The hotel isn’t as it seems in pictures. The rooms are very small, the pool is very small as well and the outside isn’t very manicured. The people working there are nice but couldn’t help accommodate when we asked for a different room. There is a lot of construction outside also. Not really where I wanted to spend my birthday honestly.. I’ve had better experiences at a lot more hiltons.

We stayed for two nights. The room and the hotel were stunning, clean, and so comfortable. The staff was amazing! And so was the breakfast. The only thing that was disappointing was there is no bar or room service that was advertised. That was the main reason we booked.

This hotel was very clean and had convenient parking. The bed was comfortable, the staff were polite. The only negative thing was the people on our floor who refused to contain their 6 unruly kids overnight. Running down the hall screaming as late as 4am.

There was no fan in the bathroom, the paint was peeling off the ceiling. For a couple hundred dollars per night, I expect to not have to worry about my kid picking up paint chips in the bathroom.

The room was great clean and had all the stuff we needed mini fridge for left overs from dinner it was quiet at night whichbis a big deal. the only issue i had was it was the worst pillows i have ever had they sucked so bad. also the guide button on the remote didnt work so i had to keep flipping channels till i found the right college football game.

I was at the property on a business trip, together with a co-worker. Why my room was OK, a terrible incident happened to her: the hotel issued another set of keys for her room to other people who, at 5 am entered her room. The shock was huge for both parts but such a mistake is inexcusable from a Hilton property. I wouldn't expect something like that to happen even at cheap motels but for Hilton it really has no excuse. Next day, no apologies were issued either, just explained it was a mistake. I think the management team is doing a bad job there, Hilton should be notified.

Unprofessional staff. Front desk associates wearing dirty clothes, no sort of uniform or name badge identifying them as employees. When checking in, front desk staff acted as if we were inconveniencing them. Many unruly guest staying at the hotel, when reaching out to the front desk staff they did nothing to resolve the situation. By far the worst Hilton Garden Inn I have ever stayed at! This hotel chain is my go to when I travel for work, staying around 100 nights per year.

This hotel room was not as it appeared on the pictures. The heat did not work in the bathroom, the floor was freezing, the tub was very weak, I felt like I was going the fall through the floor. There was a whole in the wall. The customer was terrible, horrible. My husband was threatened to have the police called if he had one more complaint. We checked out and could not receive a receipt due to the printer not working. This was my worst hotel experience. They refused to give us a full or partial refund.

The Staff at this Hotel receive an A Grade in the areas of Attentiveness, Courteousness, and overall Professionalism. Our first room had facilities problems and we were moved into a better room. A handy-man \\woman was sent to our second-room to repair a broken-arm in our toilet-roll dispenser and to fix our sink which had a leak in the water basin. Thank You!!

The front desk was not very helpful, and my incidentals were kept longer than a week, and it took numerous calls to the hotel itself to get them to release it, because I got a Claritin and a package of Halls the price of the halls

This is a delightful place to stay. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming, from the desk clerks to the food staff that provides the breakfast to the cleaning staff in the halls. Even the grounds surrounding the hotel are well kept and clean. (What a change from so many on-the-road hotels!) The room was clean and nicely spacious; the bathroom also. The pet friendly policy was ideal. We were very impressed! We have stayed at several hotels in Sharonville, but this is the best choice and we will stay at this hotel again in the future.

So there where elephants staying above us. Not sure if it like this in every room. But I guess there are kids up there. Did tell the front desk, but they where leaving. There is NO restaurant or bar, as per Expedia. This was very upsetting considering this is why we picked this hotel cause we wouldn’t have to leave. It was clean and comfortable when the elephants where out of the room or sleeping. But very upset with Expedia that there was not place to eat when it’s on their app. Front desk said it’s been close since covid. Grr

When I first initially acquired about the hotel, I was under the assumption that breakfast was going to be included but when I got there they told me that the breakfast was separate. I don't know a whole lot of hotels who make you pay for breakfast but it has been a first in a while. The rooms were okay. Very clean. It just wasn't the vibe I was looking for for me and my woman for our anniversary
