Mattresses were uncomfortable. Could feel the springs. There were a couple tweakers in the game room but I don't blame the hotel. Their slot machines are tight as hell. Better off playing scratch offs. Other than that, super nice staff and clean facilities.

Never a bad stay Just more times then I want to admit housekeeping didn't do there jobs fully. I have had many rooms that wasn't clean and need to be switched or find out later sheets weren't changed. Check in night there was dirt and black long hair in the bed. I have light chestnut hair

There was trash all over the outside. The blankets had stains on them. The TV was just leaning against the wall. The shower was ok, but it was loud. The toilet was old and dirty. The hand soap was almost empty. There was a leak under the sink outside the bathroom. We didn’t feel very safe and couldn’t wait to leave.

I liked that it was right off the highway with friendly service, when we got to our room there were numerous people outside and we had to ask them to move just so we could pull into a parking spot, upon entering the room it just appeared to be not clean and ready for our useage of the room, the toliet looked used as we had to flush it down the smell was awful and it def was not swept or mopped for our arrival. We did not even bring out bags inside. The bathroom is not fit for a heavier size person either. It looked like a motel that people lived in rather than stayed in if that makes it easier to understand. It fit the need to stay somewhere to sleep but will not return .

There was black mold in the tub and bathroom and the sheets smelled terrible. We started to get congested after a couple hours and were pretty sure mold was in the room and/or sheets as well. We left in the middle of the night.

What I loved about this property was one particular staff person, Christine (don't know if I am spelling her name correctly). She worked the night shift. I was greeted by her around 5:00 am, when I arrived. Very friendly, genuine, helpful, a person with a beautiful heart. More than excellent customer service. What I did not appreciate about the property & was greatly appalled with was the fact that it was not clean. The bathroom: The toilet was not clean, it had stains on the outside of the bowl as if it had not been cleaned in months. The inside bowl was also not clean. The tub was not clean. It should not have an unmovable plastic mat inside the tub where stains and residual effects are left to reside. The drain had residual dirty water. The floor was not clean. Fortunately, I had my cleaning supplies with me, so I thoroughly cleaned the bathroom (toilet - inside and out, tub/shower, & the floor). The pillows were not clean, they were stained. You should at least have protective pillow covers that can be removed, washed with bleach, and put back on the pillows so as to eliminate the transference of germs from one person to the next. I am not a complainer, so I did not make a fuss with the front desk. This was my first time staying at a Red Roof or HomeTowne Studios. Although this property is a lower budgeted hotel, the owner should take pride in the service they are providing and ensure the cleanliness of the property as if their own family was staying there.

Room was comfortable. Very clean. Only thing I will say there were cigarette butts on the ground that need addressed and cleaned up. Woman behind desk was very nice. I called desk for a hairdryer and they were very accommodating. I will stay here again if needed. Prices reasonable.

Idk how anyone could give this place anything but 1 star. I couldn’t turn on the ac because the amount of dirt and grime in the unit, the tub was dirty, the room smelled like stale cigarettes, the bathroom door didn’t close properly, and my linens had stains on them. Definitely will never stay there again.

The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned and had urine all over the toilet. Bed cover smelled.

Hotel room was absolutely disgusting dirty pillows with booger smeared on them boogers on the wall mold in the window garbage under the beds behind the TV under the counter. Nasty use condoms under the bed not somewhere I would ever go with my kids or myself again absolutely disgusting place

Not a clean hotel. Red Roof chain is known for low quality but the price they charge would make you think its at least clean. This was not the case. Room 252 was not clean and the bathroom was full of mold. They didnt even clean the toilet. The soap dispensers in the shower had dirt film on top, the microwave was covered in thick dirt and dust, the fridge was disgusting inside, the main door's security latch was broken, there were plastic bags under the bed, there was no toilet paper left on the roll even. Jesus Christ this place sucked. I am in hotels nearly every week as I travel very often for work. This was one for the books, fellas! Even the walkway outside my room had garbage tossed around AND a mattress! They wont let me upload more than 8 pictures here, but this was impressive how bad the place is kept.

Very friendly staff. The room looked recently renovated. Nice to have a full fridge/freezer.

I didn’t like that the place smelled like they didn’t clean the rugs in the room it was really bad smell.The room size was small for the price the ask.

Ironing board but no iron, dirt on the floor, no hangers, bedside lamp didn't work, strong cigarette smoke smell. Beds were clean and comfortable.

The room was fine and had recent updates. The bathroom updates could be better

Rooms small,cramped.Curtain rail had pulled out of the wall. Room key stopped working over 2 hours before checkout time.

Was very unsatisfied, toilets wouldn’t flush properly, had to tie up curtains from hanging down so everyone could not see in room. Just a terrible experience, had 3 days reserved and left after 2, tub also would not drain water good while taking a shower, we will never go back there.

Tired motel - but clean. Fast internet.

Suite was very small. No hairdryer, leaky faucet in bathroom contributed to musty smell. Once ac was on, smell improved. Probably will not stay there again.

We did not stay there. We arrived after 10pm, first room the toilet didn’t work, no maintenance on site. Second room was dirty and smelled of smoke, mold and pets. The bathroom had dirty toe prints on the tub ledge and the tub was nasty with hair and grime. We asked him for a refund and he said to go to Expedia.

Front desk staff was polite and nice. Hotel wasn't the cleanest, but quiet. Floor/carpet needed vacuumed and tub in shower was dirty. Had a nice fridge. Cleanliness was biggest issue.
