The hotel was conveniently located for trains, auto bus and water transportation. It was clean and the staff were lovely. We arrived early and our room was ready, which was a bonus.

Great stay just a 3 minute walk to and from the Venice train station (which you will appreciate especially with bags). Venice has a lot of stairs but this hotel is right before them. They are very strict with their 2 pm check-in but you can leave your bags for free in the lobby. The breakfast was great and it's in perfect location with restaurants and bars.

Near train station (and water taxi) which makes it easy to get too. Hotel was clean and updated. Staff was friendly and accommodating and allowed us to leave your luggage in the lobby after checkout for several hours. Breakfast was adequate for European style breakfast.

旅館就在火車站旁的巷子裡，不需過橋很方便，附近有超市、餐廳跟商店，生活機能良好。旅館經重新裝潢過，有電梯。房間空間不大，加上有些家具櫃子佔了部分空間，雙人房略顯擁擠，無法將大行李完全攤開。房間跟浴室都很乾淨，寢具也很舒服，房間裡有冰箱跟熱水壺，有含免費早餐。對在威尼斯短期旅遊的旅人而言，這間旅館是個理想的選擇。

Exactly as in pictures. Very clean space. Around the corner from the train station so we didn’t have to drag our bags far. We arrived early so they held our bags for us so we could tour around. Very helpful at front desk for tour ideas, scissors, bottle opener! They also packed a breakfast bag to go for us since our train departure was earlier than the breakfast. Very happy with Venice and our stay!

Chambre propre avec une bonne literie et hotel calme tout est nickel, petit déjeuner, et en plus le dernier jour de notre depart a l'acceuil ils nous garde les valises surtout quand t'on quitte venise que le soir. Seul petit bémol l'ascenseur était en panne alors qu'on logeait au 4 ieme etage

The hotel was beautiful, some rooms were more updated than others. It was right in the middle of the down town. The desk services were friendly and there is an elevator. The breakfast was great. I would definitely stay there again.

While this hotel was clean and very centrally located, the staff were barely interested in us upon our arrival and departure. We had a room on the 4th floor. Upon our return from dinner and walking the city, we found the elevator was closed for repairs. The stairwells have no AC, so it was a bit of an uncomfortable hike up 4 flights of stairs on a 90 degree humid evening. In the morning, the lift was still our of use. I asked the gentleman at the desk if there was someone available to assist with luggage. Nope, he is here alone. Then he begrudgingly told me if I really needed help he would be available. Considering the fact that the hotel was aware the day before that there was no lift, one would think that they would have called in staff to assist with luggage retrieval. The breakfast staff was lovely.

This property is located half a block from the train station. Water taxi is just a couple of minutes away. Breakfast was amazing. The also offer free luggage storage when you check out if you want to get a few more hours in Venice. Great find!

Definitely not a two star hotel, more like 3-4 stars! Rooms we’re great, little on the small side but it’s probably one of the best hotels in Venice. Short 3-5 minute walk from the train station and easily accessible for both Waterbus and taxis. Breakfast gets slotted because of the small area, and it definitely has an elevator. Overall great experience!

Svært sentral beliggenhet når man reiser med tog, men gaten er litt mørk og utrivelig. Lett å ta seg overalt til fots fra hotellet. Svært hyggelige og serviceinnstilte ansatte. Greie rom, men litt mugg/kloakklukt, som nok er vanskelig å unngå i Venezia. Ganske gode senger og bra renhold. God frokost med godt utvalg.

The hotel is smelly, drains were blocked , the putrid smell was unbearable.

Our stay at this hotel was lovely, the rooms were compact but fine for what you need in Venice as we spent most of the time exploring. The location is fabulous and easy walking distance to most of Venice with restaurants and shops on the door step. The breakfast wasn’t great, options weren’t amazing but it done for a light bite in the morning before exploring. Staff were nice. Our only problem was that there were some ants in our bathroom which seemed to be coming out of the door frame. As we were only there for 2 days we didn’t bother complaining about this and the rest of the bedroom was clean. I would imagine in an older city filled with water this is something that can be hard to avoid

正直、これで三ツ星かとの落胆が強い。 値段の割には部屋が狭い。 電波が悪く、ネットが使えない。 下水管の臭いがとても臭く、スタッフのサービスもあまりいいとは言えない。 特に最後のフロントスタッフ。 とても楽しみにしていたのに残念。 ヴェネチア旅行の唯一の後悔として残った。

O banheiro nao estava limpo... precisei limpar o vaso sanitario e banheira antes de usar ja no primeiro dia. O chao do quarto tambem poderia ter sido limpo com mais atencao.

O quarto que foi disponibilizado fedia a cigarro, mesmo não sendo permitido fumar. Não havia limpeza adequada (havia poeira substancial na mesa ao lado da cama). A tampa do vaso sanitário estava solta. Além disso, apesar de na descrição do anúncio incluir café da manha, ao chegar no hotel foi informado que meu quarto é do meu amigo não havia essa opção, sendo cobrados 40 euros de cada. No geral, experiência ruim!

