On the ground floor, there is a spacious living and dining area with direct access to the terrace, as well as a large, fully equipped kitchen with an additional dining area. In addition, there is a bathroom with a shower and a smaller room that is well-suited as a study, reading area, or private retreat. The covered terrace extends the living space outdoors and offers pleasant seating options at any time of day. On the upper floor, three bright, air-conditioned bedrooms are available: two rooms with a double bed and another with two single beds. A second bathroom with a shower is also located on this floor. From the balcony, you can enjoy a beautiful sea view. The roof terrace also offers a wide view over the coast and invites you to enjoy the surroundings and the Mediterranean light in peace.
