When we arrived there was a guest complaining about the room being dirty with pictures i thought well that happens from time to time then we got to our room. It was bad there were 5 bugs on the cieling 1 on the wall that looked like a roach. No comforters on beds the stand was pulled away from the wall mold on the wall and curtain sink had not been cleaned the pool was not safe should have been drained weeks before from the looks of it had green clouds in it. There was trash piled in the room that used to be the breakfast area bags torn open and piled high the walk ways were in bad disrepair and falling apart and dirty trash cans were overflowing. We immediately went back down to get a refund and there was a line if 3 other couples with simmilar issues so we waited in line and they all left to find a different hotel in the 45 minutes that we were there there was 5 customers including us that found this place disgusting. The only thing i can say is they didnt give any hassle on approving our refund thru our 3rd party booking site.

Pool wasn’t clean/operable.

Very basic hotel in desperate need of upgrades. Room was not cleaned well as shampoo bottles were still in shower. I did find a 6 pack of beer in fridge so staff does not check that ( bonus for me) Pool was nice in fact it was the best part of the hotel.

We have stayed here a few times in the past and really enjoyed the renovated rooms on the upper levels. This time however was not pleasant. We were in room 119 which is right beside the pool entrance, elevator and lobby entrance. It was noisy all night long, the room is in serious need of an update and good luck watching TV. The room itself has some decent log furnishings but they have definitely seen better days. The furniture is worn and scratched. The shower handle was pulled off and only allowed scalding hot or freezing cold. There was only 2 working bulbs in the room out of 8 total lights and only one working bulb in the bathroom. The entire room had a very musty, damp smell. The TV had 8 working channels and 3 of those were local news and the other 5 were ESPN variants, except for the main ones you would want to watch. The lobby smelled like weed, the pool area smelled like weed, the parking lot smelled like weed. If you partake then go right ahead but I don't need my daughters walking through it. The pool area was covered in broken or missing concrete, the pool itself was rather dirty. The 1 available working outlet in the room was so loose you couldnt plug a charger in. No USB outlets anywhere. Like I stated at the beginning, the upper renovated rooms are very nice and very quiet but room 119 wasnt it.

The entire place was extremely dated and gross. The humidity in the room was insane, when we arrived the ac wasn’t on and it took forever to cool off. Roaches in the room. The pool was insanely cloudy and covered in dead bugs, the pool deck was covered in cigarette butts and other various trash. You def get what you pay for.

It was ok. You have to go to the front desk and wait behind everyone checking in and out and ask for ice. Then they give you a small thin bag with ice. With no ice bins in the rooms you have to sit it in the sink. 😡 Other wise the place was good and some staff was nice. The pool is very nice. Large 8ft to 3 1/2ft with a lazy river and kiddie pool. Great for the price.

Wasn’t to clean ,, tv and phone didn’t work and was there 5-6 mins checked in and seen four are five diff size roaches, had to ask for diff room,,while there seen two other customers unhappy bout there rooms n said she got ate up by bed bugs

The first room they gave us didn’t lock. The second also didn’t lock, but at least the door panel was on the wall. Blood in our room. All over air conditioner. The floors were disgusting. Dirty everywhere. Cockroaches all over the place. This place is NASTY. I would never stay here again.

The bathroom was filthy. Black marks all over the door like someone wiped dirty hands all down the door and they didn’t clean it. There was stuff in the bathtub. The tv didn’t work. The doors don’t lock beside the lock for the card so my toddler could open the door right up just by pulling the handle. You can hear everything through the walls. Just overall horrible.

Bed bugs

The room was infested with roaches which we noticed while the lights were on tv was fuzzy couldn’t really watch anything I asked for a handicapped accessible room ,room was fine but the restroom was not the toilet was very low and it had a regular tub for the shower The front desk lady was being rude when my wife asked for our refund because we were not staying there after seeing all the roaches and she had an attitude about refunding the money

They are infested with roaches. Everywhere. Staff was rude, told us we’d be better off leaving. They are well aware of the roaches. Don’t care nor bother to do anything about them. Very poor service. Very poor cleanliness. Disgusting behaviors

Room was not to clean! Seen cockroaches. Which was known about seen a trap behind the fridge. Was very disappointed.