The hotel is older and has a distinct bad smell. The smell is so strong that it woke me up in the middle of the night. You will notice the minute you step into the room. The bathroom is pretty small. Besides the cons, the staff is very friendly, it's in a great location, and they keep the rooms and lobby clean.

The hotel is located in area that provides the old Venice Experience and it is close to a lot of shops and restaurants. However, there are likely much better options to stay. We paid on arrival for 4 nights. The service and infrastructure at this hotel is absolute terrible. There is no ice. They said their ice machine was broken. The air conditioning started dripping water on the floor on our second night. We informed them that night. They said they could do anything that night but give some extra towels. The next morning, as we were leaving out, the front desk attendant said he would take a look. When we returned, the A/C was still dripping water on the floor. They didn’t even leave a note about it. We told a different front desk attendant and she said that her colleague had told her that it was leaking. She offered more towels and a frown. I told her that the wet floor posed a safety hazard. They never fixed it or offered another room. The bathroom had a heavy sewage smell in the morning and anytime we were away for a while. I had to run water in the sink to help mitigate the smell. It seemed like water dissipates or leaks from their P-trap and the sewer gas vent in to the room. The tub had a high profile and no grab bars to facilitate getting in and out. Plus, the tub was slippery, because it had nothing on the bottom to facilitate slip prevention. The breakfast is not very good and they want you to schedule it.

日本人です。建物の清潔さ、スタッフ対応、駅からのアクセス、朝食のクオリティ、どれをとっても満点に近いホテルです。建物だけでなく部屋もとても綺麗です。ヴェネチアのメインステーションから歩いて3分で行ける好立地。繁華街までも3分かからず行けてしまいます。重い荷物を持っていたのでとても助かりました。朝食も種類が豊富で美味しかったです。 本当にどれをとっても満点に近いホテルなのに、シャワーで温かい水が出ませんでした。本当に残念でした。朝だったのですが、朝シャンをしようと蛇口をひねるも、待てども待てどもお湯がでません。結局15分ぐらい試してもお湯が出なかったので諦めました。朝だったからボイラーを切っていたのかなぁ。私たちの泊まった部屋だけだったかもしれません。 とにかく完璧なホテルだったのに、そこだけが唯一残念でした。総合評価も⭐︎5でもよかったのですが、割とショッキングだったので⭐︎4にします。

Excellent, quiet location! Easy checkin. My only complaints are that the walls were paper thin and the breakfast area was really tight with several people in the area.

The Room was very clean and the staff was great but we had a major issue with our bathroom shower seal and was flooding all over the bathroom . The room was really spacious

The only negative item for us was that they had already turned off the air conditioning making the room too warm (mid October) for us. A ceiling fan would have solved the problem. Instead we had the window open making it difficult to sleep due to the street noises.

The room was great for the 2 days we stayed at Venice. However there are some disconnect feom what the property offers that are not listed. The site states that it has AC which it does, however what it doesnt state is when and if AC are can be turned on. Whwn i requested for the AC i was told that they can not turn it on because the "city" did not provided with approval to operate the facility AC units. So the site is not transparent with the AC. I would reccomend to call the hotel and verify that the AC are functional for you stay. If not, get ready for some warm nights.

The hotel overall was good and clean. Breakfast was really good lots of options and fresh everyday. The night you could hear other people from other rooms and the room, corridors and the breakfast are was a bit small space wise but over all was a good stay.

Great location, close to train, bus, boat stops. In a quieter area. Room was a bit small but to be expected for Venice. Very clean, beautiful bathroom. Only issue was a bit of a leak from shower door to the floor, but nothing a towel couldn't soak up. Other than that, pristine.

The Hotel was very nice and clean. Close to the Venice Train station. Close to lots of restaurants. The staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, the reason for my eating is because they control the AC temperature. So it would not go below 25* Celsius. During the hot summer it was very uncomfortable. The rest of the hotel is nice and cool so we don’t understand why they cannot lower the room temperature. Due to that limitation we will not stay here again.

Lovely hotel! Very practical & convenient. Near to the St. Lucia train station and a lot of restaurants & water taxi stations. Staff was helpful and communicative! The only downside they do not provide an iron as part of the room, but that is a minor detail; everything else was perfect.

