Chalet Nepomuk was the perfect place for our stay in Zermatt and Nicole was super helpful and attentive.

We LOVED our stay at Chalet Nepomuk! Amazing view of the Matterhorn. Very comfortable and beautiful apartment. Nicole is a wonderful host, full of helpful recommendations. It's a quick walk to ski lifts and restaurants in town. Highly recommend. Can't wait to return!

A fantastic chalet! You go to Zermatt for the mountains and skiing and this location is great for both. Matterhorn views from all balconies and front windows, as well as the heated pool. Skiing accessible via all 3 town lifts/train but is an uphill walk back home. The unit was well furnished, and seating for dining and relaxing was good for our group of 8 adults. Kitchen very well stocked to prepare some meals in house, but dining out in Zermatt is amazing. Hosts were readily accessible and very helpful before and during our trip. In particular great help getting luggage in and out for our stay, and arranging taxis from and to Bahnhof. Other items were the sauna inside near the pool, and the fireplace/woodstove in unit, both of which got plenty of use. Lastly make sure to get a brief tour of the fantastic wine cellar and sample some of the fine wines! We would definitely consider returning to Zermatt and Chalet Nepomuk!!

Nicole was an absolutely incredible host. I would stay here again and again. She was wonderful. The place was immaculate and better than even the already amazing photos. The kids had fun in the pool! And the views were stunning. Our family of 7 stayed easily. And so fun having cows in the field next to us our last night.
