Jetsetter's 2BR Hub Between DC & Airport

Die Wohnung ist genau wie im Inserat beschrieben. Sie war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Ein Supermarkt ist direkt über die Straße und die Metro erreicht man nach ca. 7 Minuten Fußweg. Das ist perfekt. Leider hat das Einchecken den Beginn unseres Aufenthaltes getrübt. Der uns mitgeteilte Türcode stimmte nicht und über Whatsapp und Telefon (in unserer Not baten wir sogar die Concierge des Hauses den Vermieter anzurufen) konnten wir niemanden erreichen. Erst als wir per Mail mit dem Vermieter in Kontakt traten, wurde uns der korrekte Türcode mitgeteilt und wir konnten endlich nach fast 2 Stunden in die Wohnung.

Great location with an easy walk to the metro.

The location of this VRBO is wonderful and is in perfect walking distance to everything! However, for half of our first day the AC was not working and we had to contact the front desk and they had to send an emergency maintenance person to come out and turn it on. The windows of the property were left wide open with box fans blowing, so the property was by no mean ready for guests when we arrived. Additionally, the property owner needs a new cleaning service as both bathrooms were dusty and dirty and there were chips on the living room floor when we arrived. There was also hair and some small stains on sheets, towels and the extra pillows in the closet. So I don’t know if their cleaning service is properly washing the bedding and towels. They also need to add more towels if four people are staying as four towels were not enough and there was a hand towel missing from the second bathroom. There also was not enough paper products (toilet paper/paper towels) in the apartment for four people. Overall, the apartment and building is very nice! If the property owner gets a better cleaning service it will be perfect!

The location and spaciousness of this apartment were ideal! The 2B/2B layout was perfect for my son and me. Whole Foods and metro stops are an easy walk. If you want to sleep in, bring an eye mask, because the sun through the lightweight shade is blinding. Note to property manager: hire a better housekeeping service. There was visible mold in the showers and loads of dust bunnies under the beds. I would definitely stay here again--after first requesting a better cleaning.

Easy check in, great location, very clean, amazing amenities, a true gem. I highly recommend this property and look forward to staying there again if I am in the area.
