There were many issues during my five-night stay to attend a wedding. I was deeply disappointed the experience fell so far below the standard expected of a four-star hotel. -Non-Functioning Air Conditioning The front desk said a city ordinance prevented the hotel from activating AC. However, I learned from other wedding guests staying here that their AC was working. We couldn’t switch rooms and instead opened the windows at night resulting in mosquito bites and subpar sleep every day. -Extremely Loud Noise Construction noise began at 8:00 AM. Church bells would go off for long periods of time during the morning and afternoon. -Dry Cleaning Service Misrepresentation My room was stocked with a dry cleaning bag. When I attempted to use the service, I was informed that the hotel does not offer dry cleaning. Taken individually, each issue would be noteworthy but taken together across five nights during a significant personal occasion and after repeated attempts to resolve them at the front desk — they represent a failure to deliver on the basic expectations of a four-star property.

Great modern and very clean rooms in NH Venezia Santa Lucia. Excellent location right next to the train station, and having an elevator was a huge plus with luggage. I booked this hotel last minute after arriving in Venice a day earlier than planned, and honestly wish I had stayed longer. The breakfast buffet was definitely worth paying for, the 5th floor views were beautiful, and I really appreciated the free luggage storage after checkout. Staff were kind, friendly, and helpful throughout the stay. The room also had AC, although I personally didn’t need to use it during my stay. The only small improvement I’d suggest would be slightly stronger water pressure in the showers, but overall everything was fantastic and the room extras were a lovely touch.

너무 좋았어요 특히 위치 최고 ^^ 다만 방안에 커피포트가 없어서 아쉬웠고 윗방 걸음소리가 들리는 부분은 좀 역시 아쉬웠지만 베네치아라는 도시 특성상 어쩔 수 없을 거 같아요- 호텔 자체가 오래된 건물을 리뉴얼 하다보니 대신 앤틱하고 도시의 에너지를 그대로 느낄 수 있어 좋았고 수상버스,슈퍼등이 가까워 좋았습니다. 재방문 의사 있어요.

O hotel fica bem localizado, próximo à chegada dos ônibus em Veneza. A recepção foi super atenciosa, o quarto estava de acordo com o esperado e o café da manhã estava delicioso. Nosso problema foi o ar condicionado que não funcionava e não deram solução. O outro ponto de incômodo foi a dificuldade de meio de transporte de Veneza até o aeroporto de madrugada
