The staff were very helpful, and the hotel offers a nice selection of games, including mini bowling for a small additional charge. Breakfast was excellent and they even opened earlier upon our request! However, we encountered several issues. There appeared to be very little soundproofing, and the nearby river flows very strongly, creating constant noise throughout the day and making it difficult to sleep at night. Since there was no air conditioning, keeping the windows closed was uncomfortable, while opening them made the noise even more intense. The bathroom was also quite disappointing. The faucet was loose, as was the toilet seat, and the shower curtain was heavily stained with mold, which felt very unhygienic. These issues significantly affected what could otherwise have been a pleasant stay.

I stayed there only for one night, in the hostel. The room 401, you couldn’t breathe and the air conditioner was not working properly. In the part my bed was, there was no window either. It was a clean room but without proper ventilation.

Stayed one night at this hotel and it was great. The bed was comfortable, the room was of decent size and it had a nice view to the mountains. The buffet breakfast was really tasty. The hotel is not very close to the city center and there are no supermarkets nearby, however, it is close to the train station and to the thermal spa. You can walk to the spa and take a free gondola up to the city center.

It was nice but not great. The town around it had zip for places to eat and the dining room in the hotel was just ok. The room was clean, the bed comfy, they provided a fan as it was a heat wave when I was there…

Clean, convenient from train station, and had a bonus fun activity within the hotel —bowling! Staff wasn’t overly helpful or friendly, but it was fine. We would stay here again.