Worst Stay Ever — Filthy, Falling Apart, and Cockroach-Infested I would give this place zero stars if I could. From the moment I walked in, it was clear this hotel has been completely neglected. The room was filthy — stained carpets, peeling paint, and a musty odor that hit me as soon as I opened the door. The bathroom was worse: mold in the shower, rust around the fixtures, and grime in every corner. The entire place feels like it’s falling apart and has not been properly cleaned or maintained in years. Save yourself the headache (and potential health risk) — spend your money elsewhere. This was by far the most disgusting and disappointing hotel experience I’ve ever had.

Linda listen, I honestly don’t even know how this hotel is allowed to stay open, it has to violate some several different types of health code violations. This property looks NOTHING like the pictures. I couldn’t believe how run down the entire property actually was. The pool? Try cesspool, absolutely disgusting looking and I couldn’t believe people were swimming in it. My room was completely wrecked, along with trash piled in several areas. The beds had clearly not been cleaned from the last who stayed there as they were not even made. There was holes in the wall, and mold growing all across the baseboards. There were also several roaches crawling across the floor. I literally walked in and walked out before deciding that my family wouldn’t be safe for many reasons at this location. When I asked about it at the front desk, the attendant almost acted like I was lying but when I asked if they would like to go look together, they said no. They did refund my deposit immediately as I asked but since I rented the room through Expedia, I was told to contact them. I asked about management and they said they only had access via email?? That’s not odd or anything. The whole entire property is shaddyyyyyy. PASS ON THIS ONE BRO.

This was the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in. Shouldn’t even have the Wyndham name! First room we were given had a huge stain right in the middle of the bed on the sheets. Second room was just as disgusting and dirty. There were roaches, the lock on the door had the battery exposed. The bathroom was filthy. There was a sticky pad behind the toilet in the bathroom with with dead bugs in them. We paid over $150 a night. When I complained to the front desk his response was people should have read the reviews before booking there. The reviews on here didn’t say any of those things or I wouldn’t have booked here in the first place! When checking out I let them know I would be giving a bad review they told me that the bad reviews would get hidden. I’ve attached pictures to warn others . The pictures on the website are not even close to what this place actually looks like. Do yourself a favor and do not waste your money. Also no Wi-Fi either.

Our fire alarm kept going off all through the night. Kept us awake most of the night . Had no tv to watch. Hotel beside of us had karaoke singing loudly late into the night. Stayed here many times but first time I had a problem.

Hotel was in a good area and the staff was nice and accommodating. We were booked for a king room, but the Wi-Fi didn’t work in that part of the property. They moved us to a queen room with working Wi-Fi. The king room was nice and cozy. Parking was not very convenient and the pool was already closed for the season, but it did look a little sketchy. Our queen room was large in the bed was comfortable, but we had to ask for towels. All in all we would stay there again.

The shower is good if you are 5ft or less. But anything over that, you have to stoop down to get under the water. The first room we were given, the beds had not been cleaned and the tv didn’t work. But the 2nd room was fine. When we left, we could see the first room still had not been cleaned. Beds were ok. The pillows were hard and uncomfortable.

Tv didn't have good picture and remote didn't work. Was hot when first arrived. Bed was comfortable. Microwave didn't have a available plug in. Coffee machine was busted up. . But for the small price i paid an where its located it wasn't too bad

The Wifi was non existent, which meant the roku tv didn't work, there were batteries taped to the back of the door for the lock. The shower head was at chin level. The A/C barely functions. The only plus was it was just $29.

The beds were very uncomfortable but other than that our stay was pretty good. The pool was great.

