Upon checking in, the manager was just awful: grumpy, rude, unhelpful and unwelcoming. I asked if he had a map of the area and he told me to use my phone. The property was not comfortable-no area to sit and read. Breakfast nook got overcrowded and I was unable to eat 1 morning. The pool was a joke! Pathetically small-but the real oddity was that there were kid lessons going on and no access to the full area. I seriously burned myself at breakfast (waffle iron that closed on my hand) and the desk associate was not concerned when I asked for a First Aid kit. He told me to be careful next time. We checked out a day early because it was so bad. I recommend finding another property.

Room was ready at check in. Hotel located right off the highway. Great for a stopover or for an event with the casino close by. Breakfast had plenty of items. Room was clean. Bathroom shower was small. Friendly welcoming staff.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The room was nice appointed and decorated nicely as well. It was comfortable and clean, and in a very convenient location for my stay. I would definitely book this hotel again in the future.

Overall it felt clean, like basic clean, not spotless. You sort of got the feeling that they were cutting corners on costs and it made me feel like what did they cut corners on that I couldn't quite see... No hand soap at the vanity. The shower shampoo leaked all over the shower floor. Shower floor was very slippery. Shower stall was like something off of an RV, strange little enclosure. Lighting in the bathroom was substandard and there was a sign that instructed you to push the button on the GFI outlet if the lights went out. Sounds like a deeper problem that should be fixed rather than having guests deal with it. Skimpy on the towels. Blackout curtains didn't block all the light. Large gap in room door allowed noise and light to disturb us. AC was noisy and wouldn't go below 67. Overall it was not terrible but it felt substandard and a bit cheap.

The room was clean, but very small. The beds were too small and unfortunately that affected our sleep.
