I’m highly upset that i booked this property for the soul purpose of a Ada accessible pool and the chair lift was not working, wasnt informed of this when we booked an Ada accessible pool and was even told the pool would be accessible. i had to have a complete stranger help me out of the pool. That was extremely embarrassing but i am forever greatful to him. Will not be visiting again due to this embarrassing situation.

I have never had less than a great stay st any Holiday Inn Express! The HIE in Greer (Dry Pocket Road) is no exception. In fact the staff are some of the friendliest I have met. Morella went out of her way to say Hello at breakfast and provided great information about the area. Mario, who drove me to the airport, and I had a great and comical ride to GSP - both are exemplary staff and stand out in today's customer service environment!

Ran a piece of metal in toe from carpet, took the grandchildren in pool and found out there was feces in pool, toilet and refrigerator messed up. The staff was very helpful.

Check in was easy and fast.Room appeared clean and was suppose to be a smoke free room but the moment we walk in we were hit with a very strong cigarette smell that was clearly trying to be covered up with air freshener or cleaning agent. We had a pull out bed with no linens or pillows provided. Only two big towels in bathroom that couldn't be use for shower and pool use. Swimming pool was nice and water heated but downside was there were no pool towels so we had to return to room dripping water through lobby and hall and you could tell we werent the only ones because lobby was wet and thats a slipping hazard for guest. Breakfast was decent, we were disappointed they were out of syrup for pancakes.

Hotel was dirty. My room was not ready even though it was 6:00pm when I checked in the hotel. Maids were still working in the rooms yet I was given one of the rooms that was not complete. One of the maids knocked on my door and handed me the shower curtain and asked me to hang it up for her. Hotel was noisy, bathroom was dirty, and I did not feel completely safe. There was not much space to walk your dog except for a grassy area next to hotel. Will not stay here again.

We stayed two nights me and my family’s for just little a getaway weekend. Found food that was left under the couch. Went to tell staff and asked if they had a broom and dust pan so i could clean it up. You would think they would come clean it up but no they jay handed it off to me to clean up. Upon first initial opening the room it smelled like urine very bad and the whole stay. We also found small bloodstain on the sheets and other small stains. Tito and other staff were very nice and helpful. Unfortunately the room has a very strong odor and just wasn’t very clean. I always stay at holiday inn express and am very pleased. This particular hotel was not up to the usual standards.

The pullout couch, which we counted on as one sleep location for an adult in our room, was dirty with cracker crumbs all over the mattress when we pulled it out. The flooring underneath the couch area was filthy, clearly hadn’t been vacuumed or cleaned up recently.. pieces of candy, visible crackers and crumbs, general dust and dirt coated the floor within the couch frame underneath the pullout portion. We then found a cockroach in our bathroom. Too late to move rooms and we were given a refund. We left the next day. Shame because when we first got there we were impressed by how clean and updated the room seemed to be; the beds were comfortable, shower had good water pressure and temperature. So those two other discoveries just ruined it for us.

This hotel room was spacious & comfortable with adequate drawer & closet space (although more hangers would have been nice.) It had 1 of the best hotel bathrooms I've ever been in with a great curved glass shower door - much better than a shower curtain & roomier than a straight shower door. The mirror was lit in a warm way that allowed for great make-up application plus there was a mirror at the desk area. My only complaint was the too-tall height of the hand soap & lotion dispensers. The A/C worked well & was easy to adjust. There was plenty of good lighting & the queen beds were very comfortable. I would not hesitate to recommend this particular hotel & would stay there again when visiting this area!

Quiet even though so close to airport. Convenient to all. Housekeeping is fair. You are supplied with minimum amount of towels, TP, and soaps. No hair dryer. Breakfast is a little better than other hotels that include breakfast with stay.

Hotel isn’t awesome. They didn’t have enough pillows for pull out couch. Bathroom fan was horribly loud. Breakfast was eh. Beds were uncomfortable. Wouldn’t stay again if I had the choice.

