This location is conveniently located by the train station and the bus station/drop-off. It is down an alley so not very busy. Close to great restaurants and shops. The biggest issue is that in one day, the power went out THREE times on our floor. The employee at the front desk was stressing about it, and was quick to remedy it--however, it was very inconvenient and nothing was offered to make up for it. Rooms are basic, but that is typical for European rooms.

The location is the best, no need to carry luggage all over Venice to get to your hotel. The room was as expected, we thought it needs a little bit of maintenance and care, paint is falling off the walls, deeper cleaning wouldn’t hurt. Staff was nice, being able to leave our bags for a few hours after checking out was a great plus.

Wer drei Sterne bucht, dem ist klar, dass bei der Kategorie man gewisse Dinge akzeptieren muss wie zum Beispiel, abgenutzte aber funktionsfähige Möbel. Das man kein Telefon oder Zimmerservice hat etc. Das Zimmer war sauber, wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Personal war freundlich. Frühstück war für Italienische Verhältnisse ausreichend, Toast Konfitüre, Müsli, Eier Saft und frisch gemachten Cappuccino, Kaffee. Die Lage des Hotels ist Top, zu Fuß zum Bahnhof bzw. zu den Anlegern der Wasserbusse. Wer zwei oder max. drei Tage in Venedig ist und keine abgehobenen Wünsche hat, der kann hier buchen. Einen Rollstuhllift gibt es hier auch. Gepäck kann man hier auch aufbewahren, aber ich weiß nicht ob da jemand aufpasst.

The hotel is in a great location, a few minutes walk from the station and all the sights of Venice. The hotel is very tired, the room we had was in very poor condition. The safe was broken, a curtain was missing, shower door was missing and stains on the bed sheets. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. No tea or coffee making facilities and you have to book a set time for breakfast from available slots on a list. The hotel lift is tiny and ridiculously slow. The staff at the hotel are unhelpful and unfriendly. The only exception was Irene on reception who was lovely. The breakfast staff are particularly miserable, the breakfast is ok but limited selection and the breakfast room is drab and depressing and the second are for breakfast is a tent. Awful hotel - avoid.

Staff and breakfast were good, the room was terrible. The pictures on the website are definitely not what we experienced. The 4” foam mattress on slats made for a terrible sleep, the black between tiles in the tiny shower looked very unsanitary. Completely different from the photos posted on your website. We expected character, not substandard accommodations.

We have just had a lovely stay at agli artistic, the room was very clean, cleaners came in every day while we were out and made the bed, changed towels etc so the room was spotless when we returned. We found the room very hot at night but just left the windows open to combat this. The area around the hotel was very quiet so we didn't find that outside noise disturbed us. When we arrived we discovered that breakfast was included which we weren't expecting, it's pretty basic but satisfied us, the kids loved the pancakes and chocolate spread. The staff were all lovely and friendly.

Receiption lady is very nice. But the room is very dark, facilities is old, the fan in the bathroom is super loud, the corridor is smelly, and I got allergies during my stay, and I guess it’s because of the dust from the air conditioning.

La Chambre était propre mais très petite ,aussi large que le couloir de l’hôtel. Les équipements étaient un peu spartiates : ni chaise ni table et le prix un peu surévalué mais je pense qu’on paye la localisation. Par ailleurs le petit déjeuner était très copieux et de qualité. Le personnel aimable et accueillant.
La Chambre était propre mais très petite ,aussi large que le couloir de l’hôtel. Les équipements étaient un peu spartiates : ni chaise ni table et le prix un peu surévalué mais je pense qu’on paye la localisation. Par ailleurs le petit déjeuner était très copieux et de qualité. Our family room was very comforable and clean with a very good shower and spacious. Less than a 5 min walk from Santa Lucia made it so easy on arrival a d for exploring. Staff were nice enough, not overly personal but sufficient for our 1 night. Breakfast was very good with plenty of options. Room had air con, and only a little noise from the street below. Would go back!

very small not very clean hotel and room, terrible small and in bad condition shower, bad soap, no shampoo at all. hotel should be rated as 2 stars, not 3. however surprisingly ok breakfast. best thing is location, very close to train station, close to Grand Canal.

