Beware of the misleading main advertisement for this hotel! Breakfast is NOT included unless you specifically choose a room that shows a breakfast package. We did not see those specific room choices, and when asking the hotel staff about it, they said that they had NO control over what Hotels.com advertises. Also our A/C was out on our last night and we were told there was nothing they could do about it until the next day and they had no other rooms available. The shuttle service was really helpful though to and from the town and the airport, but needless to say we will not be going back.

It was awesome, all staff were helpful! Shuttle service to and from the airport was great! My only recommendation is to upgrade to smart tvs!

Everything is expensive in Key West but the hotel was actually cheaper than going out and the food was pretty darn good. Juli the concierge was awesome.
