I came in for a quick stay but ended up having a couple of hours of downtime while I waited for friends to arrive and a storm to clear. I hung out in the restaurant. The food and service were exceptional. The room was industrial chic - very clean. A great stay! I will stay here again when i return to Phoenix.

The lady that checked me in at night was mellow, not nice or rude, she was kind of emotionless and she made check in awkward. You can tell she didn't want to be there. The valet parking guy was super nice and we didnt even use that service. There was some stained towels in the room and we loved the concept of the hotel but probably wont be staying there again. Hotels.com did over book, so we got a double bed room which we were supposed to get a King sized with a view. The black out curtains didnt close all the way, so we coulsnt really sleep because the light that cane through that one little spot, hit our faces. The bathroom is super cool, but the water does get everywhere because it splashes outside of the shower due to the way its built. Also, you can hear the people next door talking which was also akward Overall, it was a normal experience.

This hotel was incredibly cool. One of my favorite stays in the US this year, as a frequent traveler. The rooms are wonderful, the restaurant and bar are top notch. Staff is great, neighborhood is really cool. Honestly, I’m looking for reasons to come back to Phoenix to stay here again.

The rooms don’t look like the pictures, there’s NO amenities. The room is not cleaned properly and they will give you a room with no heat and make you feel bad for telling them. There rooms was not nice and it was in a HORRIBLE area and no security or locked doors. There was all these intoxicated people everywhere because there is an open bar down stairs but because it’s an open bar the place was chaotic.. It was not fun. I had to go through 3 hours on the phone with hotels.com to get moved. The staff is clueless, they don’t tell you until you get there you got to pay 99 dollars to park there every 3 days! And u don’t get that back if you leave the hotel early! There was no supervisor, the security guard they had was an old guy. There was an extra door in the room with no lock so anyone can walk through. The towels and rags was dirty! Horrible horrible.