Deposit of $75 up front? Usually just take card number to cover. No phone service in room, no wifi for tablet, no tv due to no wifi, needed help to turn on water in shower. Will never stay here again.

I stood in line for check in for an hour and a half!!! They had one clerk working and she was extremely slow and had no desire to be there. When help finally arrived, the clerk gave my license to another gentleman and he left!!!

Stay away. Rude people at the desk. They charged my card 3 times and refused a refund before I even checked in. Hotels.com was amazing in handling the situation but this place isn't worth the headache. Watched a mouse run through the lobby as we walked in

Well a great nite but lie to your face and tell you you will get your 75 dollar deposit back its been over a week and all they do is give a run around stay away from there they are shady

Awful,had to park in a crazy place,car show in town,coffee watered down n cockroaches in the room Microwave was so old ,it burnedmy popcorn... Also door top was broke n we got locked in for awhile,door wouldnt open n key did not work half the time Elevator stunk.... Also had to put a $75 deposit i wasnt told about And i didnt get my Wyndham points😢

Stood at the counter for 20 min and was no one at the counter police everywhere and customers complaining about rooms. Could not get anyone to check me in so I left and stayed across the street I am asking for a refund as I wasn’t able to check in

The front desk clerk was very helpful. He even tried bringing me a remote for the the TV and checking cables. The TV did not work in the room I was in. Something with the WIFI not working nor was there cable for the TV. The room did not even have a remote for the TV. Before staying in room 104 and expecting TV, check first. Plus there are no ice buckets in the rooms. You are given a plastic bag of ice.

It was the worst experience ever… Not only did they make me put down $75 on my card and not get it back to me for 10 days… They triple charged me for the room. Then I didn’t get those two $70 charges for five days after constantly calling them and talking to them. It was horrible And the area around the property once outside the room was very very dirty. They should’ve paid me to stay there.

They withheld my deposit for a week (still waiting on it even) without a reason and when i tried to csll them it took me calling 10 different times to get them to answer and they only answered then because i picked the "do a new reservation" option on the menu and then they kept putting me on hold and then told me to call back later instead of giving me a straight answer. They even tried to give me a sales pitch as if i would want to go to them again after this experience, they had me on hold for half an hour and they just said "call back later, we're busy"

Best thing about this hotel is the quick walk to the Island. It was in need of remodels and was not very clean ( unsure if it had really been cleaned prior to the people before). Floors were nasty. Very thanks for bringing other socks. Would not stay here again unless no other option and would not pay more then $40 to stay there.

Stayed here for Slammednuff and loved the location. Property was close to attractions, within walking distance. The first room they put us in, had not been cleaned at all, but front desk was very accommodating and moved us to another room.

This property was a great budget friendly room. Has a trolly stop out front which makes it great to be able to utilize . My room was very clean . The front desk and all the staff were very friendly . Will definitely book here again.

It was a decent hotel. In the middle of everything. Walking distance to most places.

Great location very close to the island

Coffeemaker in the room didn't work, blow drier didn't work, half of the lights were not working, clothes iron was missing. Room was bioled for 3 people for 5 days we were given 1 bath towel, half of a roll of bathroom tissue, 1 packet of coffee and no cups. Went to the office asked about breakfast they said they only offer coffee, when I came to get coffee sonce Coffeemaker in the room didn't work, coffee on the labby was cold, still from previous day. When I asked if they have more, they said they person who makes ain't up yet... it was almost 10 am.

We were there for almost a week. traffic was really bad however we just hired a taxi. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was clean. no breakfast but there was a diner in the parking lot. Over all a great trip

No coffee pot or table in room. Tub did not drain when taking shower. Stains on blanket which some looked like blood and pee. Could not use pool at all, and asked for another pillow and new blanket and did not get any of them when i asked for them. When i went to get coffee down in the lobby the y were out and wouldnt make more for the customers.

