The hotel is in the process of being renovated. The attached restaurant( not affiliated with the hotel) went from Irish fare to Mexican. Room was neat and clean. Hallways were busy and loud well into the early morning. Coffee was good, breakfast has been better. This site was our go to for a long time, may be time to change it up.

While the hotel is undergoing renovations, it was not cluttered and the areas that have been redone are tasteful and modern. There was a minor issue with the fire alarm but, all was handled calmly and resolved quickly.

Loved the staff. Very accommodating! The gym was super clean and huge. The pool was also super warm! Definitely will be returning. 10 minutes from Johnson and Whales campus!

Room was renovated and modern! Parking is horrible with a lot of parking being used by construction equipment and containers. Need to reduce the units in the hotel or move the construction materials to allow more parking spaces. Other things out of the hotel control were out of control kids yelling and running run and down the halls in the evening and morning. Another thing was someone sitting by the door smoking pot. The hotel did make that person leave the door area once identified.

The staff were all excellent. Very friendly and wanting to help. The only minor things were 1, the wash cloths in the bathroom had embedded hair thay survuved the laundry service, with one of the wash cloths being very dark yellow, and 2, the pool water looked so cloudy, we dis not dare dip oir toes. The hallways, common areas and the hotel room were clean and well-vacuumed

Room wasn’t well cleaned. There were crumbs on the desk and counter from the previous occupant and the toilet was dirty. Also the stairs looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in a long time, there seemed to be a lot of paint chips or drywall debris all over the stairs just lying there. The front desk staff was nice though, the maid service did a very poor job preparing the room

Room was clean and bigger than expected. The refrigerator wasn't working, but a maintenance came within minutes to help. All staff members were friendly. Breakfast variety was fantastic.

Horrendous. First night they put us in a room with a door handle that broke off the moment we entered the room. They put us in a new room the next morning and the bathroom was flooded. At that point we were exhausted and took their word that the flooding was due to improper use of the shower curtain in the room above us. A French fry on the bathroom floor confirmed they only change towels and zero cleaning happens. We will never return and this experience was the absolute most disgraceful trip we’ve taken.

This hotel is a 12 minute drive to Brown University. It is centrally located and easy to get around. The staff was amazing! They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The only thing that we noticed was that our room appeared to be a little bit “ tired” as the USB outlets next to the bed did not work

The beds were really hard, and the housekeeping will disturb you in your room. Was woken up in the morning to her banging on the door. Never announced herself and said "housekeeping", and when I went to get up and get dressed to see who it was she just walked in. Said oops I'll come back later. Not even an hour later she bangs on the door and I replied "one minute", she banged again and I opened the door and she said oh I will come back at 11. Yes please do and why do you not announce yourself.. unprofessional. Bathroom sliding door would not stay closed during my shower.

Everything was good except room is noisy on the road side near the bridge. Ask for a room on the other side of the hotel. Other than that great hotel. Clean and the staff was amazing. Breakfast is so so but you can tell they really try to keep things clean and organized.

Was in town to visit good friends, while traveling through New England areas.. The lady that helped with check in was so nice and helpful even though she was having to deal with unruly kids in town for a hockey event while their parents sat in the lobby talking and ignoring them. The rooms were spacious and clean.

When we checked in we were We were given our room key and when we opened the door we walked into a already used room, the bed was dirty and unmade, there were towels all over the bathroom floor and in the hallway leading to the bathroom, other people's trash left behind. I went back down to the front desk and told them they had given me a dirty room, I was told Oops sorry, and given another room key, I was also told that they were going to credit me for the room being dirty. I said to them Are you sure you can do that seeing that I booked through a third party? The woman told me yes, absolutely, well. That was a complete lie, I was charged the full price for the room which I kind of thought I would be seeingvI booked it through a third party. The air conditioning in the room was so noisy like a train that sleeping was almost impossible. There were people in the hall coming and going at all hours of the night and very loud. I would never stay here again!!!!

Room was very clean.Our room door had a piece of rubber above the threshold that was falling off, but the door still worked and was secure. The location felt safe. The people working at the desk tended to go out of sight and we had to yell for them for assistance. Breakfast was great

What a great staff ! Great Location also. Had left out to the airport and forgot my EarPods. Within 1 minute flat, the hotel calls me and tells me that I left them behind. Got them into an Uber and got it to me at the airport

Check in and stay was really great. Check in was quick and easy and room was very nice and comfortable!! Only mishap was on the second night of the stay the AC quit working . But a quick call to the front desk and a maintenance worker showed up at our room door. Within in minutes he rectified the situation and problem was solved

The restaurant right next to our stay, Azul was great to visit. We enjoyed the pool, room and level of service even with it being a very busy weekend. The room was good, the free breakfast selections were impressive. The area it is in is a little rough but not too bad and it's easy to get to a lot of fun spots in the Pawtucket/Providence area. We did have one issue where an employee was very loudly arguing about politics with another guest down the hall for at least 10 minutes (we basically had only stopped by to change for a Halloween party) which we could hear in our room which was obtrusive, but the majority of our interactions with staff were lovely.

We were supposed to have a 1st floor, easily accessible handicapped room - confirmed 24 hour before. Got there at midnight after a show and neighboring Gillette Stadium and told there was no room with handicapped accessibility. We were moved to a 3rd floor non-handicapped room. The room smelled like cigarette smoke and had very old linens and had dinghy towels, with a washcloth that was clearly damaged by makeup removal. Not a good nights sleep! Then in the AM, went down for our free breakfast … and the small seating area was full, with long lines to wait for the completely insufficient amount of food available. So you had a long line, fighting over the small amount of food and nowhere to sit once you fought the crowd. So we opted not to wait for breakfast and left to go home hungry. We’ve had fine stays at other Hampton Inn’s, but not this one!! P. & J. Mack

The hotel was clean and the staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. The surrounding area is not great, it looks like a depressed neighborhood. It’s not a far drive to Providence and other nice areas.

I have stayed at The Hampton Inn Pawtucket a number of times while visiting relatives in the area. The location is very convenient for my purpose, with easy access to I-95 North or South, as well as to Downtown Providence. There is plenty of parking on the property. Staff are friendly & helpful, breakfast is adequate, and coffee very good. I have found room rates to be competitive taking into the numerous positive features of this property.

The Hotel is right off of I-95 and very convenient to the highway. The hotel felt safe and there is a restaurant or two that we didn't try but that looked ok. There is a gas station across the street for gas (not a conveinance store). We had to get some medicine and water and went to a cvs that was closed due to lack of staff and although only a mile or less away, the neighborhood felt very sketchy. We went the other way from the hotel to a walgreens and that neighborhood also was very sketchy. We literally saw two young men go into the Walgreens and then come running out and the manager chasing them out because they were shoplifting. As long as you stay right at the hotel, I think you are fine and the staff at the hotel was great and the hotel was very nice and new . Just don't venture very far from the hotel.

It would be nice to add more breakfast dish and danishes. We came down to have breakfast at 9:45 am and staff said they will not replenish hot dogs anymore because breakfast is done at 10 am. The scrambled eggs are overcooked and dry - no taste. It would also be nice if there were more selections on bread. Although, Stacy was so kind to have our breakfast prepared for pick up in the morning because we are a dragon boat team and we were racing that morning and our call time was at 6:30 am. Thank you Stacy.
