recently renovated with a section still to complete. pool wasn't open but renovations that were complete were well done. Trying to cancel last 2 nights of reservation due to event we were attending getting canceled. Would stay there again as rooms were clean as well as bathroom.

Remodeled. Clean. Pool was an amenity we were looking for. Didn’t find out until after we had checked in that pool was not open. Breakfast was continental (w/ microwave sammiches). Overall it was decent. Proximity to the caverns was good.

When we arrived i was asked to park around back where there we several people that appeared to be high on meth tearing apart cars. All night and all day both of the days we stayed this went on...... also all night long there were women running down the hallway literally some of them were screaming i called front desk and nothing was done

Person at check in was friendly. Room was clean but very old. Carpeting had stains and door was scratched up. Comforter had 2 cigarette burns. Sheets were clean and crisp. Room darkening blinds. Pets are free which is greatly appreciated. I travel frequently with 2 dogs.

Was the dirtiest room we've ever stayed in, and we've done lots and lots of travel. There was actually a blood stain on the wall. There were visible stains on the bed linens. I thank God we got out of there without bed bugs or something. We will never stay at a Red Roof again.

We had been traveling for hours because of moving. Extremely exhausted,i ran in quickly to get my key and confirm our already booked room .J was greeted very politely by,Rhonda who had just the most wonderful customer service. The lobby had our hallway had a very pleasant scent and was very clean. The price of the room was very reasonable.

The building is a bit dated but was cery clean. The staff was amazingly helpful as iur booking was accidentally made for a smoking suite but we wanted a nonsmoking and they changed it for us without a word. Housekeeping was very good and it was extremely nice tp come back to the room with fresh towels and empty trash cans as well as a made bed each evening. Not too common any more!

We booked this on a whim while driving through and thought it would be one of the better options in the area. The traffic from the highway was noisy from our room but otherwise everything was nice! Would stay again.

We booked this on a whim while driving through and thought it would be one of the better options in the area. The traffic from the highway was noisy from our room but otherwise everything was nice! Would stay again.

Room was clean and hotel appeared well maintained. Only poor mark would be breakfast. Extremely minimal, serve yourself. Appeared to be unstaffed. Make your pin pancake machine was comical, making up to two 3” pancakes at a time.

Spiders in the tub and bathroom Bugs climbing on the bathroom floor Breakfast was not fresh No lighting in the pool area when I questioned the service desk I was told they were having trouble and they do not work The lower hall floor is very unlevel to walk on Definitely not nowhere near four star we will not stay there again

We have stayed at this location a couple times now and will be back. Always clean and reasonably priced. Just as good or better than the higher priced ones nearby.
