One feels like a movie star arriving in a taxi boat that docks next to the hotel entrance. Hotel has great old world style and charm. 1 minute walk to St Marks Square. Breakfast staff were helpful. Nice buffet with bubbly prosecco available as a nice start to the day. Staff were pleasent and a good concierge service. Only thing that lets it down was no view whatsoever from our room.

Hotel is located on the water within a 100m of St Marks Square but on a cul de sac making it quite with no noisy passers by. The service is discrete and professional and the breakfast and bedrooms a delight. The staff are all helpful

Location is perfect. Unnecessarily expensive. The curtains were dusty. There was no hot water coming to the shower head. Water was flowing from under the sink onto the bathroom floor. Breakfast options were limited and not enough. I do not recommend it.

The location of the hotel is super, also the traditional decor is worthwhile, especially of the breakfast room. There were some electricity problems in our room so we had to call for help several times. It was finally solved on the 2nd day. Also, there was not such a fresh smell in the room. The extra bed for our daughter was there but really hard, not so comfortable. Still, we enjoyed our city trip in beautiful Venice!

We love this property! Its in an amazing location… central to downtown, vaporetto (water train) service to surrounding areas and islands. Would definitely recommend this property and stay here again!!! All the staff were courteous and helpful and rooms were well decorated and spotless. 5* for sure!

My wife and I spent four nights at the Baglioni Luna Hotel and it was truly memorable. While it is undeniably expensive, we felt it was worth every euro. The location is unbeatable—just around the corner from St Mark’s Square, ideal for exploring Venice. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and very quiet, perfect for unwinding after long days walking the city. The breakfast room is absolutely breath-taking—a stunning, frescoed space that feels like dining in a Venetian palace. What really sets this hotel apart is the outstanding service. The staff noticed that the dates of my reservation didn’t match our flights or transfer arrangements. They contacted me and helped sort everything. We where given a room upgrade and we where very happy until we got into the room. If you travel to Venice what would you like in a hotel? Of course canal view…, at least a street view. Our upgrade had no view…! Looked into an internal patio with cardboard floor. We won’t mine smaller room but view.

We've been to Venice many times and have family there. This is the first time staying at the Baglioni and it did not disappoint. We upgraded to a Suite overlooking the Venetian Lagoon and it was simply amazing. The Breakfast Buffet was great with a wide variety of breakfast fare. We could even order off a breakfast menu as my wife isn't too keen on buffets. We had previously booked a Glass Blowing Demonstration in Murano that my family had made, and the Hotel offered their private Water taxi to get all 6 of us over to Murano and back without any costs. We highly recommend the Baglioni and are looking forward to returning to stay there soon.

We arrived late at night to Venezia and made it to the hotel thanks to the overnight fd agent and the bellman (Loris) who were amazing. Loris is a superstar! Our room was the worst, noisy, small, with view to the bushes next to the gondola rental, far from the category in our reservation. We spoke w the fd in the am and after a bit of back and forth with one of the ladies, we decided to pay to be upgraded to a suite. Our first experience was not pleasant, we felt scammed but decided to give the hotel a chance. The suite we upgraded to was very nice, our housekeeper excellent, the breakfast team (specially the couple in charge of the service) were spectacular, but the best most helpful and friendly staff were the concierge. They organized our trip to Milano, to Murano and to Burano flawlessly. Room service was amazing always, the food at the gourmet restaurant was spectacular, tasty, perfect temperature and portions, simply delicious! Our server on the other hand was not the best choice for that night, but overall we enjoyed our meal, and watching the Chef and his team preparing everything was delightful. The point of our trip was to celebrate my bday, I mentioned it at our arrival but there was no special amenity sent to our room, seemed like no one remember despite of sending it in our pre-arrival note. We loved Venezia, Burano and everything the city can offer, the concierge team, the reason we remained at the Baglioni Luna. They were the best part of our stay.

The perfect location for exploring Venice. But most importantly a superb staff who make sure to take care of your every need and want. We stayed during the height of Carnival and received such attentive, kind service throughout. Such a pleasure. Will return again and again.