The morning breakfast was excellent ! The staff for the breakfast were friendly and it was very well organized. The check in was delayed as they didn’t have enough staff on site. We didn’t have hot water in the shower for days of our stay. We ran out of all toiletries to the room and when looking to stock them up, there was no staff to help us out. I had to get towels myself. The room was more warn down than the pictures show. The front hotel door is open at all times so at night there were drunk people coming in as there was no one at the front desk. Wifi didn’t reach our room so I had to go to the lobby to use it. When trying to connect, there was a lineup of people trying to get access to the internet at the front desk with the same time. Also barely got normal cellular reception in our room which was on the main floor. Every time i spoke to the front desk about something, they gave me attitude. I wouldn’t recommend it and wouldn’t go back to stay here but it is located in a great and convenient location

This hotel is in a typical alley of Venice, and like everything here is smaller than your American style hotels. We had a quad-room (2 twins, 1 "queen"). The room was clean, bathroom clean and had good pressure. Our fridge didn't really work, and all the outlets struggled to hold our adapters (these are the only reason why I didn't rate 5 starts). Breakfast was typical for Italy, except they wanted you to sign up due to size of breakfast seating area.

Utter disaster thebed fell apart twice, there was no hot water till the morning i left, the a/c did not work and i had to open a window so i was eaten alive well i slept, the one window opened to their garbage room the other to the dinning area so it was loud and could not sleep past 6:30am, the walls are paper thin..., this stay was a disaster

Put us in a room on the top floor with no working air conditioning during a heatwave with no idea of when it would be fixed and could not sleep. Then the next morning they turned off the water also telling us they had no idea when it would be turned back on. We were lucky to find another hotel with availability, most were fully booked and promptly checked out. We contacted Expedia to file a complaint and request a refund for the unused night which the manager initially denied. We had to go back to the hotel to complain again at which point they finally said they would not charge us for the night we didn't stay.

We were lucky to find another hotel with availability, most were fully booked and promptly checked out. We contacted Expedia to file a complaint and request a refund for the unused night which the manager initially denied. We had to go back to the hotel to complain again at which point they finally said they would not charge us for the night we didn't stay.

We have just had a lovely stay at agli artistic, the room was very clean, cleaners came in every day while we were out and made the bed, changed towels etc so the room was spotless when we returned. We found the room very hot at night but just left the windows open to combat this. The area around the hotel was very quiet so we didn't find that outside noise disturbed us. When we arrived we discovered that breakfast was included which we weren't expecting, it's pretty basic but satisfied us, the kids loved the pancakes and chocolate spread. The staff were all lovely and friendly.

The hotel is in a great location, a few minutes walk from the station and all the sights of Venice. The hotel is very tired, the room we had was in very poor condition. The safe was broken, a curtain was missing, shower door was missing and stains on the bed sheets. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. No tea or coffee making facilities and you have to book a set time for breakfast from available slots on a list. The hotel lift is tiny and ridiculously slow. The staff at the hotel are unhelpful and unfriendly. The only exception was Irene on reception who was lovely. The breakfast staff are particularly miserable, the breakfast is ok but limited selection and the breakfast room is drab and depressing and the second are for breakfast is a tent. Awful hotel - avoid.

This location is conveniently located by the train station and the bus station/drop-off. It is down an alley so not very busy. Close to great restaurants and shops. The biggest issue is that in one day, the power went out THREE times on our floor. The employee at the front desk was stressing about it, and was quick to remedy it--however, it was very inconvenient and nothing was offered to make up for it. Rooms are basic, but that is typical for European rooms.

The location is the best, no need to carry luggage all over Venice to get to your hotel. The room was as expected, we thought it needs a little bit of maintenance and care, paint is falling off the walls, deeper cleaning wouldn’t hurt. Staff was nice, being able to leave our bags for a few hours after checking out was a great plus.

Our family room was very comforable and clean with a very good shower and spacious. Less than a 5 min walk from Santa Lucia made it so easy on arrival a d for exploring. Staff were nice enough, not overly personal but sufficient for our 1 night. Breakfast was very good with plenty of options. Room had air con, and only a little noise from the street below. Would go back!

This hotel is in a typical alley of Venice, and like everything here is smaller than your American style hotels. We had a quad-room (2 twins, 1 "queen"). The room was clean, bathroom clean and had good pressure. Our fridge didn't really work, and all the outlets struggled to hold our adapters (these are the only reason why I didn't rate 5 starts). Breakfast was typical for Italy, except they wanted you to sign up due to size of breakfast seating area.

La Chambre était propre mais très petite ,aussi large que le couloir de l’hôtel. Les équipements étaient un peu spartiates : ni chaise ni table et le prix un peu surévalué mais je pense qu’on paye la localisation. Par ailleurs le petit déjeuner était très copieux et de qualité. Le personnel aimable et accueillant.

The bed and pillow were quite possibly the worst I’ve ever “slept” on, I’m putting slept in brackets because it was so uncomfortable I lay awake for two days straight. Otherwise it was a bare bones hotel with a decent breakfast conveniently located close to the train station.

The hotel is what you pay for. Excellent location, right next to the train station. Room was clean and just big enough to hold 4 beds. Suggested improvements- Shower was too small to even move. Cabinet shelves were flimsy and would fall off with the slightest weight.
