My husband and I stayed for 5 nights. The staff is very accommodating and helpful. Property is very clean and well maintained. Both the pool and “beach” are lovely. Lunch/Dinner in all restaurants on site were delicious. Very walkable to town. I used the gym daily and it was quite large and very clean. Con: I got a massage and it was 5/10. Not blaming hotel as it is a 3rd party vendor.

We had a wonderful time at Parco dei Principi with our family of four. We stayed in the apartment cedro which was perfect for us. The grounds are beautiful, the pool is great. The staff is attentive and highly responsive. We had many meals on property at the beach restaurant, main restaurant and the pool area and everything was really delicious— the hotel is about 25 minutes walk from the heart of Sorrento which in some ways is really nice to walk off heavy meals and enjoy peace and quiet. No complaints!

Very nice hotel with pool direct to the sea. It had everything we needed and the service was excellent. The surroundings are very nice. About 15 minutes walk to city centre of Sorrento with many restaurants and shops. Breakfast good - restaurant at dinner maybe not that good food but very nice staff. The rooms with view towards the park were nice. We can recommend this hotel.

Incredible location. Just close enough to be quick trip but far enough away to not be in the crowds. This property is amazing. With pool, beach, multiple food options, elegance and to top it off incredible staff. We cannot say enough good things about our stay. Room was big, we had a balcony looking over the beautiful gardens. The cliff location was amazing with incredible views, sunsets, etc! Would book here again every time.

The best and what we were looking for when we booked this hotel was the beach! Perfect location very good fscilities and that was the main reason why we booked the hotel. It was very well located only 20’ walking to the city center. The restaurant at the beach club was excellent and the breakfast place had incredible views! We would chose it again

The hotel was great. Food was good and staff very friendly. They had shuttle service into town which was very convenient. It was a bit pricy, but the stay was great. My only complaint is that they had no water toys, not even for rent. They also locked the ocean area at 7 pm and didn't open it again until 7am, so if you like to site by the water at night this is not the place for you. You are on top of a cliff and no way down once they locked it up. John

Our room was very clean but had an antiseptic smell to it. The lighting needs to be improved. Basically 2 settings: very bright or near dark. The hallway carpets need to be replaced, they are worn and stained. This did not give a favourable first impression. There are lots of staff but we found them mostly too busy talking amongst themselves rather than being attentive to their guests. Sat at the pool for 4 hours and not once did the 3 staff at the pool bar , walk around asking if guests they would like a drink. The staffs knowledge of English is very limited compared to other European countries. The pool bartender told us it was 67 euros for 2 cocktails. We had to correct him. The beds are hard and the bedding is scratchy and stiff.

We had an excellent stay and I would recommend the hotel to anyone who wants to relax by the water. I am glad that we selected the hotel because the pool and beach access were excellent and the views were amazing. The gardens on the grounds are lovely and unexpected. The staff was helpful. The breakfast was very good. My only complaint is that the property is a bit run down. The rooms definitely need updating. The furniture looks like it is cheap and from Ikea. The rooms don't feel 5 star, but it was clean and we got daily cleaning and turndown service. The carpets in the hallway need to be replaced and everything needs a refresh. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the heart of Sorrento and limited shuttle service is available. If a nice pool and really convenient beach access that you don't pay extra for are important to you, I'd definitely recommend the hotel.

Fantastisk opphold på stort rom med nydelig havutsikt! Deilig frokost med variert utvalg som kunne nytes på en fantastisk terrasse med utsikt over hele bukta. Veldig bra service og rengjøring. Deilig mat på den private stranda. Virkelig å anbefale!

My husband and I enjoyed Parco dei Principi. The hotel has beautiful scenic views of the coast. You can see Mt. Vesuvius from the hotel! Getting a sea view room is a must! The hotel also has wonderful picturesque spots all over! The hotel is very clean and our room was always touched up in between the day. Staff was polite and accommodating. We also enjoyed the free buffet breakfast that was provided.

This is an amazing hotel and a cool alternative option to the rest of the accommodation in the area. Design classic and you can tell. Staff were really friendly, always helpful and make fantastic dirty vodka martini at night. The room with a sea view was beautiful with the bed being perfect size and super comfortable. I highly recommend.

Rooms were great. The shower was dangerously skinny . You must stand basically with your feet 6 inches apart. Hard to balance and turn . Slippery. The pool closing at 7 when it’s still 32 out was a bit early. Not sure why that was. Otherwise good stay.

Todo muy bien pero el Aire Acondicionado NO ENFRÍA… a pesar de q se lo manifesté en recepción no lograron Resolverlo.. y mis compañeros en otras 2 habitaciones adicionales el MISMO PROBLEMA.. Que lastima.

