Room was clean, service was amazing. Check in was smooth. Only down side is have to park up the street for $35/day. Another option at the hotel was the $60/day valet parking, its kinda steep.

Family business trip. Hotel had many options for food and drinks (restaurants and bars and cafe). If you specifically want Starbucks, there is a skybridge that connects with The Marriott that has one (5 min walk). Overall clean and good customer service. The only annoying thing is getting into the hotel by car. They need a better valet and traffic management.

The property was very nice. I enjoyed my meal in the lobby restaurant. What kept my rating from being the highest is the parking. The garage where I parked does not have an elevator. I didnt enjoy walking down and up the steps to my vehicle. Then, when I left the parking deck, there was an issue with the gate, so the attendant had to take the payment from each vehicle. The attendant moved as quickly as she could, but going back and forth took some time. I believe there was a malfunction with the kiosk at the exit gate.

My 6 year old son and I had a fantastic stay. The food on site was wonderful, easy and convenient. The grounds were immaculate and the pool was also clean with plenty of seating available. The staff was polite, I appreciated the front desk! Thank you for a wonderful stay, will be back again.

Upon arrival after flight delays we arrived at 3am. The overnight staff was nice and helpful but the experience was just poor. Our room I booked was not available, was transitioned to another room that was filthy. The bathroom did not appear to have been cleaned, mold everywhere in the shower and shower head. Very dusty and did not smelled clean. We had to wait until the next day to move rooms. Still not the cleanest.

Mathew who checked us in.was so kind. But we headed up to our room only to find bed bugs. We came back down to the lobby then had to go back up to the room to meet security. Going up and down with a scooter, bags, a cooler and 2 suitcases isnt easy. We then went down.again with security and were asigned another room. Then went back up again. Nothing was ever offered to us for our inconvenience, but im not that person to be rude or disrespectful. But you'd think maybe a voucher for a coffee or some food would have been offered.

I would give the hotel 5 stars but my room had bug beds. Friday night was good h it Saturday night around 3 in the morning we woke up to something biting us. It was our 2nd wedding anniversary and wanted to get away.

Bathroom was dirty. Hair everywhere. Extremely dusty dresser by bed. Doesn’t look like anything was cleaned properly. Stains on wall and window curtain. A/C unit really loud, seemed really old. For the hotel to claim major renovations the room seemed pretty outdated. Only thing that was nice was the lobby and the staff. And the bed was comfy. Definitely wouldn’t stay again if i don’t have to.

The linen was dirty. I have pictures. I didn't want to complain but i spent 800+dollars on my room and had to sleep on the pullout bed in a suite, because that was the cleanest linen to sleep on. I think the staff was overwhelmed, I didn't want to bother them. They were trying to be so helpful, but i don't think I will return.

Let me save you $200, your time, and your back. My husband and I was in town and decided to stay the night last minute. I’ve stayed a plenty of Hyatt hotels and had great experiences but this hotel did not meet those standards. In fact I think I’ve stayed in $40 motels on hunting trips that were more comfortable than this place. We checked in at around 10pm and tried to lay down by 11pm. Cars were revving their engines so loud and speeding up and down the street that it sounded like a drag strip right outside our window. Even with a white noise machine on, it didn’t even put a dent in the noise that was coming from outside. Now if the sound was the only problem I would have just requested a room change that maybe wasn’t against the street. But the bed was so hard that I couldn’t even get comfortable. My back and hips were in pain. And the pillows were flat as a pancake. All this to say at 2:30am I called it quits and got up, packed my bag, and checked out and drove three hours back home. Even though I had been up for 24 hours by the time I arrived home. It was the best decision so I could finally get some quality rest. If you want to sleep on a bed that will cripple you, a pillow that will guarantee a crick in your neck, and lay there looking at the ceiling while listening to the nearest drag strip while getting no sleep. Then this is the place for you!

There was no separate walk-in shower. The bathroom was so small, the door nearly hits it upon opening. I paid for a city view, but could not see past the huge cone shaped building next to me. Parking was horrible upon check in. The hallways to guest rooms were dated. However, the lobby looked nice and updated. The clerk that checked me in was patient, kind, and welcoming. Also service was fast. I called the front desk for towels, i received them within 10 mins( I was on the 18th floor).

