We thought the bathroom was great-looked new. Carpeting had a nail sticking up by bathroom/carpet needed to be cleaned or replaced Exterior was very nice except for the front and adjacent building Exterior landscaping needed allot of work as well as better maintenance of the grounds Only 8 miles from Lenox-Good location/Industrial area Price is great/Maybe next time it will be better

I don’t know so many complaints. Bed was good, clean. Plenty of park. Provided what we paid for and was expecting.

This area is heavy in tourism during the Tanglewood festival season, making it difficult to find anything other than very expensive stays, especially on weekends. I wanted an economical accommodation at the last minute, and this worked well. Nothing romantic about it, but the interior of the room was cleaner than a very expensive stay I once had at an expensive Boston airport hotel. I felt comfortable here, and the parking area was very well lit at night.

Capet and chair covers in room were heavily stained, fence around the premises is broken down.

Despite the very shabby outer appearance and the despondent night staff, the room was reasonably comfortable, but the floor and bedspread was stained, the door stuck, and the refrigerator door didn't close. Other than that...

Room, was dirty, bugs everywhere, didnt stay for even 15 minutes, drove 3 hours home at 11 pm instead of staying in filth

The room was unclean, smelled of smoke, and the building was very loud--the walls were thin and noise from neighbors could be heard clearly. We chose not to stay.

ADA VIOLATION 🦮🐕‍🦺♿ I am immunocompromised & so is my mother (I am her primary care giver) ❤️🙏 So I always wear a covid mask 😷 in public because if either of us get sick 🤢 we could die 💀 Immediately when I tried to enter the front office to check in (the glass doors where locked 🔒) I sketchy creepy man ♂️ approached me out of nowhere demanding why I was wearing a covid mask 😷 I explained it was MEDICALLY ⚕️ NECESSARY Because both myself and my mother are immunocompromised. If we get sick we could die 💀 He kept telling me how weird, strange & suspicious it was that I was wearing a covid mask & he kept repeating that over and over asking me if I was going to shoot up the place 😭 Adding insult to injury. I always come with a UV black light flashlight & just look at these pictures. How disgusting the room was Hopefully I don't get sick because of how dirty this room was. Keep in mind that both myself as well as my mother are immune compromise ♿😷 Overall, this was a terrible experience. I didn't realize I was going to face medical discrimination over wearing a covid mask 😷 Let alone how dirty and disgusting all the surfaces were including handles, door knobs, switches, microwave & refrigerator You can also see how disgusting the bathroom was as well. This is especially alarming since we are both immunocompromised

This is the dirtiest most disgusting hotel I’ve ever seen. It is an embarrassment to the hotel industry. It smelled like stale cigarettes. There was a peach pit on the floor in my room. The lobby appeared to be used as a living room for the hotel owner’s family. Do not stay here. I drove 1.5 hours home and 1.5 hours back the following morning for the event I was doing because I was literally afraid of bringing bed-bugs home.

Cracked bathroom mirror. Cobwebs in corner in bathroom. Floor could have been vacuumed better. And vents needed vacuuming

DO NOT STAY HERE. The room was filthy - food on carpets, dirty towels in the corner, unidentified smears on walls, filthy bathroom.

It is run down and unappealing. The rooms reeked of smoke. It needs a complete facelift. Wallpaper coming down and in need of new bedding. I could not stay there. I am asking for a complete refund since I left in 10 minutes. I had no desire to take pictures.

This is such a rundown property in desperate need of updating. Not clean and the area felt very unsafe. I couldn't wait to get home and shower!

Noisy, motorcycles racing at intersection well into the early hours, cars drifting or doing burnouts in the parking lot across street for awhile around 3-4am. Trash everywhere. The owner buzzed me in at 2pm, they keep the reception area locked at all times. Think Motel 6 for $180.

Toilet made whining noise constantly. Stopped working during stay. Couldn’t fix because installed under a granite countertop. Could hear traffic outside all night long. Noisy location.

There was no wifi, the in room fridge did not work, the wallpaper was peeling off the walls, the walls were dirty, the pillows were not standard size but very small

Although quite clean & newly refurbished, the room was too tiny for 2 people. Had to put suitcase on table to have space to open it. AC unit was difficult to operate to get consistent ventilation (turned it on and off several times during the night) and there was no instructions. There were no cups (paper or otherwise) in the room to use to get drinking water or make tea in the microwave.

