I will definitely be back. My family and I enjoyed everything the breakfast, the beds were comfortable, and the pool was nice temperature. The room was super spacious and cozy. Only downer was their big slide was out of service.

Staff was AWESOME. They were kind and super helpful. The food was kept loaded for breakfast and that lady was working hard because it was packed. She helped with a smile and made conversation to help ease the chaos. (There was some sort of softball tournament) The kiddie pool heater was broken but the water was still warm enough to use it. My only complaints would be is that the halls were LOUD until past 3am. (Kept waking my 2 small kids) However I know thats part of staying in a hotel (especially with how full it was). The second complaint I would have is that the bed was super hard. So overall it was a great place to stay! I feel my complaints are minor but want to leave a 100% honest review. Did I mention the staff was awesome?!?!

What is there not to say about this place. This Hotel will meet your needs for any age. How about a soak in the Hot tub, swim 🏊\u200d♂️ in the pool. And of course the WATER SLIDE. Soo fun. Hotel room was clean and met our needs for our family. The gal at the desk was kind , smiled and met our needs to. Where all excited to go back again. Thank you Best Western Hotels 👍

very clean and comfy beds. We were there for 3 nights and wasn't once offered new sheets or garbages. Had to ask myself and change my own garbages. Breakfast only runs for so long, but nice breakfast. However me and my boys slept in and by the time we woke up it was done, and asked if we could get a little carton of milk, nope couldn't even get that. However, cleanliness and comfort excellent!

The lobby smelled bad and the hallway smelled strong of propane. Was told it’s the dryers. Our room smelled like wet dog it was awful. Floor/carpet was sticky and felt dirty on bare feet.

Major caution if you stay multiple nights: They do not c!ean your room unless you go to the main desk and specifically request that you receive maid service. It is a great place to stay if you have kids - huge indoor pool and spa.

The hotel was overall fairly clean, except that the coffee table in our room was dirty with food residue and the corners of the laminate were peeling. The carpets in the room also had what seemed to be the same food residue. The breakfast was the standard continental breakfast, everything was good and refreshed often. The pool area was well maintained, however, it was quite busy and very crowded most of the time. I would stay again, but maybe for more of a family getaway and not a couples weekend.

We stayed for 3 nights and did not have clean towels delivered at any time. Desk staff did not seem to be proficient. The hotel rate booked 3 weeks earlier was not honored. The pool area, however, was fun for kids.

Absolutely one of the best hotels I've stayed at in recent memory. Friendly staff great location right off I-29. The rooms were updated and modern. Wired internet in the rooms and Wi-Fi and also larger than typical TVs in the rooms. Breakfast was great. Coffee was one of the better Hotel coffees I've had in quite some time.

We chose the hotel as it was easy to get to from the interstate as well as a kid oriented pool. We were pleasantly surprised that with the hotel being so close to the highway and a truck stop and many heavy service stations it was quiet. The beds were the only disappointment as they were quiet hard.

The room looked clean and was updated but they don’t have an exhaust fan in the bathroom which made for a very humid room with 3 people taking showers. There was a large gap across at the bottom of our door and when we said something about the tv being very loud in the room next to us, they said they noticed that too, but never did anything about it. The breakfast was pretty basic and when my husband took a bite of his sausage patty, it was still cold. We would probably not stay at this hotel again.

Not a wide variety of breakfast food but generally tasted okay. The check in person was horrible- booking wasnt accurate and she refused to help us get it resolved and then wouldnt help with a payment request we had..she also didnt want to get pool slide up and running until we had to go request it, although it should have been running already. The check out staff was much more friendly and helped us fix the reservation with no issues- they seemed confused on why the check in person wouldnt do it. I will go back just because of the check out staff and housekeepers...they were fantastic! My son kept referring to the check in lady as the secretary from Monsters Inc...if that helps with the check in demeanor...

The property was very clean and convenient. A bit noisy, only because there was a very large girls softball tournament going on in Watertown. The room was a very nice size and the beds were more comfortable than most motel beds. I booked my room kind of late and had to be on the 1st floor, but I used earplugs so I slept very well. Would recommend this property to anyone traveling to Watertown. If I had brought a swim suit, I would have been in the pool. It looked amazing. Well done.

Last minute decision- this was located by the gas station- heading to ND but no travel advised- we ended up having the best night! Worked out, hot tub and amazing waterslide we made use of! Very friendly and accommodating and willing to let us check out a little later if the roads didn’t open- the girl at the desk helped us ours with some paper for my granddaughter to finish a school project too! Highly recommend!

It is always clean and staff are so nice. For continental breakfast the juice machine was not working and they had the milk locked up so there was only coffee which I don’t drink!!!!
