Definitely one of the best experience in a hotel that I have endured in my last 15 years. We spent New Year’s Eve in the deck. Staff was super courteous. The music was amazing and the view of the fireworks were spectacular. Definitely I would try to repeat this hotel at any ocassion that I visit Venice. The rooms were spacious and super clean. The staff was super amicable from the arrival until the departure. The staff made you feel at home welcome and tending to all our needs. Once suggestion is that you include the breakfast with your stay, the buffet was amazing. Second suggestion is great martinis at Gios with a spectacular view. Safe travels.

This property is hands down the best in Venice, location/staff/rooms/restaurant/amenities. I was thoroughly impressed by this St. Regis. I would come back 100 times over and never be over it. You want world class luxury in Venice, look no further. I cannot say enough. Love this place.

The pluses: A beautiful property with a more modern, art deco feel. The patio by the water has a lovely view, and bed very comfortable. Great art and creative interior design. The challenges: Because there are so many people checking in and out at the same time in a smaller space, it feels crowded and hectic. I emailed butler service multiple times before arrival and only one response. Our room would not cool down at night. In the lobby restroom, they had ran out of drying towels and lotion. No milk or cream for coffee in the room. Many service people felt like they were in a hurry. One piece of luggage was not delivered to our room. After multiple calls, went downstairs 4 hours later and was told, “Yes, we have it. So sorry, we forgot to bring it up.” This was not the luxury experience that I expected.

We stayed at the St. Regis for 6 nights in July for our second time. It fully lived up to our high expectations, and the hospitality/service was even better than the last time. This is THE best place to stay in Venice, and the location is unbeatable. Special thanks to Andy and Adriana at the front desk for taking care of all of our requests and for going above and beyond, Veronica at breakfast for her warm hospitality, Alessio at the dock for his helpfulness, Mahaman and the house keeping team for their attention to detail, and to the entire team at St. Regis for making our stay so enjoyable! We hope to visit you again soon.

We requested connected rooms, and not only did they accommodate this, but they also gave us an amazing upgrade, which was such a pleasant surprise. The room was spotless and very comfortable, and the entire hotel had a warm, elegant atmosphere that made us feel instantly at ease. The third-party company they worked with was excellent—professional, punctual, and exactly the kind of high-quality service you’d expect from a hotel like this. The st. Regis was phenomenal. I reached out to them to coordinate a birthday during our stay and they were very responsive, accommodating, and made great recommendations. They organized everything for us and took care of us prior and during our stay. They were gracious enough to upgrade us to a presidential suite just bc it was a birthday and they welcomed us to the hotel unlike any hotel I have ever stayed at. Best service, best food and best rooms. Highly highly recommend staying here and will definitely be coming back. The staff were all amazing, welcoming, informed and every person greets you by name. Phenomenal!

I was disappointed in the hotel facilities. I thought this was going to be our favorite hotel. We paid the most for the rooms and wanted it to be a great experience. However, it just wasn't. We just felt like the service was not up to par and the rooms were insufficient. The bathrooms were uncomfortable and we could mot walk past our bed without hitting the tv. While we were in our terrible room, the ceiling began to leak and flooded the floor. A repairman was sent to fix it while we were in the room. We asked to be moved and the hotel did comply and gave us a nice gift. The restaurant at the hotel was very nice on the water but when my son showed up in flip flops, we were initially turned away. Overall, I felt like the facility was old and dated, took tol long for checkin and rooms were small and uncomfortable. Location was good, but likely would not pay that price again for the same experience.

The pluses: A beautiful property with a more modern, art deco feel. The patio by the water has a lovely view, and bed very comfortable. Great art and creative interior design. The challenges: Because there are so many people checking in and out at the same time in a smaller space, it feels crowded and hectic. I emailed butler service multiple times before arrival and only one response. Our room would not cool down at night. In the lobby restroom, they had ran out of drying towels and lotion. No milk or cream for coffee in the room. Many service people felt like they were in a hurry. One piece of luggage was not delivered to our room. After multiple calls, went downstairs 4 hours later and was told, “Yes, we have it. So sorry, we forgot to bring it up.” This was not the luxury experience that I expected.

I was disappointed in the hotel facilities. I thought this was going to be our favorite hotel. We paid the most for the rooms and wanted it to be a great experience. However, it just wasn't. We just felt like the service was not up to par and the rooms were insufficient. The bathrooms were uncomfortable and we could mot walk past our bed without hitting the tv. While we were in our terrible room, the ceiling began to leak and flooded the floor. A repairman was sent to fix it while we were in the room. We asked to be moved and the hotel did comply and gave us a nice gift. The restaurant at the hotel was very nice on the water but when my son showed up in flip flops, we were initially turned away. Overall, I felt like the facility was old and dated, took tol long for checkin and rooms were small and uncomfortable. Location was good, but likely would not pay that price again for the same experience.

We requested connected rooms, and not only did they accommodate this, but they also gave us an amazing upgrade, which was such a pleasant surprise. The room was spotless and very comfortable, and the entire hotel had a warm, elegant atmosphere that made us feel instantly at ease. We also arranged a private transfer through the hotel, and it was completely seamless. The st. Regis was phenomenal. I reached out to them to coordinate a birthday during our stay and they were very responsive, accommodating, and made great recommendations. They organized everything for us and took care of us prior and during our stay. They were gracious enough to upgrade us to a presidential suite just bc it was a birthday and they welcomed us to the hotel unlike any hotel I have ever stayed at. Best service, best food and best rooms. Highly highly recommend staying here and will definitely be coming back. The staff were all amazing, welcoming, informed and every person greets you by name. Phenomenal!

Definitely one of the best experience in a hotel that I have endured in my last 15 years. We spent New Year’s Eve in the deck. Staff was super courteous. The music was amazing and the view of the fireworks were spectacular. Definitely I would try to repeat this hotel at any ocassion that I visit Venice. The rooms were spacious and super clean. The staff was super amicable from the arrival until the departure. The staff made you feel at home welcome and tending to all our needs. Once suggestion is that you include the breakfast with your stay, the buffet was amazing. Second suggestion is great martinis at Gios with a spectacular view. Safe travels.

This property is hands down the best in Venice, location/staff/rooms/restaurant/amenities. I was thoroughly impressed by this St. Regis. I would come back 100 times over and never be over it. You want world class luxury in Venice, look no further. I cannot say enough. Love this place.

If you want luxury & incredible views then this is the place to stay. We loved the patio seating at breakfast as well as for drinks, lunch or dinner. The room was comfortable, elegant & immaculately clean. All of the staff was super nice & helpful. Yes, it is a bit pricey but again this is for travelers looking for a luxurious experience & location.
