The overall stay was nice. We were there on a Saturday. They advertise the bar / grill would be open until 11pm and when we went down at 9pm only the bar was open so we couldn’t order food. There was a snack shop area that we did not partake to. Love that they had valet parking and no limit on how many times you could get your vehicle. The only real negative thing I would say is about the bathroom. Although it was spacious, it flooded the whole bathroom. Maybe adding a half door, an additional drain. Good location, nice artsy vibe. I would definitely go there again.

It was amazing and elegant yet trendy hip, love the many amenities available. The stay was so inspiring, The art pieces though out the entire hotel incredible, plus fantastic pool, the food the wines excellent!! The rooms were an interior inspiration thought down to the last slipper, robe. loved everything about this hotel. Will stay again soon!

We were pleasantly surprised by the Foundre! Very cute artsy boutique hotel, had a nice place to eat and a bar downstairs so it was very convenient for us. Self Parking was easily accessible behind the hotel and they had valet too. Everyone was very nice and helpful and we enjoyed our stay here!

The area was awesome! Everything was close. The art work was cool. Beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly. The industrial look was aesthetic. We stayed two nights. The first night there were ants everywhere but we couldn’t find where they were coming from. We went out to dinner and when we got back we didn’t see any so we didn’t complain. On the second day I noticed water on the floor and thought my daughters dropped something. Dried it up and when I got back it was soaked again. There didn’t seem to be water on the other side of our room (roof) so I don’t know where it came from. Art was cool, but not as cool as it seems online. Parking felt sketchy but was fine. Walls were thin and you could hear everything. No towels at the pool. Pool was closed most of our stay for a private event. Bathroom was unique but if privacy is a concern, the wall is see thru. I wouldn’t stay here again. It wasn’t the worst place I’ve ever stayed, but our stay made me double check the reviews that said it was wonderful. I don’t know how it got that rating. I would give it a 6.5/7 In the hotel’s defense I didn’t tell them about the issues so I have to assume they would have fixed it. But, those are two big issues to have in such a short time.

Had problems with parking we paid the nightly parking fee for our one car one night the lot was full and they said well you’ll have to use the valet parking and pay $35. We told them we did not want valet parking did not want to pay $35 because we’ve already paid 25. I believe it was for the nightly parking and we shouldn’t have to pay anything more than that we’re guest at the hotel. They finally got it straightened out so we didn’t have to pay, but that was a pain at the time.

One of my favorite hotels in PHX. However, they just changed the way they handle their parking and it's horrible. I made a typo in my parking payment but did pay for parking. Woke up to my car booted and the only way to unlock was to pay a $200 fee. Hotel wasn't willing to help at all, even now in the dispute process. They've kept the parking fee I paid for the night AND the citation fee. This has unfortunately lead to me deciding to find somewhere else to stay on my business trips to PHX.

Ive always enjoyed staying the the foundre but the recent change in the parking should have been mentioned as it used to be included, suddenly the good deal I thought I got felt more like I was scammed out of an extra 120 bucks. Just be more honest about this in your check-in process please

The hotel is unique with a very artsy vibe. You also get 2 free tickets to the art museum with your reservation. The pool is amazing and was much needed with the high out door temperature. There is a heavy homeless population throughout the city (not just near this location). As a female traveling alone I didn't really feel comfortable walking the city once it got dark. I walked from this location to the Phoenix Convention Center daily during my stay and felt very comfortable during the day time. Love the hotel overall.

Check in was good. The lady who checked us in was pleasant and welcoming. The VIP room is spacious and well appointed. However, the living room area was not properly or thoroughly cleaned. There was food under the cushions of the sofa and under the furniture. Someone left their vape, and that was overlooked by housekeeping. It makes you wonder what else in the room didn't get proper attention. Unfortunate because the hotel has a great vibe and style. Cleanliness should be a priority.

Staff was awesome. Room looked clean and refreshed but after looking in the shower there was mold build up in the corners on the bench and by the sink. Went to front desk to request special attention to those areas and after some shopping and lunch Housekeeping hadn’t come so I cleaned it myself. Other than that we had a great time. Oh and the night desk employee when asked what restaurants were close and good said. “ he didn’t live in the area and wouldn’t know.” Um part of ur job buddy

Discovered that the sheets were never changed and hair and stains on them- nasty! Though they changed the sheets upon my request, the room conditions were rugged and not in optimal condition. The sink would drain very slowly…was not a pleasant stay.

The room I was in was a vip suit, the sofa had a rip in it and if I sat down it would have broke. The chairs had stains on them, the curtain to the outside had burn holes in it, the faucet in the bathroom was broke n was hang on. How much I paid for that room all those things should have been fixxed

The room was not clean, the shower was dirty, there were crumbs all over the floor, there was hair all over the bed that was not ours. I stayed before and was blown away by how nice, this time I was highly disappointed. Especially what they charge for incidentals (120$) plus you have to pay 35 per 24 hours of parking.

This was by far the worst hotel stay of my life. I reserved a king size bed and my reservation still shows it. Upon check-in, Foundre's staff told me they don't provide king size beds for my reservation so i got stuck with two full size beds. For my 6'9 frame, I wasn't happy with that at all. Their internet didn't work so I couldn't get work done. When I complained to their staff they say no one else mentioned internet problems existing. Yet I polled two random couples in the hallways and they said their internet wasn't working either. Further, Foundre's reviews online also show they've had internet problems for a long time. Then I see there's no privacy. My connecting door to the next room had no sound insulation, so I could hear every work the couple next door says plus hear their TV. I couldn't nap nor expect any quiet later on at night. Then I took a shower. Foundre's shower area is so poorly built that water just spills all over to the toilet area. So if I or anyone else wants to use the toilet, we have to either mop up the entire floors or let our feet get wet. For over $200 a night, this place was an absolute disaster. I wouldn't have even stayed at a free hotel if I knew I'd have all these problems.

