O hotel é bem localizado, porém não é tão perto do centro histórico. Fiz tudo a pé, mas precisa disposição. O atendimento é bom, quarto pequeno e banheiro com o box muito apertado, padrão europeu. Café da manhã muito bom, garagem satisfatória com um taxa de 20 euros por dia. Voltaria a ficar no hotel pela praticidade para quem está de carro.

Hotel com boa localização. Fora da área ZLT, estacionamento fácil na frente e arredores do hotel. Em aproximadamente 15 min caminhando você chega no centro de Siena. Café da manhã razoável. Escolhi a acomodação com varanda. O único porém era o barulho do exaustor do banheiro quando ligava a luz, tornando impossível conversa entre quem estava no banheiro e no quarto.

The hotel and room were very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. They have a parking garage for $20 a night but was worth it since parking in Siena can be tricky. Located on the edge of the city but everything is very walkable. Would consider staying here again if our travels take us back to Siena.

Extremely scared staying one night out of the planned 3 nights here after given a ground floor room and was not able to sleep all night with the family which included young children. There was mould on the floor and wall tiles and the shower was not working properly. They were unable to provide another room and have not been reachable for over two weeks to provide me with a refund. It was extremely stressful situation and photos and reviews read prior did not reflect what was expected. I would never stay here again and disappointed with how the hotel handled this. Ruined trip.

Breakfast was good. Front desk stuff polite and very helpful. Cleaning average. Strong cleaning detergent was used in our room and we had hard time sleeping due to the strong detergent smell. Sheets were not changed after room cleaning. We stayed for 2 nights. We booked 2 double rooms. One had a balcony but the other one didn’t.

The bed was terrible. And there wasnt near enough seating in the breakfast area. The entire serving time of breakfast, there were no empty seats. The girl at the coffee counter was pleasant.

We booked a room with a balcony and were disappointed it was in a corner, was small (as was the room) and had 4 air conditioning units on the balcony. They moved us the next day to a fantastic room with a large balcony and a much bigger room. I’m not sure whether it was the same grade or an upgrade but the difference was really significant.

Great location, walkable from the train station. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. First night we got a room by the elevator, and it was very loud. Asked the desk to be moved and they happily moved my wife and I to a very quiet room. I would recommend this hotel. Great location, very clean, and excellent staff.

Hotel Minera was a very pleasant surprise. The front desk staff were very helpful, sharing suggestions on restaurants and directions to IL Campo. The city is on a hill so expect that your walk will include streets up hill and down hill.

I was appalled at the treatment of the front staff. Those that appeared to be upper management were extremely rude. There was a young girl by the name of Sophia and a night receptionist (male) that were kind and went over and above! The ladies working in the cafeteria and the maids were extremely kind too. In fact, I would go to them for assistance in order to avoid the front desk.

The staff at hotel Minerva were friendly and accommodating. For example, we had a bottle of wine that needed a corkscrew, and they provided not only a corkscrew, but a bucket full of ice. The view from the balcony overlooking Siena really gorgeous. And the location being right beside the city old mediaeval Fortress wall was quite cool to be able to walk around and see the sites. Also, just a 10 minute walk into the city Square.

J’aimerais bien donner mon avis, mais à mon arrivée, après avoir pris tous mes documents, on m’a annoncé qu’il y avait eu une erreur de leur part et qu’ils n’avaient pas de chambre pour moi et on m’a reloger à l’autre bout de la ville. J’avais choisi cet établissement car j’étais à distance de marche du centre historique de la ville et de la gare. Je me suis retrouvé dans un endroit à plus de 30 min de là. J’aurais aimé être avisée de la situation avant de me présenter sur place. La réservation était faite depuis 5 mois et comme ils ont été en mesure de me reloger, ils étaient au courant de la situation avant mon arrivée. De plus, les 2 couples arrivés après moi ont eu leur chambre.

This is a functional hotel. Bed was comfortable and my view was amazing. It is walking distance to the city center and on a bus line if the incline (hill) is too much. Basic: old school with physical keys and light from the hall shone around the door at night. But, I was lucky and the hall was quiet. The breakfast was good. No complaints-

The lobby was lovely, breakfast was great and room was clean. The location was a little removed from the main tourist area, and finding it by car was a challenge, however that may have been due to a temp road closure. Siena is not a good city to drive.

We really liked our one night here. The location is close enough to easily walk to the city center but far enough away for it to be quiet when the city is bustling at night. We had a room with a terrace view of the city and enjoyed the couple hours we were able to sit out there. It's also conveniently located near the train station, only about five minutes by taxi to get there.

Hotel Minerva is a great place to stay in Siena!. It's convenient to the train station (walkable with about 15 mins.) and about 10 minutes' walk to the historic core of the town which has lots of great dining options, shops and historic properties to visit. The hotel is super-clean, with friendly, helpful staff and a wonderful buffet breakfast (included). We would definitely recommend!