My first room assignment was on the 6th floor on the Peachtree Street side which was very noisy from the street activities on a Saturday night. I requested a change and was reassigned to the 12th floor facing a side street which was much quieter. The bathroom sink drained slowly, but the room otherwise was impeccable.

The building is beautiful. One of the best looking properties I’ve stayed at. The room was dull in comparison. I stayed in a Corner King expecting something lavish and was highly disappointed. The Polaris restaurant was remarkable. Best part of the whole hotel. All staff members were nice. Maybe I’ll try a different room type next time.

Everything was great for our trip! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Check in and check out went very smoothly as well as the valet service, which was $60. Not too bad considering the convenience. My only complaint is that air conditioning unit in our room did not work well. We had it on its lowest setting of 65, and our room was still a bit warm making sleep slightly uncomfortable. Aside from that one minor inconvenience, it was a great stay.

My husband and I did not enjoy our stay here. Workers were rude. Doorman didn’t say hi back upon arrival. Blatantly dismissed us. Front desk put us in a room in the older part of the hotel, which didn’t match the image of the room we booked. Not to mention she put us in the room right next to the elevator, which was so loud because the walls in this part of the hotel were thin. We ate at the hotel bar the first night and I got a splinter in my tongue from the decorative bamboo sticks they use for fruit on drinks. The bamboo was also in the fruit pieces so there was no getting around getting bamboo in my mouth. Told the waitress and manager and while they did remove the drink from our bill, there was no further accommodation/apologetic effort, except for two free water bottles. We smiled and said hi to the lady working at the gift shop but she looked like she didn’t want to be there. She said hi and then walked past us. The lobby area is gorgeous but it does not make up for the smelly elevator we had to use for the remainder of our stay. Wish I had better things to say.

When I come to Atlanta my daughter and I love staying at Hyatt Regency.during our most recent visit we had a run in with housekeeping.. while leaving our room we were asked by housekeeping how we enjoyed our stay. I stated , “we had a good time.”I thought that was the end of our conversation until she asked if my daughter was sick because she heard her coughing. It suddenly dawns on me what she was talking about. My daughter was coughing while brushing her teeth and this lady thinks she can confront and harass every person she thinks has Covid. I told her no you don’t get to do this. I understand you have to protect yourself from Covid while working but this is not the way..I explained to her that I am a nurse and can’t ostracize my patients because I think they have Covid. All I can do is protect myself with a mask and she should do the same. She continued to explain her reason for asking my daughter about her cough, while we were getting on the elevator. She needs some serious employee EDUCATION!!

Chaos during check-in. The line to get to the front of the hotel is unorganized, overcrowded. Barely anywhere to park to unload car. Valet was full had to park at another hotel Aloft and walk two blocks with two kids. Elevator area overcrowded, fighting to catch one. The hotel is nice but too much going on. Nice rooms.

The Hyatt is in the middle of Atlanta, which makes it easy to park your car for the stay and be able walk to all of the downtown attractions! There are also numerous options for eating right in the hotel if you would rather not leave. The staff were kind and helpful. If you have. Chance for a balcony room take it! The views are amazing.

Our stay there was great, came in town for the Beyoncé Carter tour. This location is right by the Marta, come our take a left and the Marta is there. There’s a CVS right outside this location. The Skyview is a 5/10 minute walk as well as the GA Aquarium. This location is central to everything. This was a mother daughter trip for me and my 13 year old and we had a great time.

The hotel was nice enough. I wouldn’t stay there again. They completely missed the mark on the details. The elevators smelled awful the entire time I was there. I tried to use the pool and waited 45 minutes before towels were brought out. The service at Sway was awful for breakfast, but the pancakes were delicious.

The room was fine but the whole front entrance was blocked off from the road for some reason, so deliveries couldn’t even be made and we experienced several issues with that. The hotel restaurant hours are really inconvenient. I ate a tuna sandwich from the hotel market and got food poisoning, causing me to miss the last day of the music festival I was visiting for. Basically, trying to just eat at the hotel was a nightmare.
