Cambria Hotel Pigeon Forge

Room was very clean. Great view. Breakfast was not good. I needed a different chair for bedroom because I can’t sleep on the bed and the extra chair in the bedroom was not comfortable at all. I went to front desk and they said they did not have anything different. They also had no sugar free drinks in cooler.

We came for the F100 Show, Cambria was conveniently located walking distance to the show, the Island and many other attractions. The room was clean and the staff were very friendly.

We had an exceptional stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything was pleasant and comfortable. The entire property was very clean, well-maintained, and organized, which made us feel relaxed throughout our stay. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. What truly made our experience even better was the kindness and professionalism of the staff. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile. A special thanks to the lady in the breakfast area who went above and beyond to make guests feel welcome each morning. She was incredibly warm, attentive, and hardworking, and her positive attitude really stood out. The breakfast area was also very clean and well-stocked, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and inviting. We truly appreciated the excellent customer service and hospitality. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay.
