The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast was delicious, and the room was quiet and comfortable. Make sure to spend time in their beautiful, private garden.

Hotel was so much nicer than we even expected. King size bed with sofa and desk and chair. Gave free water everyday even. Thought would have been more on the outskirts of town than it even was so we liked the location. Perfect to get on peoplemover after to get to cruise transportation. Right on water so nice to sit and have breakfast on the water and lovely back garden area. Small lounge inside. Definitely recommend.

The bartender was extremely friendly and made the BEST gin martini ever! The hotel upgraded us to the penthouse suite and we’d loved it. But definitely recommend this hotel. It also has an amazing beautiful garden.

I was nervous when I could see our hotel from a busy transportation plaza but the staff were so kind and welcoming with a welcome glass of Prosecco. Our room was charming and old world with tapestry wallpaper and dark wood beams on the ceiling. Perfect to set the tone for a wonderful stay in Venice. They even offer garden seating for their delicious buffet breakfast. I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants convenient access to the airport while still being on the island of Venice with its art, charm and restaurants.

Lovely hotel. The rooms overlooking the canal are much nicer than the ones downstairs by the garden. There was some kind of fan/heating unit on constantly in our room which we couldn't turn off, this made the air dry and uncomfortable. The free bottle of prosecco wasn't great quality and it was served with normal, large wine glasses, would have been much nicer to have champagne glasses. Otherwise everything was great! Beautiful gardens and a nice bar area. Excellent location right by the bus station but still pretty and quiet.

Room and bathroom very comfortable, air conditioning was fantastic and worked very well, bed and pillows great, faced courtyard which was so quiet but also walls are cushioned which also created more quiet among guest rooms, clean bathroom, updated shower heads, breakfast buffet had good options, and the staff are excellent!!! So helpful and responsive! Location was ok as it is always a walk into and around the Rialto and Carnneregio where the better restaurants are. On rhe other hand, great option if you have big luggage to get in and out of Venice. Staff, air cond, and rooms though definitely make this a place I would come back to and recommend.

We stayed in the junior suite, it was nice to have a separate seating area. The view wasn’t great but we could still see some of the garden and canal. The rooms were cleaned everyday to a high standard. Toiletries provided were nice. Shower pressure good. Comfortable large bed The location was great for us close to waterbus/taxi and train station. We did not have breakfast at the hotel so can not comment. Staff were friendly and helpful

We had a truly wonderful stay at this gorgeous boutique hotel. All aspects of our stay were exemplary. The staff, especially Mr. Stefano, were extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is beautifully decorated in a luxurious style. The breakfast room is lovely and offered delicious and varied food items. The garden is gorgeous and peaceful with tables and chairs to relax - a true delight to enjoy. The room, decorated in plush Venetian style, was beautiful and spacious. We were so very delighted to have a view of the garden. Within the vicinity are many small restaurants, gelaterias, souvenir shops, as well as famous churches, and the large Natural History museum. The location is very convenient to arrival from Piazzale Roma from where one may take the vaporetto water bus to other areas of historic Venice. Location is good if you’re traveling next day very early to Marco Polo Airport and taking the bus. But if you’re planning to stay without that rush, we’ll recommend some other nicer and more central location. The room shown on the picture of the reservation didn’t match what we got. It wasn’t as nice, was enclosed and we could hear the next door people. The staff was nice and helpful and kind.

This was a bit frustrating because we had some places we had to be not long after we checked in! With that being said, the hotel and the room were very nice and very clean! The room slept and fit me and two other of my friends perfectly! The complementary drink we received at check in was a nice touch as well! If you want somewhere that is easily accessible to the train station stay here. It is about a 10 minute walk there and then a 20-30 minute walk to the middle of down where St. Mark’s and Doge’s Palace are located!

We have stayed at Hotel Olimpia Venice a few times and we are never disappointed. The hotel employees are very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The room we were in was comfortable and quiet. The beds very comfortable. When we made our hotel reservation we did not include breakfast. We changed our mind on the first morning and enjoyed the breakfast provided every morning during our stay. Thank you Maria, Marta and everyone for a most enjoyable stay. We were sorry to leave.

The staff was wonderful and accommodating. The rooms were spacious and well equipped. The bed was comfortable, shower pressure great, hygienic amenities were well stocked, and the tea/coffee/kettle and complimentary bottles of water were such a plus! As VIP Expedia members we received a sparking wine to enjoy which we did in their garden on a wonderful evening. The whole experience was great from beginning to end!

The staff were exemplary and went out of their way to help. It was in a fabulous position near the bus depot and very easy to navigate the waterways for sightseeing. There were plenty of nice eateries in walking distance. The breakfast and gardens were great, you couldn’t have asked for anymore so close to the main city. A very pleasant stay.

Ligger perfekt vid pl roma för oss som inte vill släpa runt våra väskor på ön utan kan enkelt gå dit från taxi, buss, spårvagn, tåg eller båt. Går hellre lite längre till sevärdheter än med bagaget. Och så stor är inte ön än att man kan gå runt den. Fina fräscha rum m ac. Trevlig personal och en bra frukostbuffé (vilket inte är vanligt i Italien). Har bott här 2 av de 4 gånger då vi besökt staden och kommer välja detta hotell igen!

This is a great hotel to stay in. The room was quite modern with AC and a view of the canals. The staff was very helpful and enjoyed showing off the city. Close to the train station and a nice walk to the main square. Restaurants in the area were also good.

This is a nice hotel with a great location. We stayed pre cruise and got our transportation to Chioggia at Piazalle Roma which was a short walk from the hotel. The hotel is near many water buses and lots of good dining options within a 10 minute walk. I would stay here again.

I will definitely go back to this property. Staff were excellent. Breakfast (included) was outstanding. Rooms were the best you can find in Europe, and this was not my first rodeo in Europe. I was nervous when I could see our hotel from a busy transportation plaza but the staff were so kind and welcoming with a welcome glass of Prosecco. Our room was charming and old world with tapestry wallpaper and dark wood beams on the ceiling. Perfect to set the tone for a wonderful stay in Venice. They even offer garden seating for their delicious buffet breakfast. I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants convenient access to the airport while still being on the island of Venice with its art, charm and restaurants.

Hotel is convenently located near Pizzalle Roma, so it is easy to get to the People mover, a bus or the train. Only had to drag our luggage over one bridge. One problem you should try to avoid is getting a room which requires you to climb a stair. We had to get off the elevator on floor 1 and climb up to our room on the second for.

Very nice hotel, close to the transport hub. Air conditioning worked very well, needed as a hot summer. We didn’t get time to try any of the hotel food, but guests told me it was nice. Complimentary arrival drink a nice gesture. Staff - Marta and Andrea were lovely and very customer service focused. A Nespresso machine would have really topped of the room. Thank you for a nice stay and hopefully will visit again someday.

Kan absolutt anbefale dette hotellet! Et meget pent og rent hotell med hyggelige ansatte😊 Helt grei frokost. Hotellet ligger veldig sentralt i forhold til tog, buss og taxibåt. Det var heller ikke noe problem og gå til alle severdigheter, vi likte veldig godt at hotellet lå i et litt stillere strøk.
