2 BR/2 BA Oasis Kayaks, Pool, Beach & Dock Rental

We brought our Kayaks and had the two of the best paddles I wont soon forget. The place was clean and worked just fine. Great location for activities and restaurants. KLK is safe and friendly.

Stayed here with the family for a long weekend while exploring the Everglades. The grounds were great with a ton of amenities to enjoy (pool, playground, volleyball, bache, shuffleboard, etc.) Publix is within walking distance and incredibly convenient. This RV fit what we needed - a place to relax after a days worth of hiking.

This property was cute and clean and had things we needed, but the beds were hard (suggest at a minimum memory foam toppers). And the back bedroom and bathroom were full of flying ants (or termites?) Location was convenient. Manatees off the dock a huge plus. Nice park.

I visit Key Largo, FL every year to scuba dive the coral reefs. My go to place to stay is the Key Largo Kampground. It is centrally located, walking distance to Publix, shops, restaurants. And if you spend time in the Kampground there are many things to do, swim, kayak, bicycle, activities for kids. And when Catalina's site is available I like to stay there. It is centrally located in the Kampground making a short walk to the pool, laundry, beach, ample parking. Quiet and peaceful. Try it.

This RV park is very quiet, and everyone follows park rules, which for me was great. No late partying and very family oriented. I was only disappointed in the beach, as the water is dark and not appealing. But great for kayaking.

Planned a quick getaway. Started a little rocky with a few setbacks; messaged manager to advise who responded promptly. Expectations differ from person to person, so ill just say surroundings were great. Relaxing dockside watching the family of Manatees close up was just awesome!!

My daughter who is an avid kayaker loves having kayaks available to her so she could get up before the rest of us and be on the war water.

A great little spot! Located in a wonderful neighborhood, 2 beaches and a pool to choose from, as well as kayaks and paddle boards for use! The trailer was clean and had all the amenities needed. I especially enjoyed coffee in the morning under the cabana! It’s nearby to everything- so you don’t need to worry about forgetting anything.

We appreciated the security and friendly hosts, the location is conveniently near the highway/restaurants/shops/fun activities but still felt peaceful, and it was great to have specific quiet hours in the park. The amenities were well-stocked and the home in general is quite comfy. We loved sitting out at the table and bird-watching in the mornings and star-gazing at night. It would be best for a small family or a few very close friends; it was perfect for just two of us but probably not good for people who need more space. The only reason I didn't give five starts was that the beds were uncomfortable, hard mattress with a dip in the middle. The two little beaches in the park are a great place to watch the sunset or put in a kayak, not really for swimming, but hey it's the Keys, there are tons of swimmable beaches nearby! Would definitely stay here again if they replace the mattresses.

Close to John Pennecamp State Park. The place was very clean and comfortable. Tiki hut came in handy when it rained. Overall a nice experience.

Found hairs between the sheets in the bed, ants in the kitchen. Had to keep all food in the fridge.

Very clean, very good host, the manual with all the info on the property was great. So much to do at the campground I wish we could have stayed longer.

The trailer is very old and has lots of issues. The air vents are all rusted, shower in master bathroom was super tiny, shower curtain rod was cracked in many places, rotted floor boards on base of shower, no AC in master bath and it was terribly hot! The kitchen cabinet below sink had a light switch that kept falling off, and the wall connected to that cabinet was originally stapled on and kept falling in. There was maple syrup in the pantry and was covered in ants. We swept constantly to keep ants away but they were allover the walls. I sent a text to the contact person and she said she would send an exterminator but never did. The gas tanks were empty so we did not get to cook - I didn't bother sending a text about that because we were afraid of the gas stove. AC did not work well and the kitchen, and dining area was always over 85 degrees. The bed in master has a dip in the center so both people rolled to center. There were metal stairs going into the trailer which were very dangerous since the railing to hold on to was attached to the trailer and was loose - not good for elderly or anyone heavy. Yard was full of stickers that attached to our shoes and towels. Park itself was beautifully kept clean and maintained. Two nice little beach areas but would not swim there. I would stay in the park again, but NOT lot 33.