The room looked like it was in a new wing. The main lobby was dated and smelled.

Understand you are getting a fabulous bargain it is a great value for the money. My main complaint was that if the heater/AC was on you got a musty smell. They need to clean the unit and change the filter. I told them at the front desk as I was leaving and they were very nice about it.

Rooms were much nicer than expected. Despite the somewhat dated exterior and overall first impression from the outside, the rooms were solidly good, clean, and comfortable. Good value for the price.

We had a peaceful night's rest and felt secure. Our room was clean, beds comfy, and bathroom updated. The outside appearance and the room doors could use some help.

Friendly staff and quick checkin

The office door was locked with a sign indicating that we should call for a room. Fortunately, one of the managers was there when we arrived and opened it for us. But no one was there when we were ready to check out, so we left our room key in the room. There was also a sign in the office that, due to COVID, no breakfast service was available. It was my understanding that we would pay for the room at check-in, but the manager just took my ID and didn't ask for a credit card to complete the transaction.

Worst hotel experience ever. Staff member let himself into my room without permission 45min before check out asking when was I going to check out. I just finished getting dressed thankfully. Rude customer service and dirty sheets. What’s worst is knowing I have the proof and yet they refused to refund me after this awful violation of my privacy.

No one at front desk. Scribble note on door with a number to call, then you wait for someone to come downstairs from one of the rooms. Lobby is loaded with trash and junk. Room smelled and was old and crappy. I do not trust the door or the lock. Just horrid. City should look not hygiene and safety of this building.

Worst experience ever the owner were completely rude they were never in the lobby attending to guests when needed they had there children running in the lobby like a playground they threatened us multiple times to kick us out because we “been starting problems” when even the maintenance man himself we have given no problems at all whatsoever he even told us the owners have kicked out multiple people before for no reason at all stay away from here at all costs the the male owner (indian guy) even got in my girls face and screamed at her to (get the F out) all because we asked for money back so we can book on expedia because we found a cheaper price

Run down property. No one at the front desk for 20 minutes. Had to wait outside in sub-freezing temperatures. When the front desk did finally get there.They were coughing all over everything

The stay was okay until the front desk clerk tried coming into our room before checkout time. My wife and I were not even decently dressed. It was 10:15 am. Checkout is 11 am. Not satisfied.

This property is completely awful. I arrived and there was no one there to check me in. I sat in front of the building, calling the front desk for an hour. I got my reservation moved, finally, after over 3 hours on the phone with the reservation company, to another hotel. I'd NEVER recommend staying in this establishment. The customer service apparently is awful, but I never really got to experience it.

Couldn't understand staff due to language barrier. Also my 1st room was canceled without notice. I had to have my friend jump thru hoops because my room was canceled. Even me showing the confirmation email saying that my card was still charged.

Absolutely terrible customer service as they gave us a card twice for our room and it did not work each time . I also tried getting in the office and the door was locked

The property is maintained as much as possible by a small (too small) bench of people who try their best... but it clearly needs renovation. A clean but stained blanket, a stained carpet, furnitures without age... To balance, the staff is trying their best to help. And the price has no equivalent in town. The area is a typical American commercial center - with all usual brands.

We booked a 2 night stay in an Econo Lodge with complimentary breakfast. When we arrived at the property, we had a hard time finding it, as it is no longer an Econo Lodge, and it was dark and rainy. Upon checking in (the front door was locked and we had to wait for someone to come open it and let us in), we saw a sign that breakfast is not being served due to Covid spikes in the area. The place is very rundown, and we could spell cigarette smoke from another room when we used the bathroom fan. Upon checkout, no one answered the door (locked again) so that we could return the key cards.

They never cleaned the room our second day there we needed to go to office to request towels and toilet paper, bathroom mirror was cracked The maid left the toilet brush in the toilet our first day there upkeep of building and grounds was non existent. There was no breakfast or fitness room as advertised

it was run by Indians who were intent on squeezing out dollars skimping on customer comfort. stains & a hole in the carpet. advertising free wifi and complementary breakfast when the was none (WIFI safety had expired months before). the office/traveler lounge area was the proprietor's family area and the front door was locked at all times.

We reserved two rooms for $99 per night for a King non-smoking. On arrival, he said only one room was reserved, and a non-smoking room cost $119 per night. We did reserve a second room with two doubles. Breakfast was supposed to be included but was not - "ostensibly due to covid outbreaks around the state". Coffee was not replenished for the second day.