Everything you would want in a stopover. Other hotels of its class were charging us $20 for parking and $4 for coffee. Meanwhile Holiday Inn Express gave us a breakfast experience that topped Bob Evans. The staff was superior, from check in to check out. If I ever need to run that route to Florida again I will 100% be back. Even our roommate was happy, and she’s notoriously hard to please.

Many things advertised are not available. We were told to call directly to get rooms next to each other. I called on 2 separate occasion to ask and was told it would be done on arrival. When we arrived we were told it was not possible. We were told to call an ask for early check. We called when we made the reservation they told us to call back the day before. We call the day before and we’re told to call on the day of the reservation. The day of the reservation we were told flat out that no one was allowed to check in early. We asked for a late check out and we’re told no on that also. The hotel was full of youth soccer players and we were given the first room on the first floor across from the elevator. The lobby was was full of people visiting and was loud and dirty. Kids running everywhere unsupervised. Starting around 7:00 the elevator dinged constantly and we gave up trying to sleep. Breakfast area was full of soccer players and their families. All hot food was gone, but the kitchen staff was very kind and apologetic, explaining there was more food being prepared. We will not stay here again, in fact pretty much done with Holiday Inn. The last Holiday Inn we stayed at was also full of rowdy kids sports teams and we endured the fire alarm going off for45 minutes at 3:00 AM.

When we arrived we were told it was not possible. We were told to call an ask for early check. We called when we made the reservation they told us to call back the day before. We call the day before and we’re told to call on the day of the reservation. The day of the reservation we were told flat out that no one was allowed to check in early. We asked for a late check out and we’re told no on that also. The hotel was full of youth soccer players and we were given the first room on the first floor across from the elevator. Discourteous late night gathering in the front of the hotel with loud talking, right in front of the room not managed by hotel personnel hugely distracted from sleep before an early flight. I stayed for three night and had a great experience. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I’d like to give special shoutouts to Anish and Crystal for the trips to GSP; both of them were courteous and pleasant. The hotel was very clean; the cleaning crew was doing a great job. Overall, 10 out of 10!

I normally love to stay here. But they overbooked and last minute moved me to the Wyndam, which was the most horrible hotel I have stayed at. I wont tolerate that again or I will find another hotel to stay at.

Last minute booking, kinda worried this place seemed empty and everywhere else was full. Front desk staff was great, breakfast was better quality than any similar hotel that I can remember. Wife commented that sheets in the rooms were excellent. Not far at all from downtown. Would stay again.

Everything you would want in a stopover. Other hotels of its class were charging us $20 for parking and $4 for coffee. Meanwhile Holiday Inn Express gave us a breakfast experience that topped Bob Evans. The staff was superior, from check in to check out. If I ever need to run that route to Florida again I will 100% be back. Even our roommate was happy, and she’s notoriously hard to please.

Check in was easy and fast.Room appeared clean and was suppose to be a smoke free room but the moment we walk in we were hit with a very strong cigarette smell that was clearly trying to be covered up with air freshener or cleaning agent. We had a pull out bed with no linens or pillows provided. Only two big towels in bathroom that couldn't be use for shower and pool use. Swimming pool was nice and water heated but downside was there were no pool towels so we had to return to room dripping water through lobby and hall and you could tell we werent the only ones because lobby was wet and thats a slipping hazard for guest. Breakfast was decent, we were disappointed they were out of syrup for pancakes.

Room was dirty, didn’t clean it after our first day. Night we arrived the left the food sitting out on the counter the entire time we were at the hotel. Air conditioning stopped working, asked them to come look at it, they didn’t nor did they offer to place us in a different room.

There was mold in the shower and the floors in the room were not clean. The tv worked for a couple of hours then said it wasn’t connected so I had no tv for most of my stay. It was very noisy, I know it is near the air port but in addition to the planes I could hear people walking in the room above me. You could also hear the trucks on the highway.
