outdoor smoking area! Not nice when you are a non smoker. And the lady at front desk on our arrival…. Not welcoming. So i would not recommend.

Vi ankom tidligt hvorfor vores værelse endnu ikke var klar hvilket var helt ok, så vi stillede bare vores bagage. Da vi senere modtog vores værelse ville det have været en fin ekstra service hvis de havde placeret vores bagage på værelset men det er selvfølgelig helt ok at dette ikke skete. Vi fortale damen ved vores check in, at vi ønskede at reserve bord i deres restaurant og meget gerne ville have et godt bord idet det var min kones fødselsdag. Vi blev orienteret om at det skulle hun nok sørge for. Ved ankomst om aftenen på restauranten måtte vi desværre konstatere, at der ikke var lavet en reservation til os hvilket kun ved insisteren i restauranten lykkedes os at få et bord. På et godt hotel med en gourmet restaurant skal tingene fungere og dette gjorde det ikke hvilket er uacceptabelt.

위치: 어짜피 아시시 역에서 택시타고 이동해야하기때문에 대부분의 호텔 위치는 고만고만함. 주변 이동하기 좋은 위치에 있음. 뷰: 계곡 전망 뷰 예약햇는데 계곡은 모르겠고 뷰는 끝짱나게 좋음. 객실: 깔끔하고 클래식한 느낌. 욕조도 있음. 어메니티 잇음. 서비스: 프론트 직원분들은 응대 잘 해주고 친절한듯. 하지만 조식 담당 서버인지 직원인지 하여튼 여자 직원은 이게 마일드한 인종차별인지는 모르겠으나 서양인에게만 커피 주문 받아서 갖다줌. 동양인은 셀프로 갖다먹어야하는건가?:) 원래 안해주는 서비스이고, 그 서양인 가족에게만 특별히 해준 서비스라면 할말은 없지만 약간은 불쾌했음. 심지어 접시에 잼,버터 등등 다양한 맛이 잇길래 여러가지 갖다놓았는데 손가락으로 잼 건드리면서 이거 다 먹을 거냐고^^ 물어봄. 둘이 먹기에는 많아 보였나봄? 그래도 그게 직원이 할 행동인지는 아직도 의문임. 먹던 말던 손가락으로 가르켜가며 “너네 이거 다 먹을거야?” 는 정말 황당하고 불쾌 그자체..

We were delighted with the friendly helpful staff. The location was magnificent. Our room overlooked the valley and the view was spectacular. The breakfast provided was the best we had in all our hotel stays. Although our three nights were quite pricey, we would love to return.

Vi ankom tidligt hvorfor vores værelse endnu ikke var klar hvilket var helt ok, så vi stillede bare vores bagage. An interesting former palace with spectacular views over the Umbrian countryside. The hotel was perfectly located on one of the main historic roads yet was quiet. Very easy walkable access to all major sites. The buffet breakfast was excellent with fresh honeycomb, delicious cheeses, fresh fruit and cake and the usual hot options.We highly recommend and would stay again.

A very elegant hotel with a fantastic breakfast. We would suggest improvements to the lighting in the bathrooms as well as a better partition in the shower so that the water doesn't go all over the floor elsewhere.