You get what you pay for w/ this hotel. It was cheap and that says it all. There were supposed to be 2 light bulbs over the sink. One was missing and the other didn't work. There was an iron but no ironing board. They did have a nice pool though.No breakfast.

HOTEL REVIEW: We booked a very last minute trip to pigeon forge for the 4th-7th. When I say last minute, I mean we booked almost the night before. With it being a holiday weekend, most places were booked out or had price gouged so high they were out of budget. We stayed at the @americana inn across from the Jurassic ride/ in front of the island at pigeon forge. First impression, wasn’t horrible. Def have stayed worse places. My issue started with, the bathroom mirror wasn’t even hung on the wall. We were given ONE TOWEL for 4 people as well. The bed sheets had burn holes all in them, and the floors def had not been vacuum or even at least swept. The pool was a cool layout, but it was trashed. Pool tiles broken off, trash everywhere, busted pool floats everywhere. YES, this comes down to the guests as well, being trashy people and ruining it for other families. There was ZERO room service: had to go down to the lobby to beg for towels every day, AFTER already doubling them as pool towels. Trash was never taken out. Basic things youd expect from even a budget motel. Most of the parking was in the back, no big deal. But it did suxk to have to look at this giant stinky pile of trash every time you went to the car or into the hotel. No coffee maker or phone in the room. Lobby had one little coffee pot that was never filled or ready. Tried to call down to the lobby, the guy ignored it (I’d literally just come back up from getting towels, and forgot to ask where the ice

I would like to say Expedia needs to visit this property before they get sued for false advertising. The picture is they show on their website must be when the place was originally built. The pool which they show has the red paint peeling. Hardly any lights were lit, bulbs burnt out. The grounds look like they haven't been kept up in years, tall grass, looked junky. They advertise a breakfast but there wasn't one. The breakfast room looked like a junk room of all items left at the place. The staff was okay, the one gentleman looked stoned both days I seen him. The rooms need attention. Towel racks missing on the wall, the smoke detector was missing. The door has a 1/2" gap between it and the floor. The battery operated lock was missing the back. I would t stay here again, had already paid so stayed the 2 nights, wasn't there but to shower and sleep anyway. I also won't use Expedia again because they don't take pride in who their advertising for.

For the past several years I have stayed at this Americana. This year it was very disappointing. There was no coffee maker in the room and the coffee in the office was so strong he couldn't drink it. One of the beds was so hard you might as well be sleeping on the floor. To be honest it felt like a box spring. The metal plate on the door inside the room kept falling off so we could not use the deadbolt and there was no chain. There were so many people smoking marijuana in this hotel that my room actually smelled of pot. Went to the office and asked them if they had a nice machine and the gentleman said no not at this time so we did not have ice available to us. I will not stay here again.

It was pretty good except for the fact i didnt have a coffee pot in the room and the motel ran out of coffee that they make in the lobby for everyone

Check-in was ok the room was clean the bed was comfy. But we have to go down and ask for towels. The remote control for the TV does not match the TV my husband has to go down 2X .a guy came to help. the Hotel telephone according to the lady was not working when you call from your room to front desk! Floors by the sink & BR needs to be sanitized. Overall it’s just fine to crash for the night .. online it says FREE BREAKFAST THERE WAS NO BREAKFAST!

Pros: 1. Fast Check in. 2. Very friendly staff. 3. Good Location. 4. Clean room. 5. No bugs. 6. Our room had a hair dryer, refrigerator and microwave. Cons: 1.No remote for the TV. 2. No ice. 3. They gave us 3 towels and 1 wash cloth. Had to catch a housekeeper to get another one. 4. No phone in room. 5. Tried to call the front desk several times from our cell phones and got No answer. 6. No coffee maker. 7. Bed swagged in the middle. This was the first motel we stayed in on our first trip to Pigeon Forge( almost 40 years ago) I really wanted to like it, for sentimental reasons. We won't stay here again.
