The room AC worked but the thermostat on the wall didn't seem to cool to Temp set until I went to the window unit and set that thermostat to the same temperature. There was absolutely no AC in the hallways, lobby or breakfast area. The elevator was extremely hot and there was no ventilation fan.

We stayed 4 nights and were not informed at check in that we needed to request turndown service. When we made the ask, they stated that 24 hours was needed. Fortunately we were able to get one refresh of sheets and towels because there was time for one request. The same was needed for pool towels: none were ever made available at the pool and we were required to go back inside and ask, getting only 1 per person.

we arrived with two dogs and they enjoyed that there was a very nice grass area for them to sniff and smell. Bags were also provided in the area to help with cleanliness, The staff at the desk was very helpful and accommodating by providing the room on the first floor and close to the dog park area, We will return,

There were hairs in the sink and tub. The soap holder in the tub was only attached by the top line of caulking. The grab bars in the elevator were broken. The night staff did nothing to stop the people on the same floor as me from yelling in the hall and slamming doors till 1:30 in the morning. Over all a bad experience i would never recommend nor return.

The front desk person was great and the staff were kind and helpful. The property itself was a bit run down with hand rails missing or falling off in the elevator and small pieces of paper were on the floor of the room we stayed in that would have been very easy for the cleaner to see before our arrival. Made me quite sure that the room was not cleaned fully. There was also a hair right in the middle of the bath tub that indicated the room was not cleaned well before our use.

They only service the room every 3 days no exceptions, limited towels in room, no hand towels, 3 towels for 2 people but if you work and get sweat and dirt three days does not work. Front desk said that's the way it is. Will I will be somewhere else next year.

The bathroom was disgusting. There was what looked like fecal matter on the door jam. There was hair and dust bunnies on the top of the toilet. The toilet seat was loose. The sink didnt drain well. There were 2 ants on the stand where the coffee was. The waffle machines weren't functioning properly.

Restful night with comfortable beds. Loved the angled entryway to the room and the grab bar in the shower. Breakfast was fine. View was nondescript of parking lot, and the lobby was a tiny bit hard to get to in the car.

Front desk staff were so helpful. A very kind maintenance person put my spare tire on for me when I had a flat. Requested towels for extra night stay, maid service cleaned the entire room. Everyone went over and above. Great experience.

There was plenty of clean spacious parking. A mini mark was located inside the hotel. Breakfast provided was great. From the fresh self serve waffle maker, to the great variety of drinks available. The suite 351 was super roomy , great for adult privacy and kid area separated by a couple doors. The wate1r pressure for the shower was not adequate. Unfortunately there weren't any bedding for the sofa bed. When i called the front desk the receptionist was a rude and short to accommodate the issue. Other than that encounter i enjoyed my stay at the Quinta.

Nice to find a dog friendly hotel. Room was clean. Very bad front of the house reception person. No towels in the room. Hair dryer didn\'t work. Didn\'t clean the room after first night and no "do not disturb" was placed in the door. Staff was very poor in dining area.

La Quinta in Scottsdale is a hidden gem. The price was affordable, and the property is a short drive from shopping, restaurants and medical facilities. Customer service was excellent - the gentleman who checked me in when above and beyond. There’s plenty of free parking, and the room was exceptionally clean.

I loved everything about La Quint including Brad one of the managers whom was very kind when my wife burned herself with coffee on the drive and moved mountains to get us in and comfortable a few hours early. Wonderful to have someone not say we cant do that and have empathy for a guest in need This Brad is akeeper!!!!!!

Great hotel in a convenient north Scottsdale area. Also perfect if you need to stay near the ER/hospital on Shea. Staff members were superb, they were always kind and helpful with any request. I would return in the future based on the service experience they provided. The only negative note is that the beds could be more comfortable, the mattresses were a bit too firm and unsupportive.

Room was clean and bed comfortable. Appreciated a hot breakfast with enough space to accommodate a large crowd. It was frustrating to need our room key to reset several times. The safety rail in the elevator was not secured and ready to fall off. Still, the staff was nice and our stay was pleasant enough.

It was just fine until I found out that breakfast was only from 7:00 to 9:00am. They had two bins of link sausage but no scrambled eggs. The only napkins were cocktail napkins. Flimsy cereal bowls. No bananas. The desk clerk on Nov 11 at 9:00am was in the back room typing into her phone unaware that there was a gentleman waiting for her.