Absolutely amazing hotel! I love architecture, nature and history, and this beautiful hotel was everything! Gio Ponti designed it in the early 60's in a beautiful park that was a royal place for the Bourbons. Each room has its OWN unique blue/white floor tiles designed by Gio Ponti. Sitting high up over the Bay of Naples , the hotel and restaurant have views of Capri to the left and Vesuvius to the right. There is a private beach and seaside area with sun loungers down on the water via an elevator. Can't wait to visit again!
Absolutely amazing hotel! I love architecture, nature and history, and this beautiful hotel was everything! Gio Ponti designed it in the early 60's in a beautiful park that was a royal place for the Bourbons. Each room has its OWN unique blue/white floor tiles designed by Gio Ponti. Sitting high up over the Bay of Naples , the hotel and restaurant have views of Capri to the left and Vesuvius to the right. There is a private beach and seaside area with sun loungers down on the water via an elevator. Can't wait to visit again!

Wonderful location, staff, and amenities. The views are spectacular and the grounds are gorgeous. All of the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. There were no communication issues and everyone was multilingual. We would certainly stay again. The food was excellent with significant portions. We also had options to dine by the water or above overlooking the water and the boats. The sunset at dinner was magnificent. I would suggest that the hotel give guests a way to express their appreciation via tips on the actual food and beverage bills. I tried to add that on to several bills only to later learn they could not do that. It made tipping the staff for their extraordinary service difficult as I don’t always have cash on hand while on vacation.

Our stay at Parco dei Principi was absolutely incredible. The customer service was truly exceptional—every morning we were greeted by name, which made the experience feel so personal and warm. On our first night, we arrived late due to a traffic incident, and the staff went above and beyond by offering food and drinks from the bar even after the kitchen had closed. They also arranged all our taxi needs and, impressively, noticed us arriving via the security cameras and immediately came out with a cart to help with our luggage. Every detail of our stay exceeded our expectations. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sorrento.

We had an excellent stay and I would recommend the hotel to anyone who wants to relax by the water. I am glad that we selected the hotel because the pool and beach access were excellent and the views were amazing. The gardens on the grounds are lovely and unexpected. The staff was helpful. The breakfast was very good. My only complaint is that the property is a bit run down. The rooms definitely need updating. The furniture looks like it is cheap and from Ikea. The rooms don't feel 5 star, but it was clean and we got daily cleaning and turndown service. The carpets in the hallway need to be replaced and everything needs a refresh. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the heart of Sorrento and limited shuttle service is available. If a nice pool and really convenient beach access that you don't pay extra for are important to you, I'd definitely recommend the hotel.

Incredible location. Just close enough to be quick trip but far enough away to not be in the crowds. This property is amazing. With pool, beach, multiple food options, elegance and to top it off incredible staff. We cannot say enough good things about our stay. Room was big, we had a balcony looking over the beautiful gardens. The cliff location was amazing with incredible views, sunsets, etc! Would book here again every time.

A top notch hotel with incredible breathtaking views (we booked a sea view room). Rooms are amazing (with room service). Best breakfast (incl.) on our trip. his was a very unique and beautiful hotel but our stay was complicated by some major problems. The positives were that the hotel was visually stunning and had fascinating interior design reminiscent of classic 1960s Italy. It had a wonderful private beach area with a swimming cove, massive botanical gardens, and a chic swimming pool. The problems started when I ate a fish sandwich prepared by the Blue Bar after checking in. After about 2 hours, my entire body developed an anaphylactic-like reaction. This is strange because I had never had food allergies before, but after going to the ER, we discovered it was due to histamine poisoning from improperly stored fish. This may have been due to improper handling by the fishermen, so it may not have been directly a result of the hotel's food safety, but they should still take responsibility and obtain their food from reputable sources. They didn't even have the courtesy to remove the sandwich from my bill. After getting back from the hospital, we noticed the rancid smell of sewage permeating throughout our entire room. We brought this up to staff and they simply sprayed a perfume to unsuccessfully mask the odor. We also noticed that this was not unique to our room, and to a lesser degree also affected common areas such as the lobby, elevators down to the beach, and the gym. At the end of the stay, we were very excited to check out and move to a different hotel where we were not made sick by the food or the smells.

Very nice hotel with pool direct to the sea. It had everything we needed and the service was excellent. The surroundings are very nice. About 15 minutes walk to city centre of Sorrento with many restaurants and shops. Breakfast good - restaurant at dinner maybe not that good food but very nice staff. The rooms with view towards the park were nice. We can recommend this hotel.

The best and what we were looking for when we booked this hotel was the beach! Perfect location very good fscilities and that was the main reason why we booked the hotel. It was very well located only 20’ walking to the city center. The restaurant at the beach club was excellent and the breakfast place had incredible views! We would chose it again

Everything was excellent, the only small constructive criticism was the standard of breakfast eg just ordering a simple omelette or pancakes was an additional cost. For a five star hotel would have expected this as a standard option.
