The amidites that were mentioned on their website were a farse - misleading. The carpets were dirty and mildew smelling. No swimming pool as advertised, no iron, no blow dryer, no ice bucket. The cable tv was horrible. I only took photos of friends in our room. I was embarred to have them see this, but it was too late, because we had invited them site unseen. I was surprised, because most of the Comfort Inn and Suites are very nice. That is why I took a chance and booked the room unseen. Lesson learned. I did not know that there would be this opportunity to give feed back on the stay. Please take this hotel off your list.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful; beds and bathroom were clean. Floors were dirty. Rest of the place needs an overhaul. (Signage looks new but the interior needs work) Good location close to malls and restaurants. Icy parking lot and walkways.

The front desk clerk was quite rude. He commented about my Drivers License picture not looking like my face. Saying the person in the ID pic was a lot younger than myself. He commented on why I was using a specific type of card, stating that he doesn’t usually see those cards being used there. The room smelled strongly of mildew. The curtains were torn and stained. The bathroom was dirty. When we asked for an extra pillow, he told us that they don’t do that. When my husband asked for a paper coffee cup at 5:00am, he was told that breakfast doesn’t start until 7:00 am. And they will put more cups out at that time. Even though there was fresh coffee available, just no more cups in the lobby area, and was advertised in the hotel details on both Expedia as well as their own website. The pool had an out of order sign on the door, “closed for painting”, even though their website and Expedia stated the pool would be open by July 19th. We checked in on July 25th.

Incorrect bed size, ( full size, not a Queen size). even thought it said that the pool would be fixed, it wasn’t. ( reason why we picked it the first place, kids were disappointed and so were we). Had to switch a room because of the condition of the room. Air conditioner started to leak. Glad I brought my own soap, because the soap you guys set out wasn’t enough for a Baby doll. There were no towels in the bathroom. Keys were messing up. ( had to keep on swiping them to get them to work). Overall, I probably wouldn’t go there again. The best thing about it was the guy in the kitchen, he was GREAT. Handled everything with a smile and patience. Also the location of the place was good.

This place is a huge let down compared to the photos they have posted. Don't stay here, it's nasty. They need to post real pictures of all the mold in the room and bathroom. As well the broken ice machines that look like they have been "out of order" for a very long time as mold was growning on that as well.

The staff were wonderful. Breakfast was as expected from a hotel. The pool was big but the room and the pool itself were very cold. The heater,A/C did not work in the pool room. The room was clean.

It was a decent enough place for a one night stay. Clean, which is important. But all of the vending machines were completely empty and I was thirsty. Also, there was never anyone readily available at the front desk, and the receptionist who arrived was less than friendly, although not rude. Also the toaster didn't work well and the orange juice tasted terrible. Wouldn't want to make it an extended stay

When we checked in the lobby was very smelly, the flooors in the hallways and lobby were vet dirty and looked like they had not been swept in a while. They gave us towels for our room at check in because they were short staffed and there were none in our room. Once we were in our room it was very HOT because the AC was not on and the room smelled very stagnant. The floors in our room were very dirty and there was an eyelash stuck on our nightstand. It looked like someone changed the bedding and then left. I would never book here again.

We are still out at 9 with a 5 year old and will only be going back to sleep because we have no other choice for the night. Very very disappointed with the cleanliness. We have pictures of stains on the bed, hairs on the toilet and beds. Dirty finger prints everywhere and it smells horrible.

It was definitely not the cleanest room. Cant check in early bc said they was cleaning but there was stains on sheets and the bed runner had a white Substance on it red bull can under bed tub had hair all over the place and sink has soap scum and hair in it

Upon checking in I was sent to one room which had the door propped open, lights off, and belongings on the floor. The second room was bolted from the inside and wouldn't open despite my key working in the slot. The third room - where I stayed - had no minifridge, but there was a spot for it, like it had been stolen. The bathroom floor had not been vacuumed or mopped because there were hairs along the tub side and on one of the beds.

When checking in, the concierge took forever and told us “The system is running slow, it’ll be 5-10 minutes.” He then proceeded to check-in 2 other couples that were in line after us using the same system. The entire place smelled disgusting and the carpets looked like they had not been vacuumed in months. The hallways were littered with trash, toilet paper, used Q-tips, etc. The walls in the rooms had stains on them and there was snot and hair in the sink. The bathtub looked like someone died in it. We were in town for a concert and after the concert decided there was no way we were staying there. We drove 4 hours home after a concert let out at midnight instead of staying in this dump. Oh and the cherry on top was when we stopped back at the hotel to grab our bag after the concert, a cockroach scurried across the hallway floor. This place should be shut down immediately!!!

It’s the absolute FILTHIEST dump I’ve ever seen. The floors are gross. The walls are full of stains. The air smells of old food and body odor. The room felt nasty and damp. The ATM is out of order. The ice machine on our floor didn’t work. Spend the extra money and stay elsewhere. You’ve been warned. The only reason we stayed for the whole weekend was because all the other hotels were sold out and we didn’t have a choice. The Salvation Army would have even been better. A urine stained cardboard box in the back alleys of NYC would have been better. I felt dirtier just by staying. There’s no way this is a representation of the quality and trusted brand of Comfort Suites. This place is a cesspool that has never seen a vacuum cleaner and cleaning supplies in at least 6 months. We literally stayed out longer to prolong having to come back to our room. We didn’t even eat their breakfast because we didn’t even want to chance it. STAY ELSEWHERE!!!!

