The staff is practically non-existent. It takes forever to get someone on the phone. I tried to call for room service, no one ever answered. The WiFi password was not provided and when we called to ask for it, again, no one ever answered. Customer service really awful. Hotel rooms are very tired and badly needs an upgrade.

Definitely could see areas of wear on carpet, furniture Chips in porcelain in tub, coffee maker and free coffee subpar toilet bowl ran after flushing in room Safe was not functioning and although the refrigerator in my room was convenient it froze whatever I put in it

Great breakfast. Great staff. Only thing very disappointing was the hot tube was out of order. We were looking forward to that.
