Definitely disappointed. We booked this stay quite a few months in advance and when we arrived the pool and jacuzzi were under construction due to a flood in the building. Had I known I would have canceled and stayed somewhere else. Phoenix is hot and a pool is a must. There is a $10 parking fee that I didn’t know about until arrival, which may be my fault for not reading the fine print but it would have been nice if they offered to at least waive that fee since the pool and jacuzzi were unavailable. The breakfast honestly was not good at all. I won’t stay again.

Centrally located close to many restaurants and coffee shops. Close to Banner Hopsital where I had a procedure done. Quiet, staff is friendly, and it’s pet friendly so we were able to have our dog with us.

We stayed for a few days around New Year and really enjoyed it! The hotel is clean, conveniently located, and pet friendly. All of the staff were super nice and they kept coffee brewed fresh all day. We also enjoyed soaking in the hot tub on cool nights. I liked how safe the neighborhood felt, especially when walking my dog at night.

I love this Hampton at Biltmore! Very convenient close to shopping, dining, hiking trails. Staff are super friendly. Complementary breakfast is one of the best I’ve had at a hotel. Nice pool area and a good gym. Quiet, clean and right around the corner from Whole Foods!

Very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much. Staff was amazing and friendly. We were greeted and welcomed by four staff members they were very helpful. Pool was clean and very nice my kids and I enjoyed our swim. Room was very clean beds were so soft clean and comfortable everything was excellent. Breakfast was delicious very clean area and plenty to choose from. Definitely going to be staying at this hotel when we go back to Phoenix.

I stayed this Hampton Inn for 3 nights. Found a cockroach in the bathroom on my last day. I killed the insect on the spot. Spoke to the front desk about the situation on my checkout FYI. Morning breakfast was terribly frugal.

Hotel was clean, late night checkin with Art was great. He was funny and very accommodating, our keycard wouldn’t work when trying to access the door closest to where we parked and once we told him he went above and beyond to make sure we knew that we could call and he would run us a key if we had any more issues. Breakfast was good, there was eggs, French toast and kielbasa sausage then your standard hotel breakfast; toast, yogurt, fruit, cereal. Room was tidy and spacious (king room) only drawback was the toilet was super loud when flushing and the AC unit was a little noisy when running.

Great stay. At checkin the front desk staff were having computer difficulty but they quickly worked together to get around it and get guests in. All of the staff throughout our stay were very genuine and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Only small complaint was because the sink and counter were outside the shower/toilet part of the bathroom, there was no where to put anything nearby during shower. Also the light switch was outside the door so a sleepy (but a bit urgent)trip to the bathroom in the middle of the night was completely dark or door open. The beds however were super comfy.

When we arrived, the reception desk was a having some serious technical issues. The manager on staff was doing an exceptional job trying to resolve it. The only reason I took away a star was. We were not able to get key cards due to the system being down and it was bit of in inconvenience asking to be let in every time we came out. Other than that, the hotel staff was great. The pool was perfect, our bed and room was comfortable.

Overall the stay was nice, check in staff was very friendly and the facility was nice. Unfortunately, I had a poor experience with leaving behind a personal item. I left a pair of ear buds plugged into the outlet near the coffee maker when I checked out. After a few hours I realized and called the facility to hopefully be able to retrieve them since I was still in town. Unfortunately, the staff must have needed more than I as I was told they were not able to be located. Thankfully, they weren’t very expensive, but I was disappointed that they couldn’t located when I know where they were left specifically.

Everyone at the front desk was extremely helpful even with an early check in and late check out. Breakfast was great, with lots of options and the pool was clean and fun. The hotel was well maintained and the rooms were very clean. Will be staying here again.

Terrible experience, extremely rude front desk who told me i could find somewhere else to stay when i asked why I wasn't informed of the heavy construction going on or that there was no pool access. She was so rude. Dust everywhere in the halls. I got lost twice trying to navigate the construction and missed two ubers. It was noisy and im totally disappointed. I'd love a refund even if only a partial as I left after one day because i couldn't enjoy the hotel

Hotel was clean, late night checkin with Art was great. He was funny and very accommodating, our keycard wouldn’t work when trying to access the door closest to where we parked and once we told him he went above and beyond to make sure we knew that we could call and he would run us a key if we had any more issues. Breakfast was good, there was eggs, French toast and kielbasa sausage then your standard hotel breakfast; toast, yogurt, fruit, cereal. Room was tidy and spacious (king room) only drawback was the toilet was super loud when flushing and the AC unit was a little noisy when running.

Great location, close to some great food and right where we needed to be for a family event. Was able to check in early after a long drive and got to rest up before the family event. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because the breakfast options were really limited. I figure for the price we paid, the breakfast should be much better. Other than that, we were extremely happy with our stay.

Definitely disappointed. We booked this stay quite a few months in advance and when we arrived the pool and jacuzzi were under construction due to a flood in the building. Had I known I would have canceled and stayed somewhere else. Phoenix is hot and a pool is a must. There is a $10 parking fee that I didn’t know about until arrival, which may be my fault for not reading the fine print but it would have been nice if they offered to at least waive that fee since the pool and jacuzzi were unavailable. The breakfast honestly was not good at all. I won’t stay again.

I have stayed at this property several times over the last year and half. The location is amazing. Price to Hotel is on par. Just a heads up they charge you for parking. And the breakfast has really gone down hill. Quality and selection of food has really gone down over the year, needs improvement. The room was clean, modern and spacious.

The Expedia listing did not disclose construction, that the pool/hot tub was closed, and that breakfast (other than juice, fruit, and pastries) wad not offered during the noisy renovations (7am start-up seven days a week, allowed in PHX)

I love this Hampton at Biltmore! Very convenient close to shopping, dining, hiking trails. Staff are super friendly. Complementary breakfast is one of the best I’ve had at a hotel. Nice pool area and a good gym. Quiet, clean and right around the corner from Whole Foods!

We just needed a place to crash for a few hours before an early-morning flight. The hotel was clean and comfortable. We didn't really get to take advantage of any property amenities or the complimentary breakfast, as we left in the middle of the night. Bed was clean and comfortable. The location felt safe and accessible. We enjoyed our stay.

When I checked into the hotel a man followed me from the lobby to my room, then aggressively tried to get into my room, and then stayed in the hallway for a long time. The phone in my room did not work so I couldn't call the front desk. When I finally figured out how to reach the front desk through my cell and navigating through an automated system the staff pretended to know exactly who the person was, said they had the wrong room and that they helped them find their room. Except that couldn't have happened because the man was still in the hallway. At that point I decided I couldn't stay there it was an unsafe place. They did send an employee to my room to escort me out of the hotel. It was an unfortunate situation and the staff lying to me makes them untrustworthy and made me feel more unsafe.

Tub was backed up. Took a shower in 2 feet of water. Took them all day to get it unclogged. I got housekeeping every other day and they just fixed rhe bed and didn’t change sheets and did not sweep or vacuum. Restroom floor was very dirty especially from the plumber leaving a mess. My daughter had to scrub the tub herself. Staff was very friendly.

Morning staff is not the friendliest. The evening staff was so helpful, friendly, courteous, and went above, customer service. She made our staff fun. Recommended places to visit. I will stay here because of her.