Op de eerste avond heb ik hierover gelijk contact opgenomen met de eigenaar. De ochtend daarna ontvingen we een nieuwe gastank. Ze kon dan maandag een technisch persoon langsturen voor de andere problemen, want die was op zondag niet beschikbaar. Helaas is er niemand langsgekomen en hebben we hierover niets meer gehoord. We ontvingen alleen standaard berichten over bijv, de checkout. We verbleven hier van zaterdag tot dinsdag.

Key Largo was great, weather was cool but able to do plenty outside, because outside was preferable to rental. Rental was not very clean, especially in the bathrooms, around showers and fixtures. Water pressure was very low, made it difficult to impossible to shower. Listing stated that internet and local/basic channels were available. Internet was adequate, but no channels available. Called renter for help, left message, got no response. Will not rent this property again.

We were very pleased with both the park and the rental unit. The park staff was very friendly and eager to help whenever we had questions or needed anything. The location is great with a Publix Supermarket (and a liquor store!) virtually within walking distance. The unit itself was pretty much as advertised. A little more "worn" than the photos depict, but certainly clean, functional and comfortable. There was a small leak during a torrential downpour at the rear slideout. I'm not even sure if the host is aware, but in any case, it was not too disruptive to our stay. Overall, I would give it a 4.9 out of 5. A great find!

You will find ants and other small flys as you’d expect in a tropical environment. The patio area isn’t as nice as it looked in pictures but still very cozy. All in all I’d stay again.

This is a great place to stay. The beds are very comfortable, better than most you will find in an RV. It’s also extremely clean, and the communication with the owners was really easy and efficient. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a great spot in the keys.

Property was very good, loved the included kayak! The main problem were the beds, they need replaced! The master bedroom is like a pullout couch with a very thin mattress and a hard bump in the middle. The second bedroom was even worse, please replace for the next family!

Clean, spacious, and comfortable for 4 people to stay in. Even with 6 people it would have been great. This RV had everything you need and more for a great stay.

We stayed for a month! We were so grateful to have this lovely location to stay while we got work done on our home. The checking in was a little confusing because the campground has a different process but once we figured it out all went smoothly. We had one issue once with water pressure and the property manager immediately helped. Tv and internet service was great. Location beautiful! Staff at the campground were very friendly! The place had a few dings but overall we were so thankful we could stay together with our pets. Thank you!!!!

Loved the location of this property. The campground is very close to Publix and many good restaurants. Our main issue was the beds. The beds are hard and lumpy, and the pillows are not comfortable. A suggested improvement would be to invest in better mattresses, pillows and bedding, that would raise my rating to a 5.

We enjoyed the trailer. It was not huge but we were in and out of it all day for our other adventures and used it mostly to shower and sleep and this was good.

I took my 2 boys to Key Largo for a quick 3 day vacation. It was wonderful. The property manger was easy to contact with a couple small issues that were addressed immediately. I felt at home here and would do it again! :)

We are senior cousins. We found the people here very friendly and the staff friendly nd helpful. Our stay in the RV was very comfortable.

We did not stay Catalina Tirado/ Barbara is rude She switched properties because she overbooked. Key largo campground said this is not the first she has done this. After reading past reviews her property has bed bugs, so it is better to loose my money than go home with bed bugs. I don’t know this woman sleeps all night. Karma is a Real thing I hope she gets what she deserves.

The site we stayed at was conveniently located in Key Largo. Great amenities for families. Our site was large, comfortable, clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and a Publix grocery store walking distance away. We will definitely stay here again.

This location is great for a kayak ride through the mangroves! It is also near John Pennecamp, many restaurants and cafes. We recommend Hobo Cafe!

It was in great shape and very clean. Excellent location and beautiful layout outside with the tiki hut. The water pressure was terrible, the system was really loud and it was difficult to figure out how to get the water to work. Otherwise it was a great spot for the price. Thank you.