Only a 25 minute walk to chase field! Loved the atmosphere of the hotel, friendly staff, beds were comfortable. Only thing was the noise, concrete floors and not enough filler between the walls, you hear everything. If you’re a light sleeper, I’d look elsewhere. Otherwise we loved our stay and would recommend, just with a warning for other light sleepers!

On the positive side, the rooms are spacious, the décor is modern and attractive, and both the bartender and the young woman at checkout were warm and professional. However, several issues affected our stay: Service from most staff, especially in the café, could be more welcoming and attentive. The chairs and small couch in the room were stained, and the balcony furniture was very dirty. The AC unit on the balcony is very loud, making it hard to relax outside unless it’s turned off. The bathroom’s frosted glass offers limited privacy, the open shower lets water go everywhere, water pressure is poor, and the shower tiles need a deep clean or replacement. There was only one bottle opener for the whole property (they said they were short on bottle openers), so we couldn’t keep it in the room, and we were given wine glasses for champagne. These may seem like small things, but together they take away from the experience. With better service, cleaner furnishings, and attention to detail, this hotel could truly be excellent.

Everything was awesome and I definitely enjoyed the shower! However, the bathroom isn’t very private considering you share the sink from the actual room itself. And there’s a big hole between the mirror.

The area was awesome! Everything was close. The art work was cool. Beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly. The industrial look was aesthetic. We stayed two nights. The first night there were ants everywhere but we couldn’t find where they were coming from. We went out to dinner and when we got back we didn’t see any so we didn’t complain. On the second day I noticed water on the floor and thought my daughters dropped something. Dried it up and when I got back it was soaked again. There didn’t seem to be water on the other side of our room (roof) so I don’t know where it came from. Art was cool, but not as cool as it seems online. Parking felt sketchy but was fine. Walls were thin and you could hear everything. No towels at the pool. Pool was closed most of our stay for a private event. Bathroom was unique but if privacy is a concern, the wall is see thru. I wouldn’t stay here again. It wasn’t the worst place I’ve ever stayed, but our stay made me double check the reviews that said it was wonderful. I don’t know how it got that rating. I would give it a 6.5/7 In the hotel’s defense I didn’t tell them about the issues so I have to assume they would have fixed it. But, those are two big issues to have in such a short time.

Booked through Expedia because it looked very cool, especially for the price and had nice things to say about it. Upon arriving was treated horribly. I would never recommend anyone staying here. They are bias and do not care about their customers. Destination fee, I get it, but they couldn't find a way to explain it and when they did, they left out all the perks. When I mentioned the unprofessional behavior I received they didn't care. Especially after driving 12 hours and hoping to enjoy a nice stay. Absolutely ridiculous.

They over sold on the room on a king bed I had booked. So, they gave up my room and gave me a twin bedroom. The hotel doesn't have it's own parking lot. You have to pay for either valet or the public parking which is $32 a night. A very inconvenient stay to say the least.

My intial room at check-in did not have the bed made and I called the front desk to ask if the bedding was clean, the receptionist gave me a different room altogether and I didnt have to wait for housekeeping to come by. I didnt mind making the bed I just wanted to make sure it was clean but she went the extra step for me which I appreciated!

The hotel is unique with a very artsy vibe. You also get 2 free tickets to the art museum with your reservation. The pool is amazing and was much needed with the high out door temperature. There is a heavy homeless population throughout the city (not just near this location). As a female traveling alone I didn't really feel comfortable walking the city once it got dark. I walked from this location to the Phoenix Convention Center daily during my stay and felt very comfortable during the day time. Love the hotel overall.

The overall stay was nice. We were there on a Saturday. They advertise the bar / grill would be open until 11pm and when we went down at 9pm only the bar was open so we couldn’t order food. There was a snack shop area that we did not partake to. Love that they had valet parking and no limit on how many times you could get your vehicle. The only real negative thing I would say is about the bathroom. Although it was spacious, it flooded the whole bathroom. Maybe adding a half door, an additional drain. Good location, nice artsy vibe. I would definitely go there again.

You cannot go wrong ever staying at Found:Re With the most relaxing and spacious steam shower, a cool art installation and great bar...its a perfect spot 20 min from airport. Nearby is a great speak-easy bar hidden from the world. The bar is great w incredible drinks and the pizza is next level.

Stayed here a few times. Always great. Very comfortable. Staff is awesome and friendly. The only thing I can complain about is the menu changes. It got a little more expensive and smaller portions. The breakfast tacos were cold and tiny. They used to have a great chorizo breakfast burrito with potatoes, but now it's just tiny tacos, not worth the money.

From the moment you walk in the main entrance and see Burt Reynold’s Cosmopolitan spread behind the registration desk, you know this is not your ordinary hotel. The staff were all so friendly! Around every corridor and shared spaces, there is local artists’ works adorning the walls. The bed was super comfortable and the shower had an unusual feature for you to discover. Highly recommend this location, especially if you plan to attend a show at the Phoenix Theatre.

Our short little staycation was perfect at the Found:re. The hotel was trendy, clean, and Fun. We loved the food downstairs and the room layout was fun and creative. Might be my new spot for staycations.
