Nice place to stay near the Barcelona Airport. A little difficulty with language as to parking at the hotel, but all in all, a good experience. Beds and pillows EXTREMELY comfortable. Staff very helpful and friendly. Only drawback is that pool was only open on weekend.

The hotel was fine and clean. The rooftop pool bar was lovey but closed at 6. It was disappointing that the Estella was served in a small glass where I would have expected a pint, especially for the price charged. The shopping centre close by charges 1€ a pint

The good - The room was clean, quiet and spacious. Loved the rooftop bar and pool. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from Vildecans station. On the down side, the restaurant food was average and while the hotel calls itself an airport hotel, there is no shuttle and the taxi cost 23 Euro.

Stayed 3 times at this new Hotel. Everything perfect, price/quality amazing. Used to stay often at other airport hotels but from now on will stick to this. Only downsize: no airport shuttle. However reachable by 8 mins taxi ride.

J'ai choisi cet établissement proche de Barcelone avec tout le confort nécessaire, une piscine au dernier étage, salle de musculation et grand espace de détente. La literie est incroyablement confortable. Très propre. Rien à dire, je recommande si vous souhaitez être proche de Barcelone et au calme.

Good location for going in and out of Barcelona airport. Four Points is a step up from the Moxy hotels. The hotel was clean and our room was quiet. The staff were very helpful! The hotel restaurant served good food. We’d recommend this hotel.

It was a great experience staying there but only room cleaning service was not up to the standards because even body wash was not topped up. Otherwise great place to stay and enjoy specially comfy bedding. Love to stay again in the future.

The front desk folks were very friendaly and helpful. Some of our comments are forimprovements. The pillow was literally non-existent. It was hard to use since it lays flat as soon as you lay on it. There was a stain inside the duvet bedding. The rest of our stay was great. Close to the train system.

We woke up sweating and the control panel didn’t work. The service in the restaurant is terrible. We sat for an hour waiting to order. I left and ate somewhere else, my wife stayed and ate here. After 9pm we had just fell asleep jet lagged and were woken up by a phone call from the restaurant. They told us we could put the bill for my wife’s meal on our room but now they had to wake us up to pay (at our room door) with a credit card. Stay somewhere else until this place figures things out.

Everything was great, except the fact that the toom was disconnected from all things internet; wifi, tv & room phone, and I had to call reception from my own cellular. They did respond and called a technician who had to come specially from his home and fixed the problems. Otherwise very nice place.

This hotel is new and struggling to provide adequate service. The elevators were broken - only one appeared to be working and it was tiny. The room was stuffy and loud. Paper-thin walls. The staff seemed very unhappy - rude at times. The breakfast was way overpriced for the offering.

The property is beautiful and modern. My room was clean and the area is safe. Based off of what I just mentioned it would be five stars. Unfortunately I cannot rate it high due to what I experienced. When I got in my room I tried to turn on the thermostat but it was not working. This was around 10 at night when I returned from the downtown. I called several times but no answer. Then I saw that I could contact them via WhatsApp by calling or texting so I did that. No answer. After trying several times I was sent to voicemail. Finally after a half of hour the midnight staff person responded through text saying he will call back. He did not call back I had to keep texting and calling. My partner went down stairs and he told her he is busy checking people in and to see if we can open the window and if anything he will have someone check it out. Almost two hours later I texted can you just send someone up? Read my message and did not respond until an hour later and by that time I was asleep. Horrible service from that staff member who worked the late night shift may18-19. Even if he is the only person working. All he had to do was make a call to personnel who handles repairs or issues and ask them to go check out the room. He refused purposely to not help. Besides that experience the hotel itself is very nice in a nice area where you can walk 15 mins to the train.

Incredibly friendly staff. We arrived hours early for our check-in but the front desk didn't mind. Found us a room immediately. Answered all our questions, extremely helpful, clean and comfortable. We slept great and the shower was perfect pressure. Would stay again!

The property still looks new and clean. It is odd that no shuttle service to the airport. Uber was about $16 to $20. The train station is about 8 minutes away. The outlet is just past the train station with several major sport shoe brands. A major grocery store is also about 8 minutes away. Restaurant option is limited nearby.

Great location, Great staff, Quick access to Barcelona City Shopping outlets walking distance. Shopping centre walking distance. Only Critique is would be great if the roof terrace had hot food. But would stay again!

Very convenient 10 min from the airport. Everyone has been great. The food was delicious. Expedia sent me an email that the pool closed Sept 11. But it is still open, just not as late at night. The TV had a Your Bill section. Hopefully its the last guest as it was 900 Euros and we are only here one night for about 177 Euros.

Small room but has everything you need. Unable to adjust the temperature though and when the window was open to get more air, it was pretty loud. Terrible salad at the restaurant. I think they opened a plastic container like the one you buy in a supermarket, put it in a bowl and charged 12 euros. Also, did not like that you couldn't sit on the couch and eat in the bar. Had to be in the restaurant.
