Cute little room with nice view overlooking gondolas, nice and clean. Friendly staff. Breakfast was pretty mediocre. No hair conditioner so bring your own. Superb location with San Marco Square just around the corner.

Perfect location in Venice, less than a 30 second walk to the main square. Hotel was lovely, clean and the staff where extremely helpful.

We have stayed many times in Venice and can say that this is probably the best hotel we have stayed in. We were met with a very warm welcome at reception by very friendly staff who picked up that it was my birthday and wished me a happy birthday!! Thank you for the complimentary taxi ride to Murano and private tour of one of the main glass factories. Our room can only be described as beautiful and was spotlessly clean with very efficient air conditioning. The view from the room overlooked the canal where many gondolas departed from and was a sight to see them manoeuvring in & out. The bathroom had obviously been recently refurbished as it looked brand new. Only a couple of points, there was a film of tile grout on the tiles by the toilet, a hook needed on the door and a tray for toiletries in the shower would be nice. Breakfast was very busy but service was very smooth and the food selection was huge & catered for all tastes. We didn't get to use the bar facilities but it did very nice with reasonably priced drinks. When we return to Venice, this will be out hotel of choice. 10/10 Thank you.

Stayed 1 night

Can’t fault the location right in the centre of Venice and 5 within minutes walk from St Marks Square. Had a single room tucked in the eaves of the building. Decent enough for one night. Bed quite hard - a range of pillows to choose from - soft to hard. Only downside was there only seemed to be one electrical socket to charge phones etc. breakfast was a reasonable quality. Decent enough hotel for one night stay.