My wife and I spent four nights at the Baglioni Luna Hotel and it was truly memorable. While it is undeniably expensive, we felt it was worth every euro. This is a top of the line Hotel. Their service is excellent. We ran into a difficult situation that I had to be Hospitalized we had booked the Hotel stay for two nights only, but due to me being hospitalized my husband had to stay there which was not easy because they were booked but their staff members went out of the way to accommodate him.

We've been to Venice many times and have family there. This is the first time staying at the Baglioni and it did not disappoint. We upgraded to a Suite overlooking the Venetian Lagoon and it was simply amazing. The Breakfast Buffet was great with a wide variety of breakfast fare. We could even order off a breakfast menu as my wife isn't too keen on buffets. We had previously booked a Glass Blowing Demonstration in Murano that my family had made, and the Hotel offered their private Water taxi to get all 6 of us over to Murano and back without any costs. We highly recommend the Baglioni and are looking forward to returning to stay there soon.

We arrived late at night to Venezia and made it to the hotel thanks to the overnight fd agent and the bellman (Loris) who were amazing. Loris is a superstar! Our room was the worst, noisy, small, with view to the bushes next to the gondola rental, far from the category in our reservation. We spoke w the fd in the am and after a bit of back and forth with one of the ladies, we decided to pay to be upgraded to a suite. Our first experience was not pleasant, we felt scammed but decided to give the hotel a chance. The suite we upgraded to was very nice, our housekeeper excellent, the breakfast team (specially the couple in charge of the service) were spectacular, but the best most helpful and friendly staff were the concierge. They organized our trip to Milano, to Murano and to Burano flawlessly. Room service was amazing always, the food at the gourmet restaurant was spectacular, tasty, perfect temperature and portions, simply delicious! Our server on the other hand was not the best choice for that night, but overall we enjoyed our meal, and watching the Chef and his team preparing everything was delightful. The point of our trip was to celebrate my bday, I mentioned it at our arrival but there was no special amenity sent to our room, seemed like no one remember despite of sending it in our pre-arrival note. We loved Venezia, Burano and everything the city can offer, the concierge team, the reason we remained at the Baglioni Luna. They were the best part of our stay.

The location was excellent. And, we particularly enjoyed the concierge service provided by Antonio. He recommended amazing restaurants, and places to visit. Some things in the room were sub par, like the tub not draining properly. Also, the flowers in the room died one day into our visit, and were not replaced, or removed. We had to request replacement coffee three times before it arrived the next day. Our expectations at this price level were for a better room experience.

Hotel is located on the water within a 100m of St Marks Square but on a cul de sac making it quite with no noisy passers by. The service is discrete and professional and the breakfast and bedrooms a delight. The staff are all helpful

I loved staying here. The hotel is sooooo conveniently located....can't imagine anything better. Right next to a water taxi, and from my windows, I could see Dior, Tiffany and Hermes! A girl's dream location! :) If I'm ever back in Venice, and I hope that'll be the case, I would most definitely stay here again and will recommend to my friends.

We love this property! Its in an amazing location… central to downtown, vaporetto (water train) service to surrounding areas and islands. Would definitely recommend this property and stay here again!!! All the staff were courteous and helpful and rooms were well decorated and spotless. 5* for sure!

Location is perfect. Unnecessarily expensive. The curtains were dusty. There was no hot water coming to the shower head. Water was flowing from under the sink onto the bathroom floor. Breakfast options were limited and not enough. I do not recommend it.

Excellent Location, in Venice off course all the building are old , but having a big stain at the entrance of our rooms is simply unnaceptable in a hotel of this price level, scratches on the doors and walls are little things that we would pass in a 3 star location , not in a 5 stars in the center of Venice. The concierge service was good in arranging trips to teh airport , but when request for help n other matters there was not real help. I enjoy my visit to Venice , but I want to make it clear when you pay the level Luna hotel charges you expect more, that simple.