Terrible beds. Double size room the beds were smaller than that. Not comfortable felt springs in my hip. Food was meh. Didn’t feel safe at facility. Was supposed to stay two nights we stayed one and went somewhere the following night. I paid for the second night in advance and didn’t care we didn’t stay. My family needed to go somewhere else.

The employees were nice and helpful at front desk. However cleaning staff never made bed or changed sheets during my 6 night stay.The rooms have been updated but the carpets in the hallways are worn and dirty.The orice was good compared to other hotels in the area which I appreciated.

Check in pricess took at least 25 min, and the whole time the service agent looked at me with no smile, not a friendly word, no greeting, no thank you, nothing. Felt like checking in with Norman Bates. I have used this hotel several times over the years, but this was the last. I won't be back.

Room smelled . The TV didn’t even work. It was ok for a night that we stayed. At first the key wouldn’t work and when I went and told the clerk he asked like I was stupid. Funny cause guy on the elevator said his had done the same thing. But overall just stayed a night so didn’t really mind.

I opened the sofa to find the bedding to be covered in Cheetos, Cheeto stains, shards of glass and wood chips. Just to be told to brush it off with my hand. Then was given a broom to do it myself. And then told I couldn’t get a refund because I was thru a 3rd party. But then said I could get a discount of $10 off my next room. That is not a discount. The girl at the counter said she didn’t want to keep running back n forth to serve me because she needed to do laundry???? Like what is that. Very upset with how I was handled

This property was not very well taken care. Service at the desk was disrespectful and not very good hospitality. The rooms were all extremely dirty and looked and smelled as though that had not been cleaned before we checked in. Front desk employee was ver disrespectful.

The morning Hotel staff was super friendly & helpful as we were staying there for an early morning surgery in Cincinnati. He wanted to be sure I had a coffee & fruit even though the breakfast area was not opened yet. He made my morning by being so thoughtful.

Property was not clean. Housekeeping is short staffed per front desk and as soon as entering our room and bathroom, I noticed trash that had not been picked up in the room and hair in the bathtub and on the toilet seat. Very disturbing for a room that should’ve been “cleaned” prior to new guests arriving. Will not recommend this location. As a plus, one gentleman at the front desk was helpful in directing where to throw our trash as housekeeping does not come to your room despite multiple day stay. He also brought us fresh towels in a very timely fashion.

We stayed in the King Suite and it was very clean and spacious. It's worth mentioning that the TV and personal coffee machine are a lot nicer than other hotels I've stayed in. In the morning, we went downstairs and had the free complimentary breakfast. The food options are varied and everything tastes good. The hotel is only a few minutes away from Eastgate Mall and Jungle Jim's. Overall, this place has a luxurious look and feel at an affordable price and we had an awesome Labor Day weekend getaway.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful; beds and bathroom were clean. Floors were dirty. Rest of the place needs an overhaul. (Signage looks new but the interior needs work) Good location close to malls and restaurants. Icy parking lot and walkways.

Location was excellent, on the edge of Eastgate area of Cincinnati, and very close to I-275. Lots of dining options, and easy to get almost anywhere on east side of city. Building could use some new carpeting or re-flooring, but was clean & comfortable. We were there during the week, when it was not very crowded; I can't speak as to what weekends might be like.

I was told breakfast was from 7am to 10am. I checked in late traveling from Ga. I didn’t come down for breakfast until about 9:30 and there was nothing but waffle to eat. The person stocking the food said there wasn’t anything left. I felt he just didn’t want to get anything out. The next day I made sure I was eating at 7:30. So maybe the hours available should change?

It was a decent enough place for a one night stay. Clean, which is important. But all of the vending machines were completely empty and I was thirsty. Also, there was never anyone readily available at the front desk, and the receptionist who arrived was less than friendly, although not rude. Also the toaster didn't work well and the orange juice tasted terrible. Wouldn't want to make it an extended stay

Afternoon employee did not really know the surrounding areas as I asked a question about grocery stores (was late, around 10:30) and there was a Walmart less than 1 mile away which would have been an option had he told me about it. Also asked him the 2nd night to turn on the lights in the breakfast area as we had a family game night but he stated he could not do it. Breakfast was also very poor and light on options. Hotel was very clean though.

Hair and dirt on the floor. Hair and dead little bugs in the sheets. My room was by the stairwell where people were going in and out the door until late at night. I got about an hour of sleep, then I left at 2 am. I would have left a positive review if it was clean and other guests didn't wake me.

My experience of this property was bad key never worked bed was dirty, floor was not clean I keep having to go to front desk over and over never was offered to help just give new key we stayed but every day found something new first garbage I drawer floor dirty, second drull on pillow food on sheet, third baby throw up on dubai never ask if they could clean it we where told they cleaned ever other day but still nothing was not happy