TERRIBLE terrible experience. This hotel presented RACIST and discriminatory manners to Asian travelers which COULD NOT BE tolerated. I booked a room clearly said for 2 persons, but upon arrival the front desk immediately demanded an extra €50—without even a greeting—just because only my name was listed on the reservation. I searched immediately on Expedia and changed the guest number setting to 2, and the price for the same room same night is even $6 cheaper than the price I paid. When I argued, they kept lowering it to €30, then €20 – this is obvious blackmailing. I asked for relevant policy for the extra charge, and the staff literally spent 30mins searching but couldn’t find any valid policies. His attitude and behavior is extremely rude and RACIST, targeting me as an Asian traveler assuming I wouldn’t understand English or would just give in. I am glad Expedia helped me cancelled my reservation, but shockingly the front desk even threatened the Expedia agent who helped me on this. So I strongly warn others, especially Asian travelers, AVOID this hotel at all costs. And to this hotel: Asians are not pushovers. Be nice to other people, especially your customer, is a COMMON SENSE.

Loved the hotel and location. I had encounters w/ 3 front desk staff. Very tall man with clear glass frames and slender lady went above and beyond treating guests w/ kindness and a smile. They both have me directions looked at a map and mapped out my route. Maggior is lucky to have them on staff. I had a negative encounter with dark receding hairline gentleman twice . He was very rude and acted as if he really dislikes people in general. I watched him speak rudely to people 2 of the 3 days of his stay. I asked him for help twice and he looked up from the desk didn’t acknowledge my presence and kept doing paperwork. The lady that prepared the morning breakfast was very sweet and kind. Hotel is in great location. The housekeeping lady was also very warm and inviting. She would smile and say hello. They need to retrain the dark hair receding hairline guy that was working 9/6/2025 at 6:00 AM or give him a job with no access to guests. He said his name was Antonio but many rude people lie about their name. Employees should wear name tags. This guy doesn’t like customer service.

Breakfast was great. Staff talks to you as if they are tolerating you being there. Never felt this way anywhere else I’ve stayed.

The hotel is in a great location near train station and many bars and restaurants. The hotel itself was not too bad. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean with enough toiletries. Mauro has great customer service and remained professional. However, Antonio was rude and condescending. On Thursday July 18 around 8 pm I went to the reception to ask a simple question: is there an option to have breakfast in my room and I was expecting a simple yes or no but Antonio was loud, defensive, and very rude. His attitude was so uncalled for. If he was having a bad I hope he is doing better but if not, he needs to work on his manners. So I never tried their breakfast during my 4 nights stay. Other that, the hotel was ok.

Wonderful hotel. Clean and quiet in a very convenient location. Staff were amazing. I got sick the morning of check out and they were very accommodating offering help and extending my check out time. Room was very modern and the breakfast was fresh and nice. I recommend this hotel to anyone planning to trip to Venice. Train station is only 4 minutes away walking on a flat road, but the hotel is on a side alley that’s very quiet,

Do início ao fim, fomos bem recebidos por toda a equipe do hotel. Ao ver que éramos brasileiros, o responsável pelo nosso check-in se prontificou a comunicar-se conosco em português, nos dando uma sensação de acolhimento. Nosso check-out também foi marcante, já que recebemos uma sacola com produtos para café da manhã, visto que nosso trem estava programado para partir cedo, antes de podermos desfrutar do café da manhã do hotel. Outro ponto que merece destaque é a localização do hotel, que fica bem ao lado da estação. Enquanto víamos viajantes se esforçando com suas malas pelas pontes de Veneza, fomos tranquilamente ao hotel sem nenhum transtorno. Os quartos também são excelentes, bem equipados e limpos. A hospedagem em Veneza não poderia ter sido mais agradável!

Location location location. Something to consider if you’re visiting Venice and arrive at the train station…no steps and no bridges a 5-10 minute walk (from the train station). Also convenient stop for the Vaporettos. Staff= very friendly, kind and helpful. Easy check in. Room = plenty big enough. We were on the 4th floor and there was an elevator. Maid had just cleaned and there was a chemical waft walking in…of “Pine Sol”. Water pressure was good but alternating hot and ice cold water every 5 minutes in the shower. Breakfast was fine…not overly elaborate. Bedding and pillows very comfortable. Did not use the wi-fi so can’t speak to that. I can recommend this hotel. Watch for the alley you walk down to get to the hotel! Very easy to go right by it. Look up on Google maps to track; the turn will be on the left.

We did a Euro trip and this was the very best and smart located hotel we stayed. Venice don’t have cars, so staying in a hotel close to train and bus station prevents you from dragging your luggage up and down dozens of stairs and bridges. Very clean, organized, room was perfect and staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was in a great location, right next to the train station and by a water bus stop. Walkable location to St Marks Square.

great location and staff. breakfast served at the hotel is sub par and coffee is just bad. we opted not to go to breakfast t while there.

Good room and service!! Location is also convenient. (3mins walk to train and boat station and 8mins walk to bus station) Staff can speak good English to help our questions and good breakfast. Only a thing is we need to sign up for breakfast time slot each day after 12pm.

By far the best hotel I’ve stayed in Venice. Not only was the ambience of the hotel fantastic, with clean modern rooms and an incredible bathroom, but the breakfast was unbelievable. There were so many options of high-quality pastries, and things like eggs and sausage. I can’t say enough good about it.
